Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 縦形の炉体の所要の側壁から天井壁にわたる部分に赤外
    線輻射電気ヒータを多数配設するとともに該側壁に配設
    された赤外線輻射電気ヒータの゛輻射熱を遮蔽する金属
    板を設けて該炉体内に該金属板の前方の予熱帯と上方の
    焙焼帯を形成し、さらに、該炉体の外部から前記予熱帯
    および焙焼帯を経て炉体の外部に被焼成品を循環させる
    被焼成品送り装置を設けたことを特徴とする食品焙焼炉
    。
