技术领域
本发明涉及一种能够进行色带切换的点阵式打印机及打印控制方法。
背景技术
目前, 常见的点阵式打印机使用的色带, 通常由带盒和带条组成。 所述带 条缠绕在带盒内部。 通常, 在所述带条的宽度方向并排设有黑色、 红色两种颜 色, 通过摆动带盒, 将不同颜色的带条调整到与打印头相对的位置, 再通过打 印头的打印针将色带带条上的油墨击打到打印介质上, 形成彩色的图像或文 字, 实现彩色打印。
目前, 在中国专利中公开的《一种打印机》 (申请号为 00102697.6 ), 包括 一具有色带盒和色带盒升高 /降低单元的打印机主体,后者可拆装地安装在机 架的侧面部分上用以升高和降低所述色带盒。色带盒升高 /降低单元包括一齿 轮机构,用以将安装在机架上的驱动轴的转动传递到可拆装地安装在机架上的 托架上, 一凸轮机构, 用以升高和降低色带盒, 一离合机构, 用以有选择地将 齿轮机构的转动传递到凸轮机构, 以及致动器, 用以连接和断开离合机构。 因 此可以将一单色打印机用作一多色打印机, 并自由地设定凸轮的转速。该方案 可将一单色打印机用作多色带打印机,但缺点是作为多色打印机使用时, 色带 盒升高 /降低单元结构复杂, 需要设置凸轮机构、 离合机构和致动器, 因此加 工和控制成本较高。
此外, 美国专利局还公开了一种名为 《色带切换打印机》 (公开号为 US5468078 )的技术方案包括: 将打印头运动区域划分为一个打印区域、 以及 两个非打印区域共三个区域。其中,两个非打印区分别位于所述打印区的两端, 在两个非打印区端点处分别设置了色带抬起装置、 色带释放装置, 其中, 所述 色带抬起装置用于调整打印头与色带颜色相对位置,使色带设置成需要打印的 颜色; 所述色带释放装置用于将色带释放至初始高度。
这种方法涉及的区域过多 (有三个区域), 同时在每次进行色带切换时, 都需要打印头贯穿整个区域,即打印头需沿一个运动方向运动至一端的第一非 打印区域进行色带的切换,如果要复位, 所述打印头还需向相反的方向运动至 另一端的第二非打印区域进行色带的释放。这样要完成一组切换和释放,打印 头需要运动的轨迹过长, 同时,该现有技术色带的切换和复位需要设置两套装 置来分别完成, 即色带抬起装置和色带释放装置。该现有技术提供的打印机涉 及的装置过多, 结构比较复杂, 因此, 使得该现有技术开发难度大, 且电气和 控制成本过高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种设计简单, 且加工和控制成本较低 的可色带切换的打印机及打印控制方法。
为解决上述问题, 本发明提供了一种打印机, 包括打印头、 能够带动所述 打印头往复移动的打印头输送机构、连接打印头与打印头输送机构的字车、装 有多色色带的带盒并能带动该带盒摆动的带盒安装机构,所述打印头的运动区 域由一个打印区域和一个切换区域组成, 所述打印机还包括: 带盒支撑机构、 带盒切换机构、 及复位机构, 其中:
所述带盒支撑机构位于所述切换区域, 用于在转动至不同的角度时,对应 地将所述带盒安装机构支撑至不同的高度进行色带颜色的切换;
所述带盒切换机构固定在所述字车上,在所述切换区域, 用于将所述带盒 安装机构抬高至脱离于带盒支撑机构的位置,和推动所述带盒支撑机构转动至 不同的角度;
所述复位机构固定在所述带盒支撑机构上,用于当所述带盒支撑机构不再 与所述带盒安装机构和所述带盒切换机构接触时 , 将所述带盒支撑机构复位。
优选的, 所述带盒安装机构包括用于支撑带盒的带盒支撑板,在所述带盒 支撑板上设有支撑板碰撞面;
所述带盒切换机构包括凸轮,在所述凸轮上设有与上述支撑板碰撞面相对 的第一碰撞面,在上述两个碰撞面的接触下, 随着所述凸轮的向前移动将所述 带盒支撑板抬高至脱离于所述带盒支撑机构的位置。
优选的, 所述带盒支撑板上还设有切换孔, 所述凸轮将所述带盒支撑板维 持至脱离于所述带盒支撑机构的位置后,所述凸轮随着继续向前运动进入该切 换孔中 ,并在该切换孔中通过继续向前移动推动所述带盒支撑机构转动实现切 换。

优选的, 所述带盒支撑机构包括: 摆块、 摆块转轴, 所述摆块可绕所述摆 块转轴水平摆动;
所述摆块上还设有台阶, 与所述卡槽配合, 能够在所述摆块转动至设定角 度时, 有相应的台阶卡入所述卡槽中, 对应地, 将所述带盒支撑板支撑至需要 的颜色与打印头对应的位置上。
优选的, 所述复位机构包括: 复位弹性元件, 用于将所述带盒支撑机构恢 复至初始位置。
优选的, 所述带盒切换机构还包括:
转轴、 字车转轴槽, 所述凸轮通过转轴安装在字车转轴槽中, 使该凸轮可 以随所述转轴在垂直面内自由转动; 及
凸轮弹性元件, 所述弹性元件固定在所述凸轮与所述字车之间,在所述凸 轮弹性元件的作用下, 使所述凸轮恢复至初始位置。

所述带盒切换机构将所述带盒安装机构抬高至脱离于所述带盒支撑机构 的位置后, 不再接触所述带盒支撑机构, 以使所述带盒支撑机构恢复至初始角 度。
优选的, 所述带盒支撑机构转动到初始角度时,对应支撑所述带盒安装机 构于初始位置;
所述带盒切换机构推动所述带盒支撑机构转动至不同的角度具体为: 所述打印头继续向前移动设定步数,带动所述带盒切换机构推动所述带盒 支撑机构转动至设定角度;
所述带盒切换机构不再接触所述带盒支撑机构具体为: 优选的,该方法还包括: 判断新颜色对应的打印头的步数与当前颜色对应 的所述打印头的步数是否相等, 如果相等, 则直接打印; 否则, 执行所述切换 动作。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下优点:
本发明打印头可运动区域只有两个区域, 即一个打印区域和一个切换区 域, 本发明将切换和复位机构集成在一起, 其结构简单, 操作和维护方便。 同 时, 通过本发明能够在同一个切换区域完成色带的切换和复位。 因此, 本发明 打印机在色带切换或复位时, 打印头无需贯穿整个区域, 其运动轨迹较短, 从 而降低电气和控制成本。

本发明提供的一种打印机, 包括打印头、 能够带动所述打印头往复移动的 打印头输送机构、连接打印头与打印头输送机构的字车、装有多色色带的带盒 并能带动该带盒摆动的带盒安装机构,其中, 所述打印头的运动区域包括一个 打印区域、一个切换区域,所述打印机还包括: 带盒支撑机构、带盒切换机构、 及复位机构, 其中:
所述带盒支撑机构位于所述打印头运动轨迹的一端的切换区域,该机构用 于在转动至不同的角度时,对应地将所述带盒安装机构支撑至不同的高度进行 色带的切换;
所述带盒切换机构固定在所述字车上, 在上述切换区域, 该机构用于: 将所述带盒安装机构抬高至脱离于带盒支撑机构的位置,并推动所述带盒 支撑机构转动至不同的角度; 或
将所述带盒安装机构抬高至脱离于带盒支撑机构的位置且不再与所述带 盒支撑机构接触;

请参阅图 1所示,其为本发明优选实施例打印机的外观立体图, 所述打印 机包括: 送纸机构 1、 打印机构 2、 带盒安装机构 3、 框架 4、 打印垫板 5、 色 带 6、 色带转换机构 7、 位置传感器 8。 在框架 4背面侧的左右侧壁之间设置 打印垫板 5 , 所述送纸机构 1设置在所述打印垫板 5的背面侧, 所述带盒安装 机构 3设置在打印垫板 5的正面侧。 所述打印机构 2设置在所述打印垫板 5 的正面侧, 且位于所述送纸机构 1与所述带盒安装机构 3之间。
送纸部 1设有送纸辊(图中未标注), 由固定在框架 4的送纸电机(图中 未标注)驱动, 带动纸张等打印介质由打印垫板 5背面侧向正面方向输送, 并 沿打印垫板 5向上运动。

下面结合图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5分别说明构成色带转换机构的带盒支撑 机构和带盒切换机构之间的结构及配合关系。
带盒支撑机构请参见图 2所示,所述托架 70位于所述带盒支撑板 30的正 下面, 在托架 70的一侧设置有支撑边 70a, 当所述带盒支撑板 30位于初始位 置时, 带盒支撑板 30的底面搭接在托架支撑边 70a上, 所述托架 70用于支撑 带盒支撑板 30。 在与所述支撑边 70a同侧的托架 70上, 还设置有带盒支撑板 拉簧 76, 所述带盒支撑板拉簧 76的一端挂接在该托架 70的第一拉簧槽 70b 中, 另一端挂接在带盒支撑板 30的凹槽 30a (见图 6 )上, 通过所述带盒支撑 板拉簧 76的拉力 ,使带盒支撑板 30始终受到向下的拉力 , 从而使所述带盒支 撑板 30—直平稳地搭接在托架支撑边 70a上, 避免工作过程中因打印头的震 动可能引起的带盒支撑板 30上下摆动而造成的打印混色。
同时, 请参阅图 3所示, 其为图 1所示打印机的色带转换机构的立体图。 在所述托架 70的另一侧, 还设置有摆块 71、 摆块转轴 72、 摆块拉簧 74, 所 述摆块 71通过摆块转轴 72安装在托架 70上,并可绕该摆块转轴 72在水平面 内自由旋转。请参阅图 4所示,其为图 1所示打印机上的色带转换机构中带盒 支撑机构的立体图。 所述摆块拉簧 74, —端挂接在摆块槽 71a上, 一端挂接 在所述托架 70的第二拉簧槽 70c上,在所述摆块拉簧 74的拉力作用下, 所述 摆块 71具有在水平面内逆势针旋转的趋势。但是, 由于框架 4的侧壁 41的限 制, 使得所述摆块 71被所述侧壁 41挡住, 而无法继续逆时针旋转, 所述摆块 拉黄 74用于在所述带盒支撑机构不受所述带盒支撑板 30及所述带盒切换机构 的作用下, 将所述带盒支撑机构恢复至初始位置。 在本实施例中将此时摆块 71所处的角度称作后文将要述及的摆块的初始角度, 即图 4所示的位置。 在 所述摆块 71上还设置有三个台阶 71b,、 71c、 71d, 其中, 所述第一台阶 71b 的高度小于等于所述托架支撑边 70a的高度,所述第二台阶 71c的高度大于所 述托架支撑边 70a的高度,所述第三台阶 71d的高度大于所述第二台阶 71c的 高度。 当带盒支撑板 30位于上述初始位置时, 即, 带盒支撑板 30正好搭接在 所述托架支撑边 70a上时, 此时, 所述摆块 71位于上述初始角度, 此时第一 台阶 71b位于带盒支撑板 30正下方。当所述带盒支撑板 30位于所述设定位置 时, 即所述带盒 60被摆动至设定高度时, 此时, 所述摆块 71将旋转至一定角 度, 将所述第二台阶 71c旋转至该带盒支撑板 30的正下方, 这样, 由于所述 第二台阶 71c的高度大于所述托架支撑边 70a的高度, 因此, 所述带盒支撑板 30搭接在所述第二台阶 71c上, 此时, 所述第三台阶 71d将正好卡入所述带 盒支撑板 30的卡槽 30d内。本实施例将此时摆块 71所处的位置称作所述摆块 71的第二设定角度, 此时, 所述带盒支撑板 30摆动的高度正好是所述第二带 条 61b与所述打印头 20相对应的位置, 即设定位置。 此外, 在所述摆块 71 上还设置有摆块碰撞面 71e, 用于与色带转换机构接触后, 在所述色带转换机 构的碰撞推动下, 通过摆块 71旋转而实现带盒升高 /降低。
带盒切换机构请参阅图 3所示,在所述字车 21靠近摆块 71的一侧,设有 凸轮 73、 转轴 73a、 转轴槽 21b, 其中, 所述凸轮 73通过转轴 73a安装在字 车转轴槽 21b中, 使凸轮 73可以绕转轴 73a在垂直面内自由转动。 同时, 在 所述凸轮 73上还设置了凸轮第一碰撞面 73b, 与所述带盒支撑板碰撞面 30b 平行相对, 用于与所述带盒支撑板碰撞面 30b接触, 将所述带盒支撑板 30抬 至设定高度。 此外, 在所述凸轮 73上还设有凸轮第二碰撞面 21a, 与所述摆 块碰撞面 71e平行相对, 用于与所述摆块碰撞面 71e接触碰撞, 并推动该摆块 71顺时针旋转一定角度,实现所述摆块 71在初始角度、第二位置之间的切换。 请参阅图 5所示,其为图 1所示打印机上的色带转换机构中带盒切换机构的立 体图。 在所述带盒切换机构上还设有凸轮拉簧 75 , 所述凸轮拉簧 75的一端挂 接在所述字车 21的拉簧槽 21c上,其另一端挂接在所述凸轮 73的底部 73c上, 用于在所述凸轮拉簧 75的拉力作用下,所述凸轮 73总有在垂直面内顺时针旋 转的趋势。 但是, 由于字车 21的侧壁 21d的限制, 使得所述凸轮 73被所述字 车 21的侧壁 21d挡住, 而无法继续顺时针旋转。 因此, 在没有外力的作用下, 凸轮 73能够平衡在如图 5所示的位置。
下面结合上述优选实施例详细说明通过带盒支撑机构和带盒切换机构的 相互作用完成色带切换的过程。
请参见图 6所示,其为图 1所示打印机上的字车运动区域示意图。在本实 施例中, 将字车 21往返运动的区域划分为打印区域 P、 切换区域 Q, 其中, 所述切换区域 Q又可划分成第一切换区域 Ql、 第二切换区域 Q2、 第三切换 区域 φ。
所述色带切换过程的前提是带盒支撑板 30位于上述初始位置, 即打印头 20与黑色带条 61a位置相对应。 为实现带盒 60的升高, 所述打印头输送机构 带动字车 21由打印区域 P向切换区域 Q运动。第一步,字车 21由打印区域 P 向第一切换区域 Q1运动, 当字车 21运动至打印区域 P与第一切换区域 Q1 的交界点时,请结合图 3所示,此时,所述字车 21旁边的凸轮第一碰撞面 73b 正好与所述带盒支撑板碰撞面 30b相接触。 并随着所述字车 21在第一切换区 域 Q1间运动时, 所述凸轮第一碰撞面 73b推挤带盒支撑板碰撞面 30b, 并在 推力作用下将所述带盒支撑板 30抬高,并随着所述字车 21运动至所述第一切 换区域 Q1与第二切换区域 Q2交界点处时, 所述凸轮第一碰撞面 73b将所述 带盒支撑板 30抬高至最高位置,该高度大于所述摆块 71的第三台阶 71d的高 度。
第二步, 所述字车 21进入第二切换区域 Q2并继续向前移动, 在所述第 二切换区域 Q2内 , 所述带盒支撑板 30在所述凸轮 73的支撑下始终保持在上 述最高位置。 所述凸轮第二碰撞面 21a与所述摆块碰撞面 71e相接触, 并在所 述字车 21的继续推移下, 挤压摆块碰撞面 71e, 所述摆块 71在所述字车 21 的推动下, 克服摆块拉簧 74的拉力作用, 顺势针旋转。 当字车 21移动至第二 切换区域 Q2与第三区域 Q3的交界点处时,所述摆块 71正好转动至设定角度, 此时, 所述摆块 71的第二台阶 71c正好转至所述带盒支撑板 30的正下方。
第三步, 所述字车 21由第二切换区域 Q2进入第三切换区域 Q3, 随着凸 轮 73卡入带盒支撑板切换孔 30c内 ,所述带盒支撑板 30因没有凸轮第一碰撞 面 73b的支撑而下降, 此时, 所述摆块 71的第三台阶 71d正好卡入带盒支撑 板卡槽 30d中, 此时, 所述带盒支撑板 30将搭接在所述摆块 71的第二台阶 71c上, 即摆块 71在凸轮 73的推动下, 转动至第二位置。 所述带盒支撑板 30 被设置到设定位置, 此时, 所述色带的带条 61b被切换到与打印头 20相对位 置上。 同时, 由于所述摆块 71的第三台阶 71d被卡入带盒支撑板卡槽 30d中, 即使摆块 71在摆块拉簧 74的拉力作用下有逆势针旋转趋势,也因带盒支撑板 卡槽 30d的限制被制止, 因此所述摆块 71可稳定在第二位置, 即带盒支撑板 30也因此可稳定在设定位置上。
第四步, 所述字车 21由第三切换区域 Q3向第二切换区域 Q2运动, 带盒 支撑板切换孔 30c边沿与所述凸轮 73相互挤压,由于凸轮拉簧 75拉力远小于 带盒支撑板切换孔 30c边沿的挤压力, 所述凸轮 73克服凸轮拉簧 75作用, 逆 时针旋转脱离所述带盒支撑板切换孔 30c的限制, 所述字车 21由第三切换区 域 Q3往回移动到第二切换区域 Q2、 第一切换区域 Ql。 此时, 由于所述带盒 支撑板 30仍然被所述摆块 71的第二台阶 71c支撑着, 所以带盒支撑板 30依 然稳定在设定位置上。 所述带盒转换过程结束, 字车 21由切换区域 Q运动到 打印区域 P, 执行打印任务。
下面结合上述优选实施例详细说明通过带盒支撑机构和带盒切换机构的 相互作用完成色带的复位过程。
此工作过程的前提是带盒位于所述设定位置, 即红色带条 61b 与打印头 20相对。 为了降低带盒的高度, 所述打印头输送机构带动字车 21由打印区域 P向切换区域 Q运动。第一步,所述字车 21由打印区域 P向第一切换区域 Q1 运动, 请结合图 3所示, 所述字车 21在第一切换区域 Q1间运动时, 所述凸 轮第一碰撞面 73b会与所述带盒支撑板碰撞面 30b相接触, 并随着所述字车 21的继续向前运动, 所述凸轮第一碰撞面 73b推挤带盒支撑板碰撞面 30b, 并 在推力作用下将所述带盒支撑板 30抬高。随着所述字车 21运动至所述第一切 换区域 Q1与第二切换区域 Q2交界点处时, 所述凸轮第一碰撞面 73b将所述 带盒支撑板 30抬高至最高位置,该高度大于所述摆块 71的第三台阶 71d的高 度, 因此摆块 71的第三台阶 71d脱离带盒支撑板卡槽 30d限制。 同时, 所述 凸轮第二碰撞面 21a刚好与所述摆块碰撞面 71e相接触,但由于没有发生作用, 因此, 此时在所述摆块拉簧 74的拉力作用下, 所述摆块 71逆时针旋转, 直到 恢复到上述初始角度; 第二步, 所述字车 21 由第一切换区域 Q1向所述打印 区域 P运动, 所述凸轮第一碰撞面 73b脱离带盒支撑板碰撞面 30b。 使得所述 带盒支撑板 30随之下降, 直到搭接在所述托架支撑边 70a上, 此时, 所述带 盒支撑板 30恢复到初始位置, 所述色带带条 61与打印头 20的对应位置也因 此由带条 61b恢复到 61a位置。 带盒复位工作完成。 之后, 所述字车 21可继 续由所述切换区域 Q向打印区域 P运动, 执行打印任务。
此外, 本发明提供的打印机还可支持两条以上多色带的转换, 请参阅图 7 所示, 为本发明用于多色带切换的带盒支撑机构实施例一的立体图 ,对于沿所 述色带宽度方向从上至下分别有黑、 紫、 绿、 红四种颜色的色带, 对应的所述 带盒支撑机构的台阶数有五个,如图 7示, 与所述颜色相对应的台阶分别为第 一台阶 71b、 第二台阶 71g、 第三台阶 71f、 第四台阶 71c, 以及一个最高的第 五台阶 71d, 用于限位。 其中所述第一台阶 71b为平面时, 当所述色带位于初 始位置时, 即黑色带条对应所述打印头, 此时, 所述第一台阶 71b位于所述带 盒支撑板 30的下方。在切换区域,在所述凸轮与所述带盒支撑板的碰撞面 30b 接触推动下, 所述凸轮将所述带盒支撑板 30抬起至高于所述带盒支撑机构的 位置, 并在最高位置维持一段距离, 使所述摆块 71的最高第五台阶 71d旋转 进入卡槽 30d, 同时所述凸轮也快速落入切换孔 30c。 之后, 随着所述凸轮的 继续向前移动, 推动所述摆块 71旋转至所需的设定角度, 此时, 所述带盒支 撑板 30被对应地台阶支撑在所需地设定高度, 实现色带地切换。
其中所述第一台阶 71b还可以为斜坡面, 如图 8示, 此时, 当所述色带位 于初始位置时, 即黑色带条对应所述打印头, 所述第一台阶 71b与所述带盒支 撑板 30无接触。 凸轮抬起带盒支撑板到达最高位置后, 立即落入切换孔 30c。 此时,所述摆块 71的最高第五台阶 71d利用其坡面支撑着所述带盒支撑板 30。 并随着所述凸轮的继续向前移动, 所述第五台阶进入所述卡槽 30d中。 之后, 再根据用户的需求, 所述凸轮推动所述摆块 71旋转至所需的设定角度,此时, 所述带盒支撑板 30被对应地台阶支撑在所需地设定高度, 实现色带地切换。
对于多色带的复位,与上述两种颜色的色带的优选实施例中通过带盒支撑 机构和带盒切换机构的相互作用完成色带的复位过程雷同, 这里不再赘述。
基于上述思想,本发明还提供了一种打印控制方法, 能够在驱动电机的转 动下带动所述打印头在打印区域、切换区域两个区域往复移动; 所述方法还包 括:
所述带盒切换机构进入切换区域,接触所述带盒安装机构, 并将该安装机 构抬高至脱离于带盒支撑机构的位置后 ,
所述带盒切换机构继续向前移动,接触所述带盒支撑机构并推动该支撑机 构转动至不同的角度,使得该带盒支撑机构支撑所述带盒安装机构至不同高度 进行切换; 或
所述带盒切换机构不再施加作用力于该带盒支撑机构,使得该支撑机构在 所述复位机构的作用下进行复位。
其中, 当所述带盒支撑机构在初始角度时,对应所述带盒支撑板位于初始 位置,所述带盒切换机构将所述带盒支撑板抬高至脱离于所述带盒支撑机构的 位置后,继续前进推动所述带盒支撑机构转动至设定角度,以实现色带的切换; 当所述带盒支撑机构在设定角度时 , 对应所述带盒支撑板位于设定位置 , 所述带盒切换机构将所述带盒支撑板抬高至脱离于所述带盒支撑机构的位置 后返回, 所述带盒支撑结构在弹性元件的作用下恢复至初始位置, 实现色带的 复位。
请参阅图 9所示, 为本发明打印控制方法的实施例一的流程图 ,具体的切 换方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 901 : 将打印机初始化。
步骤 902: 判断是否收到控制指令? 如果是, 执行步骤 903; 否则, 重复 步骤 902。 其中, 所述控制指令优选为触发该打印机进行新任务打印的数据信 息, 所述打印机在收到该控制指令后, 进行下面的切换或打印。
步骤 903 ~步骤 904: 计算新颜色所对应的打印头移动的步数, 并判断该 步数是否等于当前颜色对应的打印头的步数? 如果不相等, 执行步骤 905; 否 则, 执行步骤 906。
步骤 905: 所述打印头进入切换区域进行色带的切换。 如表 1所示, 为方 便说明, 将切换区域 Q 据对应的色带颜色划分为四个区域, 即距离所述打 印区域 P由近至远依次为: 抬高区域 Ql、 红色切换区域 Q2、 紫色切换区域 Q3、 绿色切换区域 Q4。 所述打印区域 P与所述切换区域 Q的交界点设为 P2, 抬高区域 Q1与红色切换区域 Q2交点设为 P3 , 红色切换区域 Q2与紫色切换 区域 Q3交点为 P4, 紫色切换区域 Q3与绿色切换区域 Q4交点为 P5, 绿色切 换区域端点设为 P6。请参阅图 10 所述,所述凸轮从打印区域 P向切换区域 Q 移动, 当移动至所述 P2点时, 所述凸轮与所述带盒支撑板 30的碰撞面接触, 当凸轮进入所述抬高区域 Q1 时, 所述凸轮将所述带盒支撑板 30抬高, 直到 所述凸轮移动至 P3的位置时, 所述带盒支撑板 30被抬高至最高位置, 此时, 黑色与所述打印头位置相对。之后, 随着所述凸轮继续向前移动至不同的切换 区域, 并到达该区域的端点位置时, 对应地可将所述带盒支撑板 30抬高至相 应的位置, 此时, 所述色带即被切换到该区域所对应的颜色。 所述打印机的色 带切换过程与上述图 6中的描述雷同, 这里不再赞述。 颜色 步数 位置 黑色 10 P 3 红色 11 P 4 紫色 12 P 5 绿色 13 P 6 表 1
步骤 906: 所述打印头返回至打印区域 P进行打印。 具体打印方法属现有 技术, 这里不再赘述。
以上所述的本发明实施方式, 并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。任何在 本发明的精神和原则之内所作的修改、等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种打印机, 包括打印头、 能够带动所述打印头往复移动的打印头输 送机构、连接打印头与打印头输送机构的字车、装有多色色带的带盒并能带动 该带盒摆动的带盒安装机构,其特征在于, 所述打印头的运动区域由一个打印 区域和一个切换区域组成,所述打印机还包括:带盒支撑机构、带盒切换机构、 及复位机构, 其中:
所述带盒支撑机构位于所述切换区域, 用于在转动至不同的角度时,对应 地将所述带盒安装机构支撑至不同的高度进行色带颜色的切换;
所述带盒切换机构固定在所述字车上,在所述切换区域, 用于将所述带盒 安装机构抬高至脱离于带盒支撑机构的位置,和推动所述带盒支撑机构转动至 不同的角度;
所述复位机构固定在所述带盒支撑机构上,用于当所述带盒支撑机构不再 与所述带盒安装机构和所述带盒切换机构接触时 , 将所述带盒支撑机构复位。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的打印机, 其特征在于,
所述带盒安装机构包括用于支撑带盒的带盒支撑板,在所述带盒支撑板上 设有支撑板碰撞面;
所述带盒切换机构包括凸轮,在所述凸轮上设有与上述支撑板碰撞面相对 的第一碰撞面,在上述两个碰撞面的接触下, 随着所述凸轮的向前移动将所述 带盒支撑板抬高至脱离于所述带盒支撑机构的位置。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的打印机, 其特征在于,
所述带盒支撑板上还设有切换孔,所述凸轮将所述带盒支撑板维持至脱离 于所述带盒支撑机构的位置后, 所述凸轮随着继续向前运动进入该切换孔中 , 并在该切换孔中通过继续向前移动推动所述带盒支撑机构转动实现切换。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述带盒支撑板上还设有 卡槽, 用于所述带盒支撑机构当转动至设定角度后, 卡入所述卡槽中, 以将所 述带盒支撑机构限制在设定角度。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述带盒支撑机构包括: 摆块、 摆块转轴, 所述摆块可绕所述摆块转轴水平摆动;
所述摆块上还设有台阶, 与所述卡槽配合, 能够在所述摆块转动至设定角 度时, 有相应的台阶卡入所述卡槽中, 对应地, 将所述带盒支撑板支撑至需要 的颜色与打印头对应的位置上。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述复位机构包括: 复位 弹性元件, 用于将所述带盒支撑机构恢复至初始位置。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述带盒切换机构还包括: 转轴、 字车转轴槽, 所述凸轮通过转轴安装在字车转轴槽中, 使该凸轮可 以随所述转轴在垂直面内自由转动; 及
凸轮弹性元件, 所述弹性元件固定在所述凸轮与所述字车之间,在所述凸 轮弹性元件的作用下, 使所述凸轮恢复至初始位置。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述带盒支撑机构还包括: 托架, 所述托架支撑在所述带盒安装机构的下方; 在所述托架的一端还设有托 架支撑边, 在带盒位于初始位置时, 与所述带盒支撑板的底面搭接。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述打印机还包括: 带盒 支撑板弹性元件 , 固定在所述托架和所述带盒支撑板之间。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述打印机还包括: 控制 装置,根据要切换的颜色所对应的所述打印头的运动步数,控制所述打印头的 移动。
11、 一种打印控制方法, 其特征在于, 打印机的打印头运动在由一个打印 区域和一个切换区域组成的运动区域内, 当切换打印颜色时, 所述打印头带动 带盒切换机构由打印区域进入切换区域, 接触带盒安装机构, 并且,
将所述带盒安装机构抬高至脱离于该打印机的带盒支撑机构的位置后,所 述带盒切换机构继续向前移动,接触所述带盒支撑机构并推动该带盒支撑机构 转动至不同的角度,以相应地使该带盒支撑机构支撑所述带盒安装机构至不同 高度; 或
所述带盒切换机构将所述带盒安装机构抬高至脱离于所述带盒支撑机构 的位置后, 不再接触所述带盒支撑机构, 以使所述带盒支撑机构恢复至初始角 度。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的打印控制方法, 其特征在于,
所述带盒支撑机构转动到初始角度时 ,对应支撑所述带盒安装机构于初始 位置;
所述带盒切换机构推动所述带盒支撑机构转动至不同的角度具体为: 所述打印头继续向前移动设定步数,带动所述带盒切换机构推动所述带盒 支撑机构转动至设定角度;
所述带盒切换机构不再接触所述带盒支撑机构具体为:
13、 如权利要求 11或 12所述的打印控制方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包 括:
判断新颜色对应的打印头的步数与当前颜色对应的所述打印头的步数是 否相等, 如果相等, 则直接打印; 否则, 执行所述切换动作。
