现有技术中, 为了使鞋可以在人行走时保护脚并缓冲地面对脚的冲 击,通常鞋底以具有弹性材料制成, 使其具有一定的弹性;也有在鞋跟部 位设置气垫, 以增强其鞋跟部位的弹性。前者只有有限的缓冲作用,弹性 效果不明显;而后者虽然对小的冲击有缓冲效果,但是在较强的冲击下易 变形或破裂, 气垫容易老化, 而且由于需设置气室, 鞋的制造过程复杂, 鞋的成本较高。 也有在鞋底上部采用密集分布管状中空柱体来增加弹性 的,其一般采用橡胶材料制成。管状中空柱体在力学方面是具备很强支撑 力的一种结构。例如一张柔软的纸,当卷成空心柱状时便能纵向支撑起相 当的重物, 可谓 "立木顶千斤"。 当鞋底上分布多个中空柱体后它的支撑 力过于强大,这种底的弹性只能依靠橡胶本身很有限的弹性,弹力效果不 佳。 发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、且具有较好的对冲击缓冲效果的 弹力鞋底。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施来实现的:一种鞋底,在整个鞋底 的上层内设有一个脚形凹腔,在整个凹腔内分布有顶部为收口弧面或球面
确 i 本 的弹性空心圆柱体。所述的鞋底用橡胶材料做成,所述的空心圆柱体柔软、 有弹性、可伸縮, 不仅对冲击起到缓冲的作用,在走动时还可以对脚底有 按摩的效果。 本发明还可以作进一步改进:所述凹腔内分布的弹性空心圆柱体之间 的空隙中嵌填弹性乳胶, 使其有更好的弹力效果。 所述的空心圆柱体的直径为 0.5— 2cm。 本发明所提供的鞋底结构简单, 制造过程简单, 弹性效果好, 不仅对 脚受到的冲击有缓冲作用,鞋底也不会变形, 同时对脚底也有一定的按摩 作用。 附图说明 图 1是本发明的实施例一的主视图; 图 2是实施例一的 A-A剖视图; 图 3是本发明的实施例二的主视图。 图 4是实施例二的 B-B剖视图。 具体实施方式 图 1、 2所示的是本发明的一个实施例, 在整个鞋底 1的上层设置一 个脚形凹腔 2, 在整个凹腔 2内有序地布满弹性空心圆柱体 3 , 弹性空心 圆柱体可以沿脚形凹腔的周边一圈一圈地分布,也可以成行、成列或交错 分布。 在凹腔内有序分布的弹性空心圆柱体之间的空隙中可嵌填弹性乳 N2007/001618 胶, 可选用一张乳胶片 4, 在乳胶片 4上按分布的弹性空心圆柱体穿孔, 然后嵌填到凹腔 2内。弹性空心圆柱体 3的柱顶为收口弧面,空心圆柱体 直径为 0.5—2cm。 弹性空心圆柱体和鞋底用橡胶材料一次成型。 图 3、 4 所示的是本发明的另一个实施例, 弹空心圆柱体 3的柱顶也可为球面。
本发明的技术要点在于: 弹性空心圆柱体的顶部为收口弧面或球面。 收口弧面或球面改变了弹性空心圆柱体对人脚支撑力的方式,垂直向下的 人体重力对空心柱体顶部的收口弧面或球面的作用力并不是垂直的,因为 收口弧面或球面相对人体重力或运动中所形成的脚对这些弹性空心圆柱 体冲击力的方向是存在一定角度的。因此垂直的支撑力发生偏移,而这种 力的偏移形成曲折力。 曲折力由收口弧面或球面向空心圆柱体下部传递, 改变空心圆柱体支撑力的原理,顶部为收口弧面或球面的空心圆柱体遇到 一定的压力就实现向下收缩的功能。
当本发明鞋底制作成成品鞋后这些弹性空心圆柱体被鞋的中底覆盖, 每个弹性空心圆柱体内自然形成不流通的空气,这些密封在空心柱体内的 空气可以迅速帮助恢复被释放压力的弹性空心圆柱体的正常状态。
由于橡胶等材料具有耐曲折、富有弹性的特性,并结合上述收缩功能 与在密封气体帮助下的快速恢复功能,从而实现弹性空心圆柱体可自由伸 缩的功能。 从结构上大大增加了弹力效果, 有效解决了地面对脚的冲击。 又因为分布在脚型凹腔的弹性空心圆柱体每个可独立自由伸缩,实现自动 调整鞋底与脚接触面的凹凸,最大程度地贴附脚底,使脚受到最小的压强, 因此很大程度地提高穿着舒适度。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种弹力鞋底, 其特征在于: 在整个鞋底的上层内设有一个脚形 凹腔,在整个凹腔内分布有弹性空心圆柱体,弹性空心圆柱体的柱顶为收 口弧面。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的弹力鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述的空心圆柱 体的柱顶也可为球面。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的弹力鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述的空心 圆柱体的直径为 0.5— 2cm。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的弹力鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述凹腔内分布 的弹性空心圆柱体之间的空隙中可嵌填弹性乳胶。
