Abstract

 周波数分割多元接続方式により、上りリンクの信号を送信する移動局と通信を行う基地局装置に、前記上りリンクのランダムアクセスチャネルの周波数帯域の受信電力を測定する第1の判定手段、または、前記ランダムアクセスチャネルの受信数を測定する第2の測定手段を備えることにより達成される。基地局装置は、前記ランダムアクセスチャネルの周波数帯域の受信電力と前記ランダムアクセスチャネルの受信数の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記ランダムアクセスチャネルの周波数帯域幅を制御、または前記ランダムアクセスチャネルを規制する。
