目前定位技术在移动通信网络中的应用主要有以下几种: 确定用户 位置; 用户之间相互查询位置; 与用户的当前位置有关的各种生活、 交 通、 娱乐、 服务和公共设施等信息服务; 救援定位服务、 看护服务、 车 辆调度、 物流管理、 位置广告和公司内部管理等等。 定位技术通过位置 业务平台向移动通信网络提供位置信息和相关服务。
虽然定位技术发展迅速, 但是迄今为止, 还没有与移动网络游戏相 结合的应用。 移动网络游戏处于快速发展的态势, 除了目前最普及的短 消息和多媒体消息类的游戏 , 现在出现了基于图像用户界面的移动网络 游戏, 这就为移动网络游戏与位置业务平台相结合奠定了基础。
但是, 由于目前的位置平台业务和移动游戏业务都在各自领域独立 地发展, 还没有将位置信息应用到移动游戏中, 所以, 移动游戏无法利 用已有的定位系统资源。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种游戏系统和游戏平台, 能够通过定 位系统获取游戏用户的位置信息。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种游戏系统获取位置信息的方法, 使 游戏系统能够通过通信终端获取游戏用户的位置信息。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种在游戏中应用位置信息的方法, 使 游戏能够根据用户的位置信息的变化而进行相应变化。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种游戏系统, 包括通信终端和游戏服务器, 其中, 所述游戏系统 进一步包括位置查询单元, 用于在接收到通信终端或游戏服务器发来的 位置查询请求时, 向定位系统发送请求并获取游戏用户通信终端的位置 信息, 并将该位置信息返回通信终端或游戏服务器。
其中, 所述位置查询单元位于游戏服务器或通信终端内。
其中, 所述位置查询单元向定位系统发送请求并获取游戏用户通信 终端的位置信息为:
位置查询单元发送包含游戏用户信息的位置请求消息至定位系统; 位置查询单元接收定位系统返回的游戏用户通信终端的位置信息。 优选地, 所述游戏用户信息包括游戏用户通信终端的号码。
优选地, 所述游戏用户通信终端的位置信息包括游戏用户通信终端 当前所在位置的经纬度、 海拔高度、 地理信息、 附加信息、 通信终端的 运动速度和运动方向中的任一项或任意几项的组合。
一种游戏系统获取位置信息的方法, 该方法包括如下步骤:
A、 游戏系统的通信终端发送位置请求消息至定位系统; B、 游戏系统的通信终端接收定位系统返回的位置信息, 并将所述 位置信息发送至游戏系统的游戏服务器。
其中, 步骤 A之前, 进一步包括: 游戏系统的游戏服务器向通信终 端发送位置请求消息。
其中, 步骤 A之前, 进一步包括: 游戏系统的游戏服务器判断其向 定位系统发送位置请求消息的负载是否超过设定阈值, 如果是, 则向通 信终端发送位置请求消息, 然后转到步骤 A; 否则, 游戏服务器向定位 系统发送位置请求消息。
一种游戏平台, 包括处理单元, 其中, 所述游戏平台进一步包括与 处理单元连接的位置查询单元, 用于接收处理单元的位置查询请求, 向 定位系统发送请求并获取游戏用户通信终端的位置信息, 然后将获取的 位置信息返回处理单元。
优选地, 所述游戏平台进一步包括与处理单元连接的内部位置接口 单元, 用于接收游戏平台支持的游戏模块发来的位置查询请求, 和将从 定位系统获取的位置信息返回请求位置查询的游戏模块。
优选地, 所述位置查询请求包括游戏用户的帐号或者游戏用户通信 终端的号码。
优选地, 所述游戏平台进一步包括与处理单元连接的外部位置接口 单元, 用于接收通信终端发来的位置查询请求, 和将从定位系统获取的 位置信息返回该通信终端; 或者接收通信终端直接从定位系统获取的位 置信息。

游戏服务器根据获取的位置信息和自身保存的游戏设置实施游戏。 其中, 所述与位置相关的游戏设置包括根据不同位置信息启动不同 游戏的设置、 根据不同位置信息进行不同的游戏逻辑的设置、 根据不同 位置实施不同的游戏计费费率的设置中的任一项或任意几项的组合, 所述实施游戏包括启动游戏、 改变游戏逻辑或进行游戏计费中的任 一项或任意几项的组合。
其中, 所述游戏逻辑包括游戏情节、 游戏场景、 游戏发生地点中的 任一项或任意几项的组合。
其中, 所述游戏服务器根据游戏用户的信息获取游戏用户通信终端 的位置信息为: 游戏服务器向定位系统发送包含游戏用户信息的位置查 询请求, 并从定位系统获取游戏用户的位置信息。

优选地, 所述游戏用户的信息包括游戏用户通信终端的号码。
从以上的技术方案可以看出, 本发明提供的游戏系统包括可向定位 系统请求并获取通信终端的位置信息的位置查询单元。 本发明提供的游 戏平台也包括可向定位系统请求并获取通信终端的位置信息的位置查 询单元。 基于本发明的游戏系统和游戏平台, 可以获得游戏用户通信终 端的位置信息, 从而为在移动游戏中结合位置信息提供了硬件支持。 而 在现有技术的游戏系统或游戏平台中没有能够查询通信终端位置信息 的能力, 所以应用本发明的游戏系统和游戏平台之后, 可以查询到通信 终端的位置信息。
本发明提供的游戏系统获取位置信息的方法的关键在于通信终端发 送请求并从定位系统获取位置信息, 并上报至游戏服务器。 在现有技术 中, 通信终端可以获取位置信息, 但不上报至游戏服务器。 从本发明和 现有技术对比来看, 本发明的方法的优势在于游戏服务器可以利用通信 终端获取的位置信息对游戏进行相应处理。
本发明提供的在游戏系统中应用位置信息的方法的关键在于游戏服 务器请求并获取了用户通信终端的位置信息之后, 根据该位置信息和游 戏设置实施游戏。 使用本发明的方法, 可以使移动运营商为游戏用户提 供与位置信息相关的各种丰富多彩的服务, 解决了现有技术中无法将游 戏系统或游戏平台与用户位置相结合的缺陷, 增加了移动游戏的娱乐 性, 并且为游戏和定位技术的结合提供了广阔的发展空间。 附图简要说明

为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更清楚, 下面结合附图和具 体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述。
一般的在线网络游戏是在每个游戏服务器上运行一个游戏, 由游戏 开发商和移动终端设备制造商各自开发, 没有统一的标准。 通常, 通信 终端和游戏服务器组成一个游戏系统, 通信终端登录游戏服务器后, 用 户可以在线元网络游戏。
图 1是本发明提供的一种游戏系统。 参见图 1, 该游戏系统不仅包 括通信终端和游戏服务器, 还包括一个位置查询单元。 在本发明的游戏 系统中, 位置查询单元分别与通信终端和游戏服务器连接。 位置查询单 元可通过与定位系统的交互, 获取通信终端的位置信息。
游戏系统获取位置信息的基本流程如下: 位置查询单元接收到通信 终端或游戏服务器发来的位置查询请求后, 向定位系统发送包含通信终 端信息的位置请求消息, 定位系统根据位置请求消息中的通信终端的信 息得到该通信终端的位置信息, 并将该位置信息返回位置查询单元, 位 置查询卓元获取该位置信息后, 将位置信息传送至请求位置查询的游戏 服务器或通信终端, 游戏服务器或通信终端根据接收到的位置信息对游 戏进 4于相应处理。
位置查询单元向定位系统发送的通信终端信息包括通信终端的标 识, 例如, 通信终端的号码 MSISDN。
位置查询单元从定位系统获取的通信终端的位置信息包括多种信 息, 例如, 通信终端的经纬度、 海拔高度、 运动速度、 运动方向等等, 还可以包括所在地点的地理信息, 如地区名称和周边地理信息; 以及所 在地点的附加信息, 如天气状况、 交通信息等与所在地点有关的各种信 息。 这些与位置有关的信息是目前定位系统所能得到信息。
如图 2所示, 在位置查询单元位于游戏服务器的情况下, 游戏服务 器才 据位置查询单元获取的位置信息直接对游戏进行处理, 也可以将位 置信息传送至通信终端进行相应处理。
如图 3所示, 在位置查询单元位于通信终端的情况下, 由通信终端 向定位系统发起位置请求消息, 并接收定位系统返回的位置信息, 通信 终端根据位置查询单元获取的位置信息直接对游戏进行处理, 也可以将 位置信息上报至游戏服务器, 由游戏服务器根据位置信息进行相应处 理。 也可以由游戏服务器向通信终端发出位置查询请求, 通信终端响应 该位置查询请求后向定位系统发出位置请求并接收其返回的位置信息, 然后将该位置信息返回到游戏服务器。
另外, 位置查询单元可以同时位于游戏服务器和通信终端上, 在这 种情况下, 游戏服务器和通信终端都可以发送请求并从定位系统获取位 置信息,例如, 当游戏服务器发送位置请求消息的负载超过设定阈值时, 可以请求通信终端向定位系统发送位置请求消息。
随着网络游戏技术的发展, 出现了一种新的游戏系统, 这种新的游 戏系统与原有提供单一游戏的游戏系统不同, 是由运营商在游戏服务器 上提供一个统一的游戏平台, 游戏平台上运行游戏开发商提供的不同游 戏模块。 游戏平台分别与游戏模块和通信终端连接,提供计费、定时器、 积分管理、 会话管理等功能, 这种游戏平台节省了游戏开发商在服务器 端的开发工作。 开放移动联盟(OMA )中的游戏工作组就致力于移动在 线游戏平台标准规范的制定。
图 4是本发明提供的游戏平台。 参见图 4, 该游戏平台分别与其支 持的多个游戏模块和通信终端连接, 在本发明的游戏平台中, 除了原有 的实现上文所述的游戏平台各种功能的处理单元之外, 还包括一个可从 定位系统获取通信终端位置信息的位置查询单元。 位置查询单元可以单 独设置, 也可以设置在原有的处理单元中。
游戏平台获取位置信息的基本流程如下: 游戏平台的位置查询单元 在接收到处理单元的位置查询请求之后, 向定位系统发送包含通信终端 信息的位置请求消息, 定位系统根据接收到的通信终端信息得到该通信 终端的位置信息, 并将该位置信息返回位置查询单元, 位置查询单元将 该位置信息返回处理单元, 处理单元根据位置查询单元获取的位置信息 对游戏进^"相应处理。
如前所述, 位置查询单元向定位系统发送的通信终端信息包括通信 终端的标识, 例如, 通信终端的号码 MSISDN。
如前所述, 位置查询单元从定位系统获取的通信终端的位置信息包 括多种信息, 例如, 通信终端的经纬度、 海拔高度、 运动速度、 运动方 向等等,还可以包括所在地点的地理信息,如所属区域和周边地理信息; 以及所在地点的附加信息, 如天气状况、 交通信息等与所在地点有关的 各种信息。
在图 4所示的游戏平台中, 还可以包括一个内部位置接口单元, 用 于与游戏平台上运行的多个游戏模块传递位置信息, 游戏模块通过内部 位置接口单元向游戏平台发送包含游戏用户信息的位置信息请求, 游戏 用户信息可以是用户的帐号或通信终端的号码, 处理单元将该位置信息 请求交由位置查询单元处理, 位置查询单元向定位系统发送位置请求消 息, 并将接收到的位置信息返回至处理单元, 处理单元通过内部位置接 口单元返回位置信息至请求位置查询的游戏模块。
在图 4所示的游戏平台中, 还可以包括一个外部位置接口单元, 用 于与通信终端传递位置信息, 通信终端通过外部位置接口单元发送位置 信息请求至处理单元, 处理单元转发位置信息请求至位置查询单元, 位 置查询单元向定位系统发送位置请求消息, 并将接收到的位置信息返回 至处理单元, 处理单元通过外部位置接口单元返回位置信息至请求位置 查询的通信终端。
上述的内部位置接口单元和外部位置接口单元可以单独设置, 也可 以设置在处理单元中。
如图 4所示,通信终端也可以直接向定位系统请求并获取位置信息, 此时, 处理单元可以通过外部位置接口单元从通信终端获取位置信息并 对游戏进行相应处理。
无论是图 1所示的游戏系统, 还是图 4所示的游戏平台, 其与定位 系统之间的请求 /应答的模式为服务器 /客户端模式, 其中, 游戏平台或 游戏系统为客户端, 定位系统为服务器。
通常, 定位系统对客户端提供两个网络接口, 其一是安全接口, 使 用 SSL/TLS加密来保证接口安全; 其二是无加密接口。 如果客户端位于 安全区域内, 可以通过无加密接口与定位系统连接; 如果客户端位于非 安全区域内,则通过安全接口与定位系统连接,以保证信息的安全可靠。
位置请求消息和位置应答消息均由消息头和消息体两部分组成, 消 息头包含鉴权信息, 如客户端的标识, 客户端的标识可以是游戏系统或 平台的标识, 或诸如通信终端号码之类的用户标识, 消息头中也包含消 息体的长度; 消息体包含请求和应答的具体内容, 其格式通常为 XML 格式。
当客户端发送位置请求消息时, 通过 HTTP POST的方式发送至定 位系统。 所有位置请求消息发送至一个特定的 URL, 定位系统对请求消 息进行响应并返回位置应答消息, 位置信息的具体内容在消息体中。
基于图 1所示的游戏系统, 或基于图 4所示的游戏平台, 移动运营 商可将位置信息结合在移动游戏中, 提供丰富多彩的游戏服务, 下面介 绍几种在移动游戏中应用位置信息的方法。
( 1 ) 4艮据位置信息启动游戏:
图 5是在移动游戏中根据位置信息启动游戏的方法流程图, 该方法 包括如下步骤:
步骤 501 : 用户在移动游戏的网络侧进行与位置相关的游戏启动设 置, 例如, 根据不同的位置启动不同的游戏或游戏场景, 并在移动游戏 的网络侧保存该设置; 移动游戏的网络侧是游戏系统中的游戏服务器, 或游戏系统中的游戏平台。
步骤 502: 用户通过通信终端发送登录请求消息至移动游戏的网络 侧。
步骤 503 : 移动游戏的网络侧 ·据通信终端的号码向定位系统查询 并获取该通信终端的位置信息。
步骤 504: 移动游戏的网络侧根据获取的位置信息和用户保存的设 置为用户启动相应的游戏或游戏场景。
例如, 通过位置信息中的运动速度参数, 移动游戏的网络侧可以判 断用户所处的状态, 如果运动速度超过某一设定阔值, 则表示用户位于 正在运行的交通工具上, 移动游戏的网络侧将为用户启动适合在运行的 交通工具上玩的游戏。
例如, 通过位置信息中的所属区域参数, 移动游戏的网络侧可以判 断用户所处的具体区域, 如果用户所处的区域是家中, 移动游戏的网络 侧可以为用户启动耗时较长的游戏或游戏场景; 如果用户所处的区域是 景。
这样, 用户登录后启动的游戏或游戏场景不尽相同, 可以根据用户 的实际位置变换启动的游戏或游戏场景。
( 2 )根据位置信息确定游戏逻辑:
图 6是在移动游戏中根据位置信息实施逻辑处理的方法流程图。 从 图 6可以看出, 该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 601 : 用户或移动运营商在移动游戏的网络侧进行与位置相关 的游戏逻辑设置, 例如, 根据用户的位置确定游戏角色的位置, 并在移 动游戏的网络侧保存该设置。
步骤 602: 在移动游戏的过程中, 移动游戏的网络侧根据通信终端 的号码向定位系统查询并获取用户通信终端的位置信息。
步骤 603: 移动游戏的网络侧根据获取的位置信息和保存的设置为 用户确定游戏中的游戏逻辑。
例如, 通过位置信息中的经纬度参数, 移动游戏的网络侧确定游戏 中的地图, 使其与实际地图相对应, 游戏用户的通信终端的位置信息决 定用户在游戏中的角色在游戏地图中的位置。 在多人网络游戏中, 存在 于游戏地图上用户附近的游戏角色, 其对应的真实用户在实际位置中也 在当前用户的附近。
例如, 通过位置信息中的天气状况参数, 移动游戏的网络侧确定游 戏中场景的天气状况, 如果游戏用户所在地区的天气为晴, 移动游戏的 网络侧将游戏中场景的天气状况也设置为晴。
这样, 用户可以 居实际的位置信息改变游戏的逻辑, 即改变游戏 的情节发展和场景。
( 3 )根据位置信息进行游戏的计费:
图 7是根据游戏用户的位置信息进行游戏计费的方法流程图。 从图 7可以看出, 该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 701 : 移动游戏的网络侧根据不同的位置信息设置不同的计费 费率, 例如, 可以根据不同的地理区域设置不同的费率, 或根据通信终 端的运动速度设置不同的费率。
步骤 702: 移动游戏的网络侧根据通信终端的号码向定位系统查询 并获取用户通信终端的位置信息。
步骤 703: 移动游戏的网络侧根据用户通信终端的位置信息和预先 设定的费率进行游戏计费。
例如, 根据位置信息中的所属区域参数, 移动游戏的网络侧可以设 置某些区域为游戏优惠区域, 当用户运动到这些优惠区域时,降低费率; 当用户离开这些优惠区域时, 提高费率。
例如, 根据位置信息中的运动速度参数, 移动游戏的网络侧可以针 对不同的运动速度采用不同的费率, 如果用户通信终端的运动速度超过 预先设定的阔值, 降低费率, 以鼓励用户在交通工具中玩游戏; 反之, 为了安全起见, 当用户通信终端的运动速度超过预先设定的阈值, 提高 费率, 避免用户在交通工具的行驶过程中出现意外。
这样, 通过获取用户的位置信息, 对游戏实行灵活计费。
综上所述, 基于图 1所示的游戏系统, 或图 4所示的游戏平台, 游 戏用户可以享受到与其实际位置信息相关的丰富多彩的游戏服务。 上述 游戏服务实现的前提是移动游戏的网络侧向定位系统请求并获取位置 信息, 但是, 如果移动游戏的网络侧频繁向定位系统查询位置信息, 将 造成网络数据交互增加, 往往造成网络传输的效率降低, 对网络有一定 的影响。 在这种情况下, 可以增大查询的间隔时间, 或者在某些需要获 取位置信息的时刻, 并非向定位系统请求并获取位置信息, 而是利用计 算结果来预测此时通信终端的位置信息, 例如, 根据上次查询获取的经 纬度和运动速度预测通信终端的当前位置, 从而降低查询位置信息对网 络传输造成的影响。 上述对本发明的方法的阐述仅是在游戏中应用位置信息的一小部分 实施例, 还有很多与位置有关的应用未在本文中说明, 但是其原理都相 同, 即利用查询所得的游戏用户的不同位置信息以及预先设定的与位置 相关的游戏设置来改变游戏, 在此不予赘述。
本发明的游戏系统、 平台和在游戏中应用位置信息的方法不仅可以 应用在移动终端的在线网络游戏, 也可以应用于包含固定终端的在线网 络游戏。
在具体的实施过程中可对根据本发明的游戏系统、 游戏平台和方法 进行适当的改进, 以适应具体情况的具体需要。 因此可以理解, 本文所 述的本发明的具体实施方式只是起示范作用, 并不用以限制本发明的保 护范围。

1、 一种游戏系统, 包括通信终端和游戏服务器, 其特征在于, 所述 游戏系统进一步包括位置查询单元, 用于在接收到通信终端或游戏服务 器发来的位置查询请求时, 向定位系统发送请求并获取游戏用户通信终 端的位置信息, 并将该位置信息返回通信终端或游戏服务器。

A、 游戏系统的通信终端发送位置请求消息至定位系统;
B、 游戏系统的通信终端接收定位系统返回的位置信息, 并将所述 位置信息发送至游戏系统的游戏服务器。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A之前, 进一 步包括: 游戏系统的游戏服务器向通信终端发送位置请求消息。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A之前, 进一 步包括: 游戏系统的游戏服务器判断其向定位系统发送位置请求消息的 负载是否超过设定阈值, 如果是, 则向通信终端发送位置请求消息, 然 后转到步骤 A; 否则, 游戏服务器向定位系统发送位置请求消息。
9、 一种游戏平台, 包括处理单元, 其特征在于, 所述游戏平台进一 步包括位置查询单元, 用于接收处理单元的位置查询请求, 向定位系统 发送请求并获取游戏用户通信终端的位置信息, 然后将获取的位置信息 返回处理单元。

在游戏服务器上进行与位置相关的游戏设置并保存;
在游戏启动或游戏进行时, 游戏服务器根据游戏用户的信息获取游 戏用户通信终端的位置信息;
游戏服务器根据获取的位置信息和自身保存的游戏设置实施游戏。
17、根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述与位置相关的 游戏设置包括根据不同位置信息启动不同游戏的设置、 根据不同位置信 息进行不同的游戏逻辑的设置、 根据不同位置实施不同的游戏计费费率 的设置中的任一项或任意几项的组合;
所述实施游戏包括启动游戏、 改变游戏逻辑或进行游戏计费中的任 一项或任意几项的组合。
18、根据权利要求 17所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述游戏逻辑包括 游戏情节、 游戏场景、 游戏发生地点中的任一项或任意几项的组合。
19、根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述游戏服务器根 据游戏用户的信息获取游戏用户通信终端的位置信息为: 游戏服务器向 定位系统发送包含游戏用户信息的位置查询请求, 并从定位系统获取游 戏用户的位置信息。
20、根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述游戏服务器根 据游戏用户的信息获取游戏用户的位置信息为: 游戏服务器根据前次从 定位系统获取的游戏用户通信终端的位置信息预测游戏用户通信终端 的当前位置信息。
21、 根据权利要求 16至 20中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述游戏用户的信息包括游戏用户通信终端的号码。
