Description
図1に示すように、電動圧縮機10のハウジング11は、有底筒状の吐出ハウジング12と、吐出ハウジング12に連結される有底筒状のモータハウジング13と、モータハウジング13に連結されるインバータケース14と、を備えている。吐出ハウジング12、モータハウジング13、及びインバータケース14は金属材料製であり、例えば、アルミニウム製である。モータハウジング13は、底壁13aと、底壁13aの外周縁から筒状に延びる周壁13bと、を有している。
例えば、車両の走行時のような、電動圧縮機10が振動する環境下においては、電動圧縮機10の振動が生じて、回路基板31がコネクタ35に対して移動しようとする。特に、外部電源75に接続される高圧電線70がハウジング11から外部へ延びている構成では、電動圧縮機10の振動が生じた場合に、高圧電線70も振動するため、電動圧縮機10の振動が大きくなり易い。したがって、電動圧縮機10が振動する環境下において、回路基板31がコネクタ35に対してさらに移動し易くなる。
(1)各入力バスバー50及び各出力バスバー60は、回路基板31の揺れに応じたケース40内での移動が許容されている。したがって、回路基板31がコネクタ35に対して移動しようとしても、各入力バスバー50及び各出力バスバー60に加わる応力が低減されるため、各入力バスバー50及び各出力バスバー60の折れ曲がりや回路基板31との接続部位の破損を抑制することができ、耐振性に優れる。
○ 実施形態において、電動圧縮機10は、一対の第1突起56及び一対の第2突起57が、各入力バスバー収容凹部42のサブ凹部42bの内側面からそれぞれ突出していない構成であってもよい。
○ 実施形態において、電動圧縮機10は、車両空調装置23を構成していたが、これに限らず、例えば、電動圧縮機10は、燃料電池車に搭載されており、燃料電池に供給される流体としての空気を圧縮部16により圧縮するものであってもよい。
Claims (4)
- 流体を圧縮する圧縮部と、
前記圧縮部を駆動する電動モータと、
前記電動モータを駆動するとともに回路基板を有するモータ制御装置と、
前記モータ制御装置を収容するインバータ収容室を有するハウジングと、
前記インバータ収容室の内部に収容されるとともに前記回路基板と前記インバータ収容室の外部とを接続するコネクタと、を備え、
前記コネクタは、前記回路基板に半田付けされるバスバーと、前記バスバーを内部に収容保持する樹脂製のケースと、を備えた電動圧縮機であって、
前記回路基板及び前記ケースは前記ハウジングに固定されており、
前記バスバーは、前記回路基板の揺れに応じて前記ケース内で移動することを特徴とする電動圧縮機。 - 前記バスバーは、外部電源と前記回路基板とを電気的に接続するための入力バスバーを含み、
一端が前記入力バスバーに電気的に接続されるとともに他端が前記外部電源に電気的に接続される高圧電線が前記ハウジングから外部へ延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動圧縮機。 - 前記電動モータと前記モータ制御装置とを電気的に接続するとともに前記ハウジングを貫通する導電部材を備え、
前記バスバーは、前記導電部材と前記回路基板とを電気的に接続するための出力バスバーを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電動圧縮機。 - 前記ケースは、前記回路基板の厚み方向に対して交差する方向で前記バスバーにおける前記ケースに対する移動を規制する規制部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電動圧縮機。
