Abstract

 フィンチューブ型熱交換器において、案内フィンによる伝熱促進効果と排水性とを両立させる。フィンチューブ型熱交換器(1)は、気流中に配置された伝熱フィン(2)と、伝熱フィン(2)に挿入されており気流の流れ方向に略直交する方向に配置された複数の伝熱管(3)とを備えている。伝熱フィン(2)には、伝熱管(3)の両側において、気流の流れ方向上流側から下流側に向かって真っ直ぐに並ぶ案内フィン(21a、21b)及び案内フィン(21c、21d)が、切り起こしにより、伝熱フィン(2)面に形成されている。案内フィン(21a、21b)又は案内フィン(21c、21d)を仮想的に結ぶ直線(L1、L2)は、伝熱管(3)近傍の気流を、伝熱管(3)の気流の流れ方向後側に案内するように、気流の流れ方向に対して傾斜している。
