一种双层橡胶鞋底,包括弹性橡胶上底和与橡胶上底固定连接的硬性橡胶下底,橡胶上底内部中空,其上开有若干沉孔,沉孔的侧壁形成支撑在橡胶上底和橡胶下底之间的支撑柱,沉孔的底壁形成连接橡胶上底和橡胶下底的固定面;所形成的双密度鞋底,与脚底接触的为弹性橡胶,与地面接触的则为硬性橡胶,很好地结合了弹性橡胶柔软、弹性好和硬性橡胶耐磨、防滑的特性,穿起来舒服、耐磨防滑、减震性能好;且橡胶上底内部中空,也增强了鞋底的减震性能,为了使鞋底的结构紧凑、稳固,不易变形,将沉孔侧壁作为支撑柱,以支撑内部的中空结构,以及将沉孔底壁作为固定面,以增加接合的接触面积,一次成型,结构简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋底, 尤其是一种双层橡胶鞋底。
背景技术
在日常生活中, 人们在行走、 奔跑的过程中, 会对脚部产生艮大的沖 击。 而当人们穿上鞋子时, 可以通过鞋子的鞋底在一定程度上緩沖这种沖 击, 起到保护脚部的作用。 随着生活水平的提高, 人们的对鞋子的要求也 越来越高。 目前, 市场上有两种减震效果较好的鞋底。 一种是: 通过在单 密度鞋底的后脚跟处加入一气垫, 以达到减震的效果, 但是这种结构的鞋 底过硬, 穿起来不舒服, 并且气垫所起的减震效果也并不理想; 另一种是:
PU鞋底, 其主要是通过上层的弹性 PU材料和下层的高密度 PU材料粘合而 成, 使鞋底面向脚底的一侧变柔软, 提高了减震效果, 穿起来也更舒服, 但是由 PU材料做成的这种鞋底不耐磨、 防滑效果不佳。 因此, 有必要发明 一种穿着舒服, 耐磨性能、 防滑效果和减震效果都倶佳的鞋底, 以满足人 们日常生活的需要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明提供一种穿着舒服、 减震效 果好的鞋底。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种双层橡胶鞋底, 包括弹性橡胶上底和与橡胶上底固定连接 的硬性橡胶下底, 所述橡胶上底内部中空, 其上开有若干沉孔, 所 述沉孔的侧壁形成支撑在橡胶上底和橡胶下底之间的支撑柱, 所述
沉孔的底壁形成连接所述橡胶上底和所述橡胶下底的接合面。
设置在边缘的支撑柱与所述橡胶上底侧壁之间设置有支撑肋板; 在鞋底的后脚跟处, 相邻的两两支撑柱之间设置有支撑肋板; 所述 橡胶上底位于脚掌处开有气孔。
所述沉孔均匀分布在整个橡胶上底; 所述橡胶下底上均匀分布 有若干与所述接合面配合的凸起, 每个凸起的面积大于与其对应的 接合面面积。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明通过将中空的弹性橡胶上底与硬 性橡胶下底固定连接, 形成双密度的鞋底, 与脚底接触的为中空弹 性橡胶, 与地面接触的则为硬性橡胶,很好地结合了弹性橡胶柔软、 弹性好和硬性橡胶耐磨、 防滑的特性,使本发明的鞋底穿起来舒服、 耐磨防滑、 减震性能好; 而为了使鞋底的结构紧凑、 稳固、 不易发 生变形, 将弹性橡胶上底的沉孔侧壁作为支撑柱, 以支撑橡胶上底 内部的中空结构, 以及将沉孔底壁作为接合面, 以增加橡胶上底与 橡胶下底接合的接触面积, 一体成型, 结构筒单, 且效果显著。

具体实施方式
参照图 1、 图 2 , —种双层橡胶鞋底, 包括弹性橡胶上底 1和与 橡胶上底 1 固定连接的硬性橡胶下底 2 , 所述橡胶上底 1 内部中空,
其上开有若干沉孔 1 1 ,所述沉孔 1 1的侧壁形成支撑在橡胶上底 1和 橡胶下底 2之间的支撑柱 12 ,所述沉孔 1 1的底壁形成连接所述橡胶 上底 1和所述橡胶下底 2的接合面 14。
为了使中空的橡胶上底结构更牢固、 不易发生变形, 设置在边 缘的支撑柱 12与所述橡胶上底 1侧壁之间设置有支撑肋板 3 ; 特别 是鞋底的后脚跟处, 是行走、 奔跑的主要受力位置, 因此也有必要 在后脚跟处, 相邻的两两支撑柱 12之间设置有支撑肋板 3。
本实施例中, 橡胶上底 1位于脚掌处开有气孔 1 3 , 当鞋底弯折 时, 其内的气体就会经通气孔 1 3流出, 鞋底内的气压减少, 便于鞋 底的弯折。
作为本发明的优选实施例, 所述沉孔 1 1均勾分布在整个橡胶上 底 1 , 使鞋底受力更均匀, 不易发生变形; 同时, 所述橡胶下底 2上 均匀分布有若干与所述接合面 14 配合的凸起 21 , 以防止各接合面 14 因参差不齐, 而无法与橡胶下底 2接合, 且每个凸起的面积大于 与其对应的接合面面积, 确保橡胶上底 1 与橡胶下底 2接合的接触 面积足够大, 接合更稳固。
本发明中空的弹性橡胶上底 1 与硬性橡胶下底 2通过硫化工艺 一次成型的方式实现固定连接, 形成双密度的鞋底, 与脚底接触的 为弹性橡胶, 与地面接触的则为硬性橡胶, 很好地结合了弹性橡胶 柔软、 弹性好和硬性橡胶耐磨、 防滑的特性, 使本发明的鞋底穿起 来舒服、 耐磨防滑、 减震性能好; 而为了使鞋底的结构紧凑、 稳固、 不易发生变形, 将弹性橡胶上底 1的沉孔 1 1侧壁作为支撑柱 12 , 以
支撑橡胶上底 1 内部的中空结构, 以及将沉孔底壁作为接合面 14 , 以增加橡胶上底 1 与橡胶下底 2接合的接触面积, 结构筒单, 且效 果显著。 在本发明中, 弹性橡胶可采用低密度橡胶, 而硬性橡胶则 采用高密度橡胶。 在实际使用过程中, 这两种不同密度的橡胶结合 起来而形成的双密度鞋底具有十分好的使用效果。
本发明结构筒单,集成了穿着舒服,耐磨、防滑和减震好的优点, 可广泛适用于各种鞋底。
Claims
1. 一种双层橡胶鞋底, 其特征在于: 包括弹性橡胶上底 ( 1 ) 和与橡 胶上底 ( 1 ) 固定连接的硬性橡胶下底 ( 2 ), 所述橡胶上底 ( 1 ) 内部中空, 其上开有若干沉孔 ( 11 ), 所述沉孔 ( 11 ) 的侧壁形成 支撑在橡胶上底 ( 1 ) 和橡胶下底 ( 2 ) 之间的支撑柱 ( 12 ), 所述 沉孔( 11 )的底壁形成连接所述橡胶上底( 1 )和所述橡胶下底( 2 ) 的接合面 ( 14 )0
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的双层橡胶鞋底, 其特征在于: 设置在边缘 的支撑柱( 12 )与所述橡胶上底( 1 )侧壁之间设置有支撑肋板( 3 )。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的双层橡胶鞋底, 其特征在于: 在鞋底的后 脚跟处, 相邻的两两支撑柱 ( 12 ) 之间设置有支撑肋板 ( 3)。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的双层橡胶鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述橡胶上 底 ( 1 ) 位于脚掌处开有气孔 ( 13)。
5.根据权利要求 1 至 4任一项所述的双层橡胶鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述沉孔 ( 11 ) 均勾分布在整个橡胶上底 ( 1 )。
6.根据权利要求 5 所述的双层橡胶鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述橡胶下 底( 2 )上均匀分布有若干与所述接合面( 14 )配合的凸起( 21 ), 每个凸起的面积大于与其对应的接合面面积。
