Abstract

 圧力制御動作に影響を与えることなく、防振性を向上させた流体制御器を提供する。  ダイヤフラム10にかかる流体圧力と圧力設定ばね13による弾性力とのバランスの変化によって弁体4が弁座3に対して移動することで流体の圧力が制御される。ダイヤフラム10と一体となって移動する円盤状可動部材12に、防振部材17が配置されている。防振部材17は、弾性体間に介在させられたおもりをケーシングに内蔵している。
