  • this method has a problem in that unnecessary processes are repeated, since a crude culture medium having chlorella growth therein is powdered and the powder is dissolved in water to make a crude liquid containing chlorella dissolved therein.
  • Another problem is that the extraction process is very inefficient, since the method requires an additional process, such as adjusting an aqueous solution of chlorella powder to an acidic pH range in order to prevent the precipitation of the chlorella powder in the aqueous solution.
  • the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for extracting a liquid extract from chlorella, which can eliminate a heating process of powdering chlorella and a process of dissolving the chlorella powder in water, because the chlorella liquid extract is extracted directly from a crude culture medium having chlorella grown therein, unlike the prior method of extracting a chlorella extract by dissolving chlorella powder in water, and which can eliminate a process of adjusting the pH of an aqueous solution of chlorella powder, because only the beneficial substance is extracted directly from the crude culture medium having chlorella grown therein, and thus there is no occurrence of precipitates in the liquid extract.

  • the crude culture medium is heated at a temperature of 120 + 5 0 C for 15-20 minutes so as to extract a content containing a beneficial substance rich in nutrients, such as amino acids, fats, proteins, vitamins and saccharides, in the chlorella cell membrane.

  • Each of three aqueous solutions of chlorella powder was prepared by dissolving 100 g of chlorella powder in 900 g of water. To each of the aqueous solutions, hot water of 90 0 C was added for about 30 minutes so as to isolate a content in the chlorella cell membrane. The isolated content was rotated at a speed of 6,000 rpm for 10 minutes by means of a centrifuge so as to separate it into the cell membrane and a beneficial substance. The separated beneficial substance was deproteinated to remove precipitates and then purified by passing it through a filter membrane having a pore size of 1 D. Then, the filtrate was adjusted to a pH of 4.5-5.0 in order to prevent the chlorella powder from being precipitated in the aqueous extract solution. Then, the resulting substance was sterilized by heating at a temperature of 120 0 C for 20 minutes.
  • the present invention provides the method of extracting the liquid extract from chlorella, comprising heating chlorella to isolate chlorella cells and then extracting from the chlorella cells only a beneficial substance in which nutrients, such as amino acids, fats, proteins, vitamins and saccharides, are abundantly contained in the hard cell membrane, an insoluble substance.
  • the chlorella liquid extract is extracted directly from the crude culture medium having chlorella grown therein, unlike the prior method of extracting the chlorella extract by dissolving chlorella powder in water. Accordingly, some processes are greatly eliminated, and so the extraction method according to the present invention is performed in a very simple manner.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction d'un extrait liquide directement à partir d'un milieu de culture de brut contenant une chlorelle, à la différence du procédé usuel d'extraction d'extrait de chlorelle par dissolution de poudre de chlorelle dans l'eau. Le procédé de cette invention comprend les étapes suivantes: chauffage d'un milieu de culture de brut contenant une chlorelle de manière à extraire un liquide contenant des nutriments dans la membrane cellulaire de la chlorelle; séparation du liquide extrait lors du chauffage/extraction en une membrane cellulaire insoluble et une substance bénéfique au moyen d'une centrifugeuse; filtration de la substance bénéfique séparée lors de la séparation cellulaire; et stérilisation de la substance bénéfique provenant de la filtration.
