Abstract

 バスバーに対するエナメル線の溶接接続を容易化し、溶接の精度および信頼性を高めるとともに、溶接作業の工数を低減し、高品質で信頼性の高いバスバー接続構造およびインバータ一体型電動圧縮機を提供することを目的とする。バスバー(33)に形成される外部接続用の折り曲げ面(35)に、コイルのエナメル線端部(27A,28A)を密着させて溶接接続するバスバー接続構造において、バスバー(33)の折り曲げ面(35)の根元部の内側には、エナメル線(27,28)の端部(27A,28A)が貫通される貫通穴(36,46)が穿設され、エナメル線(27,28)の端部(27A,28A)は、貫通穴(36,46)に貫通されて折り曲げ面(35)の溶接ポイント(35A)に対し位置決めされ、折り曲げ面(35)に溶接接続される。
