将木糖醇粉、咖啡粉和奶粉粉混合后加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮胶状溶液,搅拌 20分钟 后制粒, 在 55Ό左右烘干约 3小时, 用 24 目整粒后冷却至室温, 喷洒薄荷脑乙醇溶 液后, 压制成片重 0.6克的木糖醇咖啡口嚼片。 实施例五
将 41.克木糠 ||粉碎过 90 目筛, 将 25克市售食用的咖啡粉和 31克奶粉及 0. 02 克薄荷脑分别过 90目筛后与木糖醇粉混合均匀。
将混合物加到硫化床中, 开动机器并升温, 从底部喷入用 2.98 '克聚乙烯吡咯垸酮 制成的胶状溶液, 在 55°C左右硫化干燥 40分钟后下料, ,得木糖寧,咖啡颗粒.。
将木糖醇咖啡颗啤 J5 gp得口嚼片。 实施例六
将 41克木糠醇粉碎过 90目筛, 取 1.5克聚乙烯吡咯垸酮加水制成胶状溶液后加 入其中, 混合搅拌, 用 16目筛制粒, 干燥后用 20目筛整粒, 制成木糖醇颗粒。
将 21克市售食用咖啡粉和 35克奶粉分别过 90目筛,混合,用逐步稀释法将 0. 05 克薄荷脑加入其中, 混合后备用。取 1 .45克聚乙烯吡咯烷酮制成胶状溶液, 加到上述 混合粉中, 混合. 枰,:用 16目筛制粒, 干燥后用 20目筛整粒, 得咖啡混合颗粒。
将上述两种颗粒混合均匀, 即得木糖醇咖啡颗粒。
木糖醇咖啡颗 直接压片即得到木糖醇助 . II啡口嚼片。 实施例七
按实施例六的方法及过程,取 45.98克木糖醇和 1.5克羟丙基纤维素制成木糖醇颗 粒; 将 20克市售食用的咖啡粉、 31克奶粉及 0.02克薄荷脑, 1.5克羟丙基甲基纤维素 制成咖啡混合颗粒。
将上述两颗粒混合, 即得木糖醇咖啡颗粒。 此颗粒可压制成木糖醇咖啡口嚼片。 实施例八
44克木糖醇粉 5?过 90目筛, 2.95克聚乙烯吡咯烷 加水制成胶状溶液后加入 到木糖醇粉中, 混合搅拌, 用 16目筛制粒, 干燥后用 20目筛整粒, 制成木糖醇颗粒。 将过 90目筛的 15克食用咖啡粉和过 90目筛的 35克奶粉混合, 用逐步稀释法将 0.05克薄荷脑加入其中,;混合好后慢慢加入 3.0克羟丙基.甲基纤维素制成胶状溶液, 混合搅拌, 用 16目筛制粒, 干燥后用 20目筛整粒, 得咖啡混合颗粒。
将上述两种颗粒混合, 即得木糖醇咖啡颗粒。
将上述木糖醇咖啡颗粒直接压片, 压制成片重 0.6克的木糖醇咖啡口嚼片。
工业实用性
本发明木糖醇咖啡产品既有咖啡的风味香气, 同时具有提神醒脑、 缓解疲劳、 清 除口腔异味、 防龋齿和辅助治疗糖尿病人的作用, 不仅可广泛适用于所有人群, 尤其 有利于糖尿病病人、 肝病病人的食用, 适用作功能性食品。 而且, 本产品质量稳定, 克服了纯咖啡粉储存期间风味容易改变, '及粘黏的缺点, 可为口嚼片、 颗粒, 完善了 咖啡的食用方式, 为人们食用、 携带提供了方便。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种既能口嚼又能速溶的木糖醇咖啡产品, 以重量计, 该产品的原料组分包括: 木糖醇 40.0— 50.0%、 咖啡 1 0.0— 25.0%、 薄荷脑 0.01— 0.1 0%, 奶粉 20.0— 35.0%及聚 乙烯吡咯烷酮 0— 5.0%和 /或羟丙基甲基纤维素 0— 3.0%, 其中, 聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和羟丙 基甲基纤维素含量不同时为 0。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的木糖醇咖啡产品 ·, 其特征在于: 所述羟丙基甲基纤维素的 含量为 0.1— 3.0%。 ·
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的木糖醇咖啡产品, 其特征在于: 其为颗粒或口嚼片。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的木糖醇咖啡产品, 其特征在于: 其为口嚼片。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的木糖醇咖啡产品, 其特征在于: 所述聚乙烯吡咯垸酮为
6、 一种按照权利要求' .1所述的米糖醇咖啡产品的制备方法, 特征在于:
将木糖 If n咖啡分别粉碎过筛后, 与过筛好的奶粉、,薄荷脑混合, 再加入聚乙烯吡 咯烷酮和, /或,羟丙基甲,棊纤维素胶状溶液,.混合后用湿法制粒, 干燥得到木糖醇咖啡颗 粒。
7、 根据权利要求 .6所述的制备方法, 其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1) 将木糖醇和咖啡分别粉碎成 60^90 i的细粉; ,
(2) 将奶粉和粉碎后的薄荷脑分别过 80— 90目筛;
(3) 将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和 I或羟丙基甲基纤维素用水溶解后静置 20分钟;
(4)将上述的木糖醇粉、咖啡粉、奶粉及薄荷脑混合, 加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和 /或羟 基甲基纤维素的胶状溶液,.搅拌混合、 制粒, 干燥即得木糖醇咖啡颗粒。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的制备方法, 其特征在于: 将所述的木糖醇咖啡颗粒进 行压片得到木糖醇咖啡口嚼片。
