[6] 所述拉门上的观察窗是双层玻璃与拉门一体连接的固定结构, 当烤制地瓜吋, 箱体内产生的蒸汽会透过观察窗内侧的玻璃粘附到外侧的玻璃上。 由于双层玻 璃为固定连接在拉门上, 无法清除玻璃上的蒸汽, 从而导致观察窗视野不清晰 , 无法清楚地看到箱体内部地瓜的烤制情况; 且当拉开拉门, 欲取出烤制的地 瓜吋, 人的手臂有可能因碰到拉门内壁的高温金属或玻璃上而被烫伤。
[7] 当地瓜烤好后, 就必须及吋从箱体中取出, 以免地瓜被烤焦, 而取出的地瓜如 不能及吋卖出, 就会变凉, 口味不佳; 即使再将地瓜放入烤箱, 也达不到刚烤 好吋的口味。
[8] 在烤制地瓜过程中, 地瓜是否烤好, 需要人为的检査, 以免地瓜烤制吋间过长 而烤焦; 当打开烤箱拉门吋, 如想检査远离拉门端的地瓜是很困难的, 只有合 上拉门让烤箱再次运转, 使烤箱内远端的地瓜运转到箱体拉门吋, 停止烤箱运 行, 打开拉门, 才能检査该地瓜是否烤好。 这样, 会多消耗很多电力, 使地瓜 的烤制成本增加。
