本发明涉及一种人造板生产设备中连续平压热压机的技术,特别是涉及连 续平压热压机中钢带支撑辊的驱动技术。 背景技术
人造板生产流水线设备中连续平压热压机的钢带是环形钢带,绕着前后两 个大辊筒运行, 其中一个是驱动辊, 一个是被动辊, 历来都是这样的结构, 前 后两个大辊筒的跨度一般都比较大, 至少在 20米, 钢带运行速度一般在 0— 1500mm/s , 表面温度可达 240°C, 所以在两个大辊筒之间每隔一定距离须设 置支撑辊, 传统的支撑辊是不带动力的, 靠钢带与支撑辊之间的摩擦力由钢带 带动支撑辊转动, 这样往往造成钢带与支撑辊之间打滑, 或支撑辊不转。 由此 造成损坏钢带, 影响钢带使用寿命, 也影响正常生产运行。 发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足, 必须设计一种钢带支撑辊驱动机构, 支撑辊能自主转动, 使钢带与支撑辊之间不再打滑, 以此来保护钢带连续运行 安全, 使连续平压热压机的连续性生产成为可能。 所以, 设计一种新型的、 高 效的钢带支撑辊驱动机构成为本发明的目的所在。本发明所述的钢带支撑辊驱 动机构的技术方案是想在连续平压热压机在连续运行过程当中, 设计一机构, 能防止支撑辊不转、 防止钢带打滑, 保护钢带连续运行安全, 保证生产线连续 性运转。本发明的技术方案是通过如下的技术措施来具体实施的: 一种连续平 压热压机的钢带支撑辊驱动方法,其特征在于它在支撑辊的一端固定端安装减 速电机作为支撑辊的驱动动力,考虑到与高温的钢带直接接触的支撑辊也会因 此而受热膨胀, 所以在支撑辊相对固定端的另一端必须是活动的, 用以补偿热 膨胀的伸缩余地,考虑到庞大的设备中又长又重的支撑辊和减速电机的装配在 处理两者同心度方面的难点可以用万向联轴节来解决,支撑辊的两端安装轴承 座、 轴承、 轴承盖、 油杯和密封圈, 用以保证支撑辊转动中的润滑、 密封。 一 确 认 本 种实施上述钢带支撑辊驱动方法的装置, 其特征在于它由支撑辊 101、 连接梁 103、 左轴承座 104、 右轴承座 105、 方向联轴节 106、 减速电机 107、 固定架 108、 前轴 109、 后轴 110、 右轴承盖 111、 挡板 112、 左轴承盖 113、 轴承 114、 油杯 115、 密封圈 116、 短键 117、 长键 118组成, 其中: 钢带 102绕在支撑辊 101上滚动; 实心钢辊制成的支撑辊 101通过左轴承座 104、右轴承座 105、轴 承 114安装于 H型钢制成的连接梁 103的左右两侧,左轴承座 104—侧是轴承 活动端, 以允许支撑辊 101受热膨胀留有伸縮余地, 右轴承座 105—侧是轴承 固定端; 减速电机 107安装于轴承固定端, 是支撑辊的动力驱动端, 减速电机 107用螺栓固定在国定架 108上,通过螺钉将固定架 108安装于连接梁 103上; 支撑辊 101 与减速电机 107通过双节式万向联轴节 (也可以是单节式的) 106、 前轴 109、 后轴 110、 短键 117、 长键 115连接, 万向联轴节 106的安装可以 补偿支撑辊 101轴芯和减速电机 107轴芯之间的不同心度;油杯 115安装在左、 右轴承座 104、 105上方, 对轴承 114润滑; 两端轴承座外侧安装左、 右轴承 盖 111、 113、 挡板 112和密封圈 116用以密封润滑油。
本发明所述的支撑辊 101 和减速电机 107之间的万向联轴节两头联接形 式, 可以是键联接, 也可以采用六角孔、 方孔联接。
本发明钢带支撑辊驱动装置, 只要调整宽度方向尺寸, 则该装置同样适用 生产宽度为 1220mm、 1830mm 、 2440mm人造板的连续平压热压机。
本发明的积极效果在于安装了驱动装置的支撑辊变被动为主动,能防止钢 带在支撑辊处打滑造成钢带损坏, 延长钢带使用寿命, 保护钢带连续运行的安 全, 同时该装置装拆方便, 使连续平压热压机的连续性生产成为可能。 附图说明

下面结合附图 1、 图 2、 图 3和实施例对本发明作进一步说明- 本发明的一个实施例是一个生产宽度为 2440mm人造板的连续平压热压 机的钢带支撑辊驱动机构, 如附图 1、 2和 3所示的结构, 由支撑辊 101、连接 梁 103、 左轴承座 104、 右轴承座 105、 万向联轴节 106、 减速电机 107、 固定 架 108、前轴 109、后轴 110、右轴承盖 111、挡板 112、左轴承盖 113、轴承 114、 油杯 115、 密封圈 116、 短键 117、 长键 118组成, 其中: 钢带 102绕在直径为 中 Φ 160ιηηι、 长度为 2670mm、 45 #钢实心辊制成的支撑辊 101上滚动。 实心 钢辊制成的支撑辊 101通过内装 SKF公司的 22214E—C3轴承 114、 左轴承座 104、 右轴承座 105安装于 H型钢制成的连接梁 103的左右两侧, 所述 H型钢 的规格为 420mm X 307mm X 20mm, 左轴承座 104—侧是轴承活动端, 以允许 支撑辊 101 受热膨胀留有伸缩余地, 右轴承座 105—侧是轴承固定端, 选用 SEW公司的型号为 KAF37DT80K4/TF/ VS减速电机 107安装于轴承固定端, 是支撑辊的动力驱动端, 减速电机 107用螺栓固定在固定架 108上, 通过螺钉 将固定架 108安装于连接梁 103上。支撑辊 101与减速电机 107通过双节式万 向联轴节 106、前轴 109、后轴 110、短键 117、长键 118连接。万向联轴节 106 的安装可以补偿支撑辊 101轴芯和减速电机 107轴芯之间的不同心度,万向联 轴节 106选用 KTR公司的型号为 6GD-O30-(1 30 , 油杯 115安装在左、 右轴 承座 104、 105上方,对轴承 114润滑,两端轴承座外侧安装左、右轴承盖 111、 113、 挡板 112和密封圈 116用以密封润滑油。

1. 一种连续平压热压机的钢带支撑辊驱动方法,其特征在于它在支撑辊的 一端固定端安装减速电机作为支撑辊的驱动动力,考虑到与高温的钢带直接接 触的支撑辊也会因此而受热膨胀,所以在支撑辊相对固定端的另一端必须是活 动的, 用以补偿热膨胀的伸缩余地, 考虑到庞大的设备中又长又重的支撑辊和 减速电机的装配在处理两者同心度方面的难点可以用万向联轴节来解决,支撑 辊的两端安装轴承座、 轴承、 轴承盖、 油杯和密封圈, 用以保证支撑辊转动中 的润滑、 密封。
