Abstract

El objeto de la invención es un método de análisis de residuos de plaguicidas en vegetales. El método utiliza el dispositivo de interfase para el acoplamiento directo de cromatografía de líquidos y cromatografía de gases, denominado en la literatura científica interfase TOTAD (Through Oven Transfer Adsorption Desorption). El método sólo requiere una etapa de extracción previa al análisis cromatográfico. Los plaguicidas son extraídos de la muestra con un disolvente orgánico. Volúmenes de extracto muy superiores a los habituales se inyectan directamente en el cromatógrafo de gases no siendo necesaria ninguna etapa previa de limpieza ni de concentración del extracto. La interfase TOTAD permite la inyección de volúmenes de extracto muy superiores a los que normalmente se inyectan en el cromatógrafo de gases.
