技术领域
本发明涉及数据交换领域,特别是涉及第一有价数据管理子系统和第二有 价数据持有者间的数据交换领域。
背景技术
现有技术中存在如下所述的有价数据交换系统。 参见图 1 , 图 1描述了现 实中的有价数据交换系统。第一有价数据分发子系统 101按照一定的配额给多 个第一有价数据管理子系统 102分发第一有价数据,所述第一有价数据包括其 实际价值和标称价值参数,所述的配额中包括一定数量的标称价值低于实际价 值的第一有价数据 ,所述第一有价数据可以和第二有价数据按照标称价值进行 等价的数据交换,多个第一有价数据管理子系统 102各自保有自己的第一有价 数据。第二有价数据持有者 103所持有的第二有价数据由第二有价数据托管子 系统 104进行统一管理,并可以依据第二有价数据持有者 103的要求向特定的 第一有价数据管理子系统 102发送第二有价数据。所述有价是指数据具有的经 济价值或其他可以用经济价值衡量的应用价值。
在实际使用中,一个第二有价数据持有者 103—次仅能连接一个第一有价 数据管理子系统 102, 并获得其所保有的第一有价数据的信息, 第二有价数据 持有者 103使用自己的第二有价数据和第一有价数据管理子系统 102中的第一 有价数据进行数据交换,交换过程一般是由第二有价数据持有者 103选定需要 交换的具有特定标称价值的第一有价数据 ,然后先把第二有价数据发送给第一 有价数据管理子系统 102, 再由第一有价数据管理子系统 102把对应的第一有 价数据发送给第二有价数据持有者 103, 以实现有价数据的交换过程。 也可以 是由第一有价数据管理子系统 102先发送第一有价数据,或者第一有价数据管 理子系统 102和第二有价数据持有者 103同时发送有价数据。这样就导致会出 现以下问题: 首先,每个第一有价数据管理子系统中所保有的第一有价数据的 实际情况不同,可能存在有些第一有价数据管理子系统中已经没有标称价值低 于实际价值的第一有价数据,但第二有价数据持有者一次只能连接一个第一有 价数据管理子系统,只能获得此第一有价数据管理子系统所保有的第一有价数 据信息, 而实际上,其它的第一有价数据管理子系统中可能存在标称价值更低 的第一有价数据,造成第二有价数据持有者不能以价值最少的第二有价数据获 得第一有价数据,造成第二有价数据持有者数据交换代价高; 或者说为了达到 最佳交换,则需要重复连接每个第一有价数据管理子系统,以获取所需的信息, 大大占用通信资源、 降低交换效率。
其次,在第一有价数据管理子系统和第二有价数据持有者的数据交换过程 中, 双方数据双向传输,在数据交互过程中可能由于某一方未发送数据会导致 数据交换失败, 在现有技术中, 不能控制双方的数据交互过程, 容易导致数据 交换过程失败。可见,现有技术存在着数据交换过程中一方的交换代价高和数 据交换过程易失败的问题。
上述有价数据交换系统的一个具体应用是电子机票定购系统。电子机票是 普通纸质机票的一种电子映像, 是一种电子号码记录。 目前, 它作为世界上最 先进的客票形式, 依托现代信息技术, 实现了无纸化、 电子化的订票、 结算和 办理乘机手续等全过程,给^^带来诸多便利并为航空公司降低了成本。对于 旅客来讲, 它的使用与传统纸质机票并无差别。 购买电子客票且持有 T4联的 ^^可以和普通^^一样在所属航空公司值机拒台办理乘机手续; 没有 T4联 的旅客必须凭购票时使用的有效身份证件原件到所属航空公司指定的拒台办 理乘机手续。若旅客身份证件信息与订票系统信息不相符将被拒绝登机。
身份得到确认后, 工作人员将为^^打印 T4联、 登机牌及行李牌, ^^必须 凭登机牌与 T4联才能通过安检, 同时 T4联和登机牌共同构成旅客的报销凭 证。 根据国际航协 ( IATA ) 的强制规定, 从 2006年 10月 16日起, 停止向我 国国内各大机票代理人发放 BSP纸质客票, 而到 2007年年底在全世界实现 BSP (中性机票 )客票 100%电子化。
电子机票的方便之处正在于可以在网上预订 ,乘客可以在提供票务代理的 网站进行电子机票的订购。 ^^在票代处购买了电子机票后 ,可用信用卡支付、 银行汇款和支票等手段进行电子支付, 足不出户就可以办理好购买机票的手 续, 简化了机票的购买流程。 对比传统的购票方式, 网上购票全天候 24小时开放, 客可随时购买, 三分钟内完成, 省去电话问询、 取票、 送票等诸多繁瑣的环节和费用。 各航空 公司还将推出了专门的优惠政策, 网上订购机票,旅客最低能得到 2折的优惠 折扣。 通过网上购买机票, 旅客只要持身份证件就可到机场办理登机, 避免了 机票意外丢失的情况。 还可实现"异地购买机票"、 在购票后直接打印登机牌、 直接选择座位, 并节省在机场候机的时间。
电子机票订购和使用流程:
1、 登录票代(机票代理商) 网站, 查询某次航班的电子机票。
2、 填写机票订单。
3、 提交订单后, 使用电子支付在线支付票款。
4、 票代客服人员将在半小时内电话核实, 进行订舱, 并发送电子机票到 您邮箱。
5、 ^^持有效身份证件原件和电子机票到机场电子机票拒台领取登机牌。 6、 通过安检搭乘航班。 如需报销可领取"行程单 "作为报销凭证。
在上面的电子机票订购方法中, 存在下面的问题:
1、 同一航空公司和不同的票代之间有票务关系, 按一定的比例给不同的 票代放票, 所放的机票的优惠程度可能不同, 加上不同票代的出票情况不同, 乘客在一家票代预定电子机票时,其它票代可能有同一航班的更低价格的电子 机票,在现有的电子机票预订方法中,乘客只能连接一家票代得到此票代的票 务信息, 并在此票代的票务信息中预定机票, 无法保证乘客预定到的是最低的 价格的机票, 造成乘客订票成本高。 乘客要想获得低价格的机票, 则需要连接 每家票代, 通过比较得到所需信息, 步骤麻烦、 效率低下, 并且实际上乘客无 法知悉所有的可用的机票代理商。
2、 在交易过程中, 票代方的第一有价数据(电子机票)和乘客方的第二 有价数据 (支付信息)是双向传输, 在有价数据交互过程中由于某一方未发送 有价数据会导致交易失败, 在现有技术中, 不能控制双方的数据交互过程, 容 易导致数据交互过程失败。 例如: 当乘客预定后进行了电子支付, 而票代方未 发送电子机票信息; 或者票代方发送了电子机票, 而乘客方未发送电子支付信 息, 导致交易失败。 可见 ,现有技术存在着数据交换过程中一方的交换代价高和数据交换过程 易失败的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种有价数据交换系统,以解决现有技 术中存在着的一方的交换成本高和数据交换过程易失败的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明公开了一种有价数据交换系统, 包括: 第一有价数据信息系统、第一有价数据管理子系统、第二有价数据托管子 系统和第二有价数据持有者管理子系统,还包括有价数据交换子系统, 所述有 价数据交换子系统包括:
第一有价数据申购模块,用于接收第二有价数据持有者管理子系统提交的 第一有价数据订单;
订单管理模块, 用于保存和管理所述第一有价数据订单及其处理状态, 并 根据第一有价数据订单给第一有价数据管理子系统发送订票信息;
第二有价数据冻结模块, 用于根据所述第一有价数据订单, 冻结所述第二 有价数据托管子系统的第二有价数据;
验证模块,用于接收第一有价数据管理子系统返回的第一有价数据的记录 编号, 在第一有价数据信息系统中验证第一有价数据, 若验证通过, 则发送第 一有价数据交换成功的确认信息;
第二有价数据发送模块, 用于接收第一有价数据交换成功的确认信息, 通 知所述第二有价数据托管子系统发送所述第二有价数据。

申购模块, 用于接收会员系统提交的机票订单, 所述机票订单包括机票的 航班信息、 票务代理信息和会员身份信息;
订单管理模块, 用于保存和管理所述机票订单及其处理状态, 并根据机票 订单给票务代理系统发送订票信息;
资金冻结模块, 用于根据所述机票订单, 冻结所述电子支付系统相应会员 帐户中的订票资金;
验证模块, 用于接收票务代理系统返回的电子机票的记录编号, 在机票信 息系统中验证电子机票, 若验证通过, 则发送购票成功的确认信息;
资金扣除模块, 用于接收购票成功的确认信息, 扣除所述电子支付系统相 应会员帐户中的订票资金。

保存和管理所述机票订单及其处理状态;
根据所述机票订单, 冻结所述电子支付系统相应会员帐户中的订票资金; 根据机票订单给票务代理系统发送订票信息;
接收票务代理系统返回的电子机票的记录编号,在机票信息系统中验证电 子机票, 若验证通过, 则发送购票成功的确认信息;
接收购票成功的确认信息,扣除所述电子支付系统相应会员帐户中的订票 资金。

与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下优点: 1、 本发明的实施例可以连接两个或多个第一有价数据管理子系统, 第二 有价数据持有者只需要连接本系统,就可以获得多个第一有价数据管理子系统 所保有的第一有价数据,可以用最少的第二有价数据进行数据交换得到第一有 价数据, 数据交换代价低, 并可以减少通信连接次数。
2、 本发明的实施例在数据交换过程中, 采用先冻结第二有价数据的方式 控制第一有价数据管理子系统和第二有价数据持有者的自有数据交换过程,当 冻结了第二有价数据持有者的第二有价数据后,第一有价数据管理子系统才会 发送第一有价数据, 当第二有价数据持有者收到第一有价数据后,本系统才把 第二有价数据发送给第一有价数据管理子系统,避免了双方信息交互过程中由 于一方数据未发送造成的数据交换失败。

在购票过程中, 当会员提交订单时检查会员帐户余额是否足够支付, 如果 足够支付则冻结本笔资金, 订单的状态为 "已提交", 等待票务代理在约定的时 间内联系会员出票, 否则到期解冻资金, 交易失败; 如果帐户资金不足, 提示 会员给帐户充值, 订单状态为"未提交"状态, 等会员充值后, 可以再次提交订 单, 并冻结资金。 会员订购机票可以加上一定的张数限制, 如可以限制为一次 最多购买 4张或 9张机票。 当订票成功或者失败时, 可以采用现有的短信、 邮 件或者其它在线交流工具通知会员。
优选的, 所述订票子系统还可以包括,
资金解冻模块 3046, 用于接收所述票务代理系统发出的购票失败信息, 解冻所述电子支付系统的订票资金。
票务代理的购票失败通常由下列原因引起, 例如: 一是票务代理向航空公 司订舱时, 此舱已经被订满, 引起订舱失败, 二是票务代理订舱成功后, 出票 失败, 未能及时把电子机票发送给订票的会员, 引起购票失败, 购票失败后, 需要解冻冻结的会员购票资金, 把购票资金返还给购票会员。
优选的, 所述订票子系统还可以包括,
交易取消模块 3047, 用于接收所述会员系统提交的取消交易信息, 取消 所述机票订单。
当会员提交订单后, 由于某种原因 (如行程变更等), 在票务代理未出票 的情况下, 可以取消订单, 会员提交取消交易申请, 取消机票的订单信息, 实 际操作时可以在特定的订单信息上进行删除或者做删除标记。 优选的, 所述订票子系统还可以包括,
查询模块 3048, 用于向机票信息系统查询航班信息。
国内所有的航班查询网站都是连到同一个数据库: 中航信的数据库, 它是 中国大陆境内唯一合法的航信系统。在中航信系统中,提供了国内各个航班的 信息查询功能。
当用户应用查询模块 3048进行查询时, 可以由会员输入出发地、 目的地 和时间 ,还可以选择出票地,搜索结果页面默认只显示出票地的票务代理信息, 可以在页面上显示"更多"链接, 会员点击后, 显示更多的票务代理信息, 在搜 索结果页面上, 默认显示头等舱、公务舱和经济枪的最低价格, 点击页面上的 "显示所有", 可以打开所有价格等级的价格信息页面, 点击每个价格后, 显示 支持此价格的本地票务代理;对于儿童票需要设定条件单独搜索;对于出票地, 默认为出发地, 也可以选择其它出票地, 如果出发地无票务代理, 提示会员选 择邻近的城市作为出票地。
优选的, 所述订票子系统还可以包括,
乘客信息模块 3049, 用于保存和管理乘客基本信息。
票代信息管理模块 30410, 用于保存和管理票代的基本信息
特价机票管理模块 30411, 用于保存和管理所述票务代理系统的特价机票 信息。
乘客信息管理模块 3049用于保管乘客的身份证号等基本信息, 以备向航 空公司订舱用, 用于核对信息或者方便乘客身份信息的提供。票代信息管理模 块 30410可以对票代的基本信息、特色服务和优惠政策等进行记录和管理,这 些信息可以由票务代理登录后, 将自己的信息提交给票代信息管理模块 30410。 特价机票是由航空公司根据和票务代理的票务关系提供的, 每一个票 务代理得到的特价机票信息可能不同,票务代理可以把自己有的特价机票发送 给特价机票管理模块 30411, 在会员订票时提供给会员, 由会员根据需要选择 特定的特价机票。票务代理一般能从航空公司处拿到一个月的特价信息,可以 由票务代理通过上传特价信息文件或者手工维护方式进行特价机票的信息发 布。
参见图 4, 是本发明的系统实施例 3框图, 本实施例是在电子商务网站应 用本发明的实施例, 包括:
中航信系统 401, 用于提供航班信息及进行机票验证。
支付宝系统 402, 支付宝系统是国内知名的网上支付平台。 支付宝, 是支 付宝公司针对网上交易而特别推出的安全付款服务,其运作的实质是以支付宝 为信用中介,在买家确认收到商品前, 由支付宝替买卖双方暂时保管货款的一 种增值服务。 支付宝系统包括电子支付模块 4021和支付宝会员模块 4022, 电 子支付模块 4021用于暂时保存会员 (电子商务网站的认证用户) 的货款和向 卖家支付货款, 支付宝会员模块 4022用于管理支付宝的账号, 会员用户有一 个对应的支付宝账号 , 当会员用户使用支付宝系统时需要二次认证。
会员登录模块 403 , 用于会员登录时认证会员的身份, 对于非认证会员, 拒绝其登录。
票务代理系统 404, 是票务代理的自有系统, 用于管理自己的票务信息。 订票子系统 405 , 包括: 查询模块 4051用于向中航信系统 401查询航班 信息; 申购模块 4052用于接收会员提交机票订单; 订单管理及资金操作模块 4053 用于管理订单信息, 根据订单状态向票务代理系统发出订票信息, 根据 订单状态冻结支付宝系统 402中的会员用户的购票资金,验证电子机票,扣除 会员的购票资金, 还可以根据购票失败信息解冻会员的购票资金以及取消订 单; 特价机票管理模块 4054用于管理票务代理提交的特价票信息; 乘客信息 模块 4055用于管理乘客的基本信息;票代信息管理模块 4056用于管理票代的 基本信息; 票代登录模块 4057用于识别票代信息, 使票代可以登录订票子系 统。
参见图 5 , 是本实施例的订票流程图, 具体包括: 会员登录后, 输入时 间、 出发地和目的地等信息, 查询航班信息, 得到航班信息后, 选择本地或者 异地的票代,会员可以通过比较不同票代的票务价格选择票代;选 ^票代后, 填写个人信息, 例如性别、 身份证号码等; 填写好后, 提交订单, 系统查询会 员的账号中是否足额的资金用于购买机票, 若资金不够,提示会员进行账户充 值, 把订单的状态标识为 "未提交", 会员充值后, 可以再次提交本订单, 若资 金足额, 则冻结会员的用于购票的资金, 把订单标记为 "已提交", 同时把订票 信息通知票代; 票代与订票会员沟通后, 向航空公司订枪, 如果订枪成功, 票 代出票, 把电子机票发送给订票会员, 若订枪不成功或者票代出票失败, 系统 提示订票会员"购票失败", 并解冻所述订票资金, 把资金返还给订票会员, 若 出票成功, 则扣除已经冻结的购票资金, 通知会员订票成功。
参见图 6, 是本发明的方法实施例流程图, 该流程涉及到两个或多个票务 代理系统、 电子支付系统和会员系统, 具体包括下列步骤:
步骤 601, 接收会员系统提交的机票订单, 所述机票订单包括机票的航班 信息、 票务代理信息和会员身份信息。
步骤 602, 保存和管理所述机票订单及其处理状态。
步骤 603 , 根据所述机票订单, 冻结所述电子支付系统的订票资金。 步骤 604, 根据机票订单给票务代理系统发送订票信息。
步骤 605, 接收票务代理系统返回的电子机票的记录编号, 在机票信息系 统中验证电子机票, 若验证通过, 发送购票成功的确认信息;
步骤 606, 接收购票成功的确认信息, 扣除所述电子支付系统所管理的相 应账户中的订票资金。
票务代理系统中有票务代理的票务信息,所述票务信息来自于票务代理有 票务关系的航空公司, 票务代理可以将自己的票务信息提供出来; 会员用户登 录后, 可以选择特定的票务代理, 并提交机票订单, 订单中包含航班信息和票 务代理信息; 保存订单, 并根据订单信息冻结会员的购票资金; 票务代理可以 查询属于自己机票的订单, 并可以和订票会员联系, 确认订票信息后, 向航空 公司订舱, 如果订舱成功, 则票务代理出票; 接收票务代理返回的电子机票的 记录编号, 在机票信息系统中验证电子机票, 若验证通过, 发送购票成功的确 认信息,在会员帐户上扣除冻结的购票资金,把电子机票发送给订购机票的会 员, 完成购票过程。
优选的, 图 6所示的实施例还可以包括,
接收所述票务代理系统发出的购票失败信息,解冻所述电子支付系统的订 票资金。
优选的, 图 6所示的实施例还可以包括,
接收所述会员系统提交的取消交易信息, 取消所述机票订单。
优选的, 图 6所示的实施例还可以包括, 会员向机票信息系统查询航班信息的步骤。
优选的, 图 6所示的实施例还可以包括以下的基本信息管理步骤, 如: 保存和管理乘客基本信息;
保存和管理票代的基本信息;
保存和管理票务代理系统的特价机票信息。 本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述, 由于篇幅限制,每个实 施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部 分互相参见即可。
以上对本发明所提供的一种有价数据交换系统和方法, 进行了详细介绍, 说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想; 同时,对于本领域的一般 技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种有价数据交换系统, 其特征在于, 包括, 第一有价数据信息系统、 第一有价数据管理子系统、第二有价数据托管子系统和第二有价数据持有者管 理子系统, 还包括有价数据交换子系统, 所述有价数据交换子系统包括:
第一有价数据申购模块,用于接收第二有价数据持有者管理子系统提交的 第一有价数据订单;
订单管理模块, 用于保存和管理所述第一有价数据订单及其处理状态, 并 根据第一有价数据订单给第一有价数据管理子系统发送订票信息;
第二有价数据冻结模块, 用于根据所述第一有价数据订单, 冻结所述第二 有价数据托管子系统的第二有价数据;
验证模块,用于接收第一有价数据管理子系统返回的第一有价数据的记录 编号, 在第一有价数据信息系统中验证第一有价数据, 若验证通过, 则发送第 一有价数据交换成功的确认信息;
第二有价数据发送模块, 用于接收第一有价数据交换成功的确认信息, 通 知所述第二有价数据托管子系统发送所述第二有价数据。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述有价数据交换子系统 还包括,
第二有价数据解冻模块, 用于接收第一有价数据交换失败信息, 解冻所述 第二有价数据托管子系统相应帐户中的第二有价数据。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述有价数据交换子系统 还包括,
数据交换取消模块,用于接收所述第二有价数据持有者管理子系统提交的 取消数据交换信息, 取消所述第一有价数据订单。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述有价数据交换子 系统还包括,
查询模块, 用于向第一有价数据信息系统查询第一有价数据信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述有价数据交换子 系统还包括,
第二有价数据持有者管理模块,用于保存和管理第二有价数据持有者的基 本信息;
第一有价数据管理子系统管理模块 ,用于保存和管理第一有价数据管理子 系统的基本信息;
第一有价数据管理模块,用于保存和管理所述第一有价数据管理子系统的 第一有价数据信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述第一有价数据是电子机票, 所述第二有价数据是资金, 所述第一有价 数据信息系统是机票信息系统, 所述第一有价数据管理子系统是票务代理系 统, 所述第二有价数据托管子系统是电子支付系统, 所述第二有价数据持有者 管理子系统是会员系统, 所述有价数据交换子系统是订票子系统;
所述第一有价数据申购模块是电子机票申购模块 ,所述订单管理模块是电 子机票订单管理模块, 所述第二有价数据冻结模块是资金冻结模块, 所述验证 模块是电子机票验证模块 , 所述第二有价数据发送模块是资金扣除模块。
7、 一种电子机票定购的系统, 其特征在于, 包括, 机票信息系统、 票务 代理系统、 电子支付系统和会员系统, 还包括订票子系统, 所述订票子系统包 括:
申购模块, 用于接收会员系统提交的机票订单, 所述机票订单包括机票的 航班信息、 票务代理信息和会员身份信息;
订单管理模块, 用于保存和管理所述机票订单及其处理状态, 并根据机票 订单给票务代理系统发送订票信息;
资金冻结模块, 用于根据所述机票订单, 冻结所述电子支付系统相应会员 帐户中的订票资金;
验证模块, 用于接收票务代理系统返回的电子机票的记录编号, 在机票信 息系统中验证电子机票, 若验证通过, 则发送购票成功的确认信息;
资金扣除模块, 用于接收购票成功的确认信息, 扣除所述电子支付系统相 应会员帐户中的订票资金。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述订票子系统还包括, 资金解冻模块, 用于接收购票失败信息, 解冻所述电子支付系统的订票资 金。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述订票子系统还包括, 交易取消模块, 用于接收所述会员系统提交的取消交易信息,取消所述机 票订单。
10、根据权利要求 7或 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述订票子系统还包 括,
查询模块, 用于向机票信息系统查询航班信息。
11、根据权利要求 7或 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述订票子系统还包 括,
乘客信息管理模块, 用于保存和管理乘客的基本信息;
票代信息管理模块, 用于保存和管理票务代理机构的基本信息; 特价机票管理模块, 用于保存和管理所述票务代理系统的特价机票信息。
12、 一种电子机票定购的方法, 该方法涉及到机票信息系统、 票务代理系 统、 电子支付系统和会员系统, 其特征在于, 该方法包括下列步骤:
接收会员系统提交的机票订单, 所述机票订单包括机票的航班信息、票务 代理信息和会员身份信息;
保存和管理所述机票订单及其处理状态;
根据所述机票订单, 冻结所述电子支付系统相应会员帐户中的订票资金; 根据机票订单给票务代理系统发送订票信息;
接收票务代理系统返回的电子机票的记录编号,在机票信息系统中验证电 子机票, 若验证通过, 则发送购票成功的确认信息;
接收购票成功的确认信息,扣除所述电子支付系统相应会员帐户中的订票 资金。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括,
接收购票失败信息, 解冻所述电子支付系统相应会员帐户中的订票资金。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括,
接收所述会员系统提交的取消交易信息, 取消所述机票订单。
15、 根据权利要求 12或 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括, 向机票信息系统查询航班信息。
