人们走路时脚部对地面会产生冲击, 地面的反作用力会把力道从脚部、 尤其是脚后跟传递至人的腿部、 膝关节乃至上身多个部位, 长时间走路产生 的冲击力会让人的脚踝关节、 膝关节等部位产生酸痛。 针对此问题, 人们从 结构和材料等方面对鞋子作出各种改进, 尤其是与脚面直接相接触的鞋垫, 更加成为人们研究的目标。而目前市面上常见的皮革鞋垫或汗布鞋垫由于较 硬或较薄而难于达到减震的要求, 为此市场上出现了采用弹性材料增加鞋垫 厚度作为缓冲脚后跟和地面之间冲击力的鞋垫鞋底, 如中国专利申请号为 ZL200720081783. 6公开的保健鞋垫鞋底,该专利公开了在鞋底的前掌和后掌 部位各设置一个盲孔, 再在鞋垫下部对应两盲孔的部位分别设置一个减震 块, 减震块放置于盲孔中, 该结构的减震块虽然可以减少部分冲击, 但由于 后掌部位只设置一个截面积较小的减震块, 单个减震块只能局部缓冲地面对 脚后跟的反冲击力, 而不能全面、 均匀地缓冲地面对脚后跟的反冲击力。 本发明目的
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述存在的问题和不足, 提供一种走路时可 全方位、 均勾地缓冲脚后跟与地面之间的冲击、 提高穿着的舒适性的带减震 鞋垫的鞋底。 本发明采用的技术方案 本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的. ·

确认本 带减震鞋垫的鞋底, 包括鞋底和鞋垫, 鞋垫后跟下部均均匀分布有若干 个具有弹性的凸柱, 为确保凸柱被压缩时不至于歪斜移位, 同时也防止鞋垫 相对于鞋底移动, 鞋底后跟上部对应凸柱位设有若干个容纳凸柱的凹槽。
为保证脚踩鞋垫时能使凸柱弹性压缩, 凸柱的高度设置大于凹槽的深度。 鞋垫由在人体重力的作用下, 能产生一定弹性变形的各种材料, 如: 弹 性海绵、 发泡塑料、 橡胶或聚酯、 聚醚类材料单独或混合制成。
凸柱的结构可以有多种形式, 如凸柱的横截面可以为圆形或椭圆形或三 角形或正方形或矩形或菱形或其他形状。 凹槽为方格槽或与凸柱的横截面形 状对应的槽孔。
为提髙穿着的舒适性, 鞋垫 2的厚度至少为 5画, 且与凸柱 21—体制成。 本实用新型由于采用了鞋垫后跟下部均匀分布有若干个具有弹性的凸 柱, 鞋底后跟上部对应凸柱位设有若干个容纳凸柱的凹槽的结构, 均匀分布 的弹性凸柱不仅可平均承受人体的重量, 还可以全方位、 均匀地缓冲了地面 对脚后跟的反冲击力, 避免了长时间走路或进行跑步、蹦跳等体育运动时地 面的反冲击力对脚踝关节、膝关节以及身体其他部位带来伤害。采用本实用新 型结构生产的鞋子有效减少了震动, 穿着更加舒适, 不会产生酸痛感觉, 长 时间走路不觉得疲劳。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。

实旆例 如图 1、 图 2所示, 本实用新型一种带减震鞋垫的鞋底, 包括鞋底 1和鞋垫 2, 鞋垫 2后跟下部均匀分布有若干个具有弹性的凸柱 21, 凸柱 21的横截面可 以设置为圆形或椭圆形或三角形或正方形或矩形或菱形或其他形状。鞋底 1后 跟上部对应凸柱 21位设有若干个容纳凸柱 21的凹槽 11。 凹槽 11可以设置为方 格槽或与凸柱 21的横截面形状对应的槽孔。 如图 1所示, 本实用新型优选实施 例把凸柱 21的横截面设置为椭圆形, 凹槽 11设置为方格槽。
凸柱 21的高度尺寸设置大于凹槽 11的深度尺寸, 以保证鞋垫 2的凸柱 21装 置于凹槽 11中时鞋垫 2面比鞋底 1还高, 从而方便人的脚踩鞋垫 2时能使凸柱 21 有弹性压縮的距离。
鞋垫 2由在人体重力的作用下, 能产生一定弹性变形的各种材料, 如: 弹 性海绵、 发泡塑料、 橡胶或聚酯、 聚醚类材料单独或混合制成。 本实用新型 优选实施例鞋垫 2由具有弹性的海绵材料制成。
鞋垫 2的前端设有若干个透气孔以方便透气。 透气孔可以是穿透过鞋垫 2 的排气孔, 也可以是开口朝下的凹槽。 鞋垫 2的厚度至少为 5麗, .且与凸柱 21 一体制成。 鞋垫 2的表面层粘有一层软皮革或绒料。 从而提高穿着的舒适性。
本实用新型是参照具体实施例来描述的, 但这种描述并不意味着对本实' 用新型构成限制。 参照本实用新型的具体实施例而作出的其它等效变化, 如 果对于本领域技术人员都是可以预料到的, 该变化应属于本权利要求所限定 的范围内。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种带减震鞋垫的鞋底, 包括鞋底 (1 )和鞋垫(2), 其特征在于: 所述鞋垫 (2)后跟下部均匀分布有若干个具有弹性的凸柱 (21 ), 所述鞋底 ( 1)后跟上部对应凸柱(21 )位设有若干个容纳凸柱(21 ) 的凹槽 (11 )。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的带减震鞋垫的鞋底,其特征在于:所述凸柱(21 ) 的高度大于凹槽(11) 的深度。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的带减震鞋垫的鞋底, 其特征在于:所述鞋垫(2) 由弹性海绵、 发泡塑料、 橡胶或聚酯、 聚醚类材料单独或混合制成。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2中所述的带减震鞋垫的鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述凸 柱(21) 的横截面为圆形或椭圆形或三角形或正方形或矩形或菱形。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的带减震鞋垫的鞋底,其特征在于:所述凹槽(11 ) 为方格槽或与凸柱(21) 的横截面形状对应的槽孔。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的带减震鞋垫的鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述鞋垫 (2) 的前端设有若干个透气孔。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的带减震鞋垫的鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述鞋垫 (2) 的厚度至少为 5讓, 且与凸柱(21 )—体制成。
