Abstract

 本発明は、耐熱性ビオチン結合性タンパク質を連結させた固体担体に関する。本発明はまた、本発明の耐熱性ビオチン結合性タンパク質を連結させた固体担体の使用にも関する。本発明はさらに、耐熱性ビオチン結合性タンパク質を用いる、ビオチンと連結した物質の精製、濃縮、検出、捕捉などの技術分野に関する。本発明の固体担体に用いるビオチン結合性タンパク質は耐熱性を有しているので、70°C以上の温度に暴露することを伴うアッセイ系での使用において有用である。
