Abstract

 本発明は、装置の小型化を図るために3段以上重なった歯車を用いて各々のコントロールケーブルを異なる速度で操出する場合であっても、簡単に各々のコントロールケーブルを装置内の所定の位置に配置し、装置の組み立てを容易に行うことを目的とする。本発明のサンシェード操作装置100は、駆動部Mと、前記駆動部Mにより発生した回転トルクが直接または間接に伝達される少なくとも1本の軸1と、該1本の軸1を回転の中心として、該軸1と一体的に回転する複数の歯車2と、該歯車2と噛み合い、該歯車2の回転運動にともなって、長手方向に移動する複数のコントロールケーブル41、42、43と、前記軸1の一端と前記複数の歯車2とを収容し、前記複数のコントロールケーブルが内部を通過する収容体とを有する。さらに、前記収容体が、1対の挟持部材31、33の間に、前記軸方向に隣り合うコントロールケーブルを通過させるための空間が形成された部材32を介在させている。

[0001] 本発明は、サンシェード操作装置に関する。さらに詳しくは、駆動部と、前記駆動部 により発生した回転トルクが直接または間接に伝達される少なくとも 1本の軸と、該 1 本の軸を回転の中心として、該軸と一体的に回転する複数の歯車と、該歯車と嚙み 合い、該歯車の回転運動にともなって、長手方向に移動する複数のコントロールケ一 ブルと、前記軸の一端と前記複数の歯車とを収容し、前記複数のコントロールケープ ルが内部を通過する収容体とを有するサンシェード操作装置に関する。
背景技術
[0002] 従来、自動車には、その窓ガラス力 差し込む光を遮るため、あるいは、車内のブラ ィパシーを保護するために、サンシェード(日除け)が用いられている。サンシェード は主として自動車の後部側の窓に取り付けられるのが一般的である。
[0003] ここで、自動車の後部側ドアに設けられる窓について説明する。 自動車の後部側ド ァに設けられる窓ガラスは、ビラ一部を設けることにより、車輛前方側と車輛後方側に 分割されている。これは、窓ガラスを前方側と後方側に分割せずに、 1枚の窓ガラス を設置した場合、車輛の後輪との位置関係カゝら窓ガラスをドアの下端位置まで移動さ せることができな 、ので、上下にスライド可能な窓ガラスを車輛前方側の窓ガラスに 限ったものである。
[0004] 車輛前方側と車輛後方側の窓ガラスを別々のサンシェードで覆 ヽた 、場合には、 車輛前方側に関しては窓ガラスがほぼ平行四辺形 (窓ガラスの両側縁部の高さがほ ぼ同一である)の形状であることを利用し、また、サンシェードの巻き取り部をドア内に 隠すことにより見栄えをよくすることを考慮して、サンシェードをドアの下方から上方へ 駆動させる。また、車輛後方側の窓ガラスに関してはその形状がほぼ三角形状であり 、車輛前方側と同様にサンシェードを下方から上方へ駆動させても車輛後方側窓ガ ラス全体を覆うことができない。そのため、窓ガラスを前方側の窓ガラスと後方側の窓 ガラスに分割するためのビラ一部にサンシェードの巻き取り装置を設けて、車輛前方 側から後方側へ水平方向にサンシェードを駆動させる。
[0005] 特開 2005— 153778号公報には、ブラインドシートの巻き取り軸を複数個設け、ブ ラインドシートの形状に工夫を施すことにより、遮光率を変えることができるなど利便 性に優れた自動車の側面窓用ブラインド装置の技術が開示されて 、る。この技術で は、ビラ一部により分割された窓におけるブラインドシートの駆動操作を行うにあたつ て、車輛前方側の窓を覆うためのブラインドシートを制御する駆動装置と、車輛後方 側の窓を覆うためのブラインドシートを制御する駆動装置をそれぞれ設けている。
[0006] また、特開 2003— 182358号公報には、駆動装置内に設けられた歯車を二段構 造にすることで、 1つの駆動装置で 3本のコントロールケーブルを操出し (繰り出し)、 車輛前方側および車輛後方側の窓ガラスを覆うためのサンシェードを駆動させること により、スペースを大きく増加させる必要のない自動車の窓用ウィンドウシェード装置 の技術が開示されている。この技術では、一方の歯車で車輛前方側の窓を覆うサン シェードを駆動させ、他方の歯車で車輛後方側の窓を覆うサンシェードを駆動させて いる。
発明の開示
[0007] しかしながら、特開 2005— 153778号公報の技術では、駆動装置(コントロールケ 一ブルの操出装置およびモータ)をドア内に 2つ設けており、ドア内のスペースを大き く占有し、車輛全体の重量が増大し、さらに操出装置を組み立てる際のコストがかか るという問題があった。
[0008] また、特開 2003— 182358号公報の技術では、ドア内で駆動ユニットの占有する スペースが大きく増大することはない。し力しながら、駆動ユニット内では、 2段式の歯 車を用いて 3本のコントロールケーブルを 2種の速度で移動させている。すなわち、車 輛前方側の窓ガラスを覆うためのサンシェードを駆動する 2本のコントロールケープ ルが同じ速度で移動している。そのため、車輛前方側の窓ガラスにおける前方側の 側縁部の長さと後方側の側縁部の長さが異なる場合には、車輛前方側の窓ガラスを 覆うためのサンシェードを駆動する 2本のコントロールケーブルを異なる速度で移動さ せる必要があるため、歯車 2段では対応することができないという問題があった。
[0009] さらに、コントロールケーブルの操出装置内に設けられる歯車を 3段構造にすると、 操出装置の組立が非常に繁雑な作業になってしまうという問題があった。
[0010] 本発明は、上記従来の問題を鑑みたものであり、装置の小型化を図るために 3段以 上重なった歯車を用いて各々のコントロールケーブルを異なる速度で操出する場合 であっても、簡単に各々のコントロールケーブルを装置内の所定の位置に配置し、装 置の組み立てを容易に行うことができるサンシェード操作装置を提供することを目的 としている。

図 1〜図 4を参照しながら、本実施の形態のサンシェード操作装置 100の構成を説 明する。
[0018] 本実施の形態のサンシェード操作装置 100は、駆動部 Mにより発生した回転トルク が伝達される軸 1と、軸 1を回転の中心とし、軸 1に固定された 3つの歯車 2と、それぞ れの歯車と嚙み合うように配置された 3つのコントロールケーブル 4と、軸 1の一端と歯 車 2とを収容し、所定の位置でコントロールケーブル 4を通過させる収容体 3と力 構 成されている。図 1に示されるように、サンシェード操作装置 100は、車の後方側のド ァ D内に設置され、サンシェード操作装置 100から操出されるコントロールケーブル 4 の先端位置の移動と共に垂直移動日除けシート 51が垂直方向(図 1、紙面上下方向 )に移動し、水平移動日除けシート 52が水平方向(図 1、紙面左右方向)に移動する
[0019] 軸 1は、一方の端の側が駆動部 Mに取り付けられ、他方の端の側がサンシェード操 作装置 100内部に組み込まれて 、る。軸 1のサンシェード操作装置 100内部に組み 込まれた部分には、 3つの歯車 2が固定されている。

[0023] コントロールケーブル 4には、第 1歯車 21に嚙み合う第 1コントロールケーブル 41、 第 2歯車 22に嚙み合う第 2コントロールケーブル 42、第 3歯車 23に嚙み合う第 3コン トロールケーブル 43がある。それぞれのコントロールケーブル 41、 42、 43には、その 表面に歯車 2と嚙み合うように凸部が螺旋状に形成されている。このように、コントロー ルケーブル 4の表面に形成された凸部が歯車 2と嚙み合うことにより、歯車 2の回転運 動に合わせてコントロールケーブル 4がその長手方向に移動する。それゆえ、コント口 ールケーブル 4の移動速度は、係合する歯車 2の半径と軸 1の回転速度によって決 定され、また、コントロールケーブルの移動方向は、係合する歯車 2に対する配置位 置によって決定される。図 3に示されるように、軸 1が時計周りに回転する場合には、 軸 1に固定された第 1歯車 21と第 2歯車 22と第 3歯車 23が時計回りに回転するので 、第 1歯車 21の周の 1点に接するように図 3紙面下方の位置に配置された第 1コント口 ールケーブル 41は、図 3紙面左方向へ向かって移動し、第 2歯車 22の周の 1点に接 するように図 3紙面上方の位置に配置された第 2コントロールケーブル 42は、図 3紙 面右方向へ向力つて移動し、第 3歯車 23の周の 1点に接するように図 3紙面下方の 位置に配置された第 3コントロールケーブル 43は、図 3紙面左方向へ向かって移動 する。また、最も半径の大きい第 1歯車 21に係合して移動する第 1コントロールケ一 ブル 41が 3本のコントロールケーブルのうち最も速い速度で移動し、最も半径の小さ い第 3歯車 23に係合して移動する第 3コントロールケーブル 43が 3本のコントロール ケーブルのうち最も遅い速度で移動する。

[0037] まず、駆動部 Mの回転トルクを受けて、軸 1が自転し、軸 1に固定された第 1歯車 21 と第 2歯車 22と第 3歯車 23とが軸 1の回転方向と同じ方向に、軸 1の回転速度と同じ 回転速度で回転する。このとき、第 1歯車 21と嚙み合うように配置された第 1コント口 ールケーブル 41は、第 1歯車 21の接線方向に移動する。また、第 1コントロールケ一 ブル 41と軸 1を挟んで平行に配置され、かつ、第 2歯車 22と嚙み合うように配置され た第 2コントロールケーブル 42は、第 2歯車 22の接線方向であって、第 1コントロール ケーブル 41の移動方向と反対方向に移動する。さらに、第 3歯車 23と嚙み合うように 配置された第 3コントロールケーブル 43は、第 3歯車 23の接線方向であって、第 1コ ントロールケーブル 41と同じ方向に移動する。各々のコントロールケーブルの移動速 度は、上述したように、嚙み合う歯車の半径の大きさによって異なり、第 1コントロール ケーブル 41が最も速い速度で移動し、ついで第 2コントロールケーブル 42が第 1コン トロールケーブル 41より遅い速度であって第 3コントロールケーブル 43より速い速度 で移動する。第 3コントロールケーブル 43は、コントロールケーブル 4のうち最も遅い 速度で移動する。 [0038] コントロールケーブル 4がそれぞれ異なる速度でサンシェード操作装置 100から操 出されることにより、図 9 (a)〜図 9 (c)に示されるように、窓の前方側の側縁部の長さ Xと、窓の後方側の側縁部の長さ yと、窓幅 zとがすベて異なる長さであったとしても、 同時にサンシェードの開閉を終了することができる。たとえば、窓の前方側の側縁部 の長さ Xと、窓の後方側の側縁部の長さ yと、窓幅 zとの間に、式(1)のような大小関係 がある場合、

[0039] 上記実施の形態のサンシェード操作装置 100によれば、収容体 3として、 1対の挟 持部材 31および 33の間に、軸方向に隣り合うコントロールケーブルを通過させるた めの空間が形成された中間層保持部材 32を介在させている。このことにより、装置の 小型化を図るために 3段以上重なった歯車を用いて各々のコントロールケーブル 4を 異なる速度で操出する場合であっても、簡単に各々のコントロールケーブル 4を装置 内の所定の位置に配置することができ、装置の組み立てを容易に行うことができる。

[0041] さらに、上記実施の形態では、歯車の回転軸が 1本である場合について説明したが 、本発明はこれに限らず、複数の回転軸のそれぞれに複数の歯車を設けた場合であ つても構わない。この場合、図 11に示されるように、駆動部により発生した回転トルク が伝達された軸 1が回転することにより第 1歯車 21が回転する。さらに、第 1歯車 21と 嚙み合うように設けられた水平方向連結歯車 29を介して回転力を第 2軸 11を中心と する第 6歯車 26に伝達する。さらに、第 6歯車 26に固定された第 2軸 11が第 6歯車 2 6の回転に伴って回転し、第 2軸 11に固定された第 7歯車 27および第 8歯車 28が連 動して回転する構成としてもよい。この場合であっても、第 4中間層保持部材 324お よび第 5中間層保持部材 325を第 1挟持部材 31と第 2挟持部材 33の間に介在させ ることにより、サンシェード操作装置を簡単に組み立てることができる。
産業上の利用可能性
本発明によれば、収容体として、一対の挟持部材の間に、軸方向に隣り合うコント口 ールケーブルを通過させるための空間が形成された中間層保持部材を介在させて いる。このことにより、装置の小型化を図るために 3段以上重なった歯車を用いて各 々のコントロールケーブルを異なる速度で操出する場合であっても、簡単に各々のコ ントロールケーブルを装置内の所定の位置に配置することができ、装置の組み立て を容易に行うことができる。

請求の範囲
[1] 駆動部と、
前記駆動部により発生した回転トルクが直接または間接に伝達される少なくとも 1本 の軸と、
該 1本の軸を回転の中心として、該軸と一体的に回転する複数の歯車と、 該歯車と嚙み合い、該歯車の回転運動にともなって、長手方向に移動する複数のコ ントローノレケープノレと、
前記軸の一端と前記複数の歯車とを収容し、前記複数のコントロールケーブルが内 部を通過する収容体とを有するサンシェード操作装置であって、
前記収容体が、
1対の挟持部材の間に、
前記軸方向に隣り合うコントロールケーブルを通過させるための空間が形成された部 材を介在させてなるサンシェード操作装置。
[2] 前記複数のコントロールケーブルが、ギヤコントロールケーブルである請求の範囲 第 1項記載のサンシェード操作装置。
