Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Dekontamination einer eine Oxidschicht aufweisenden Oberfläche einer Komponente oder eines Systems einer kerntechnischen Anlage, bei dem die Oxidschicht mit einem gasförmigen Oxidationsmittel behandelt wird.
