Abstract

 混合状態で取得された蛍光画像から各蛍光薬剤毎の蛍光の分布画像を取得することを可能とし、癌細胞の診断能を向上する。光学特性の異なる2種類以上の蛍光薬剤を励起させるために分光特性の異なる2種類以上の励起光を選択的に照射する光源部と、体腔内に入れられる部位に設けられ、各励起光により観察対象から放射される2種類以上の蛍光の波長帯域に受光感度を有する撮像部と、蛍光強度と各蛍光薬剤の濃度との相対関係情報を記憶する記憶部と、撮像部により撮影された2以上の画像の蛍光強度と記憶部に記憶されている相対関係情報とに基づいて、各蛍光薬剤の濃度情報を演算して出力する濃度情報演算部と、撮像部により取得された少なくとも1つの蛍光強度画像を提示する第1の蛍光観察モードと、濃度情報演算部により演算された各蛍光薬剤の濃度情報を提示する第2の蛍光観察モードとを切替可能なモード切替部とを備える内視鏡システムを提供する。
