优选地, 所述扣体为从所述滑套径向伸出的凸出部分。
优选地, 上述滑套为开合式, 并在上述开口槽对面的管壁上沿轴向设 有轴销结构的合页, 其中: 上述滑套的腔孔内壁环设有呈间断布置的条状 或粒状的定位凸肋, 定位凸肋的内径略小于支承杆的外径。 在支承杆外缘 环设有与定位凸肋弹性卡扣的定位 IHJ槽,在合页附近的滑套腔孔内壁沿轴 向还设有开合定位凸肋。
优选地, 环绕所述滑套的腔孔内壁设有一层弹性软胶层, 或者所述滑套 的整个腔孔内壁为粗糙的壁面。
优选地, 所述扣紧部为凸出的扣紧部, 所述卡槽设有卡边, 在卡套卡 入所述凸出的扣紧部后限制卡套在滑套径向上的位移。
优选地, 上述卡套可为平板或弧形板或角形板, 上述卡槽沿卡套竖向 或横向布置, 其槽口向上或向下或向左或向右布置。
优选地, 所述卡套为一杆件, 所述卡槽由所述杆件弯曲形成。
本发明由于在滑套的扣体上设有贯通的开口槽,并且采用卡套与滑套 构成的锁紧机构。 当卡套卡入滑套扣体上所设的扣紧部后, 该锁紧机构能 使开口槽的宽度减小, 向内收缩。 所以, 在装配时, 滑套可方便地定位于 支承杆的任意位置, 然后通过卡套卡入将其锁固; 又由于卡套本身具有与 物架架体相配的安装部位, 或者卡套本身就是物架架体的端部, 因此使整 个置物架的连接变得极其简单。而且根据不同置物架规格和用途设计的连 接器, 可适应各种置物架的连接。 同时, 本发明还可在置物架上, 根据需 要附加或配装其它置物架体, 从而增加置物的功能和扩大其使用的范围。

本发明所提供的置物架连接器包括滑套 1、 卡套 2。 如图 1 -图 8所 示, 滑套 1设有与支承杆 3滑动配合的腔孔 10, 卡套 2—端与置物架架 体 40连接。 滑套 1上形成有扣体 12, 扣体 12沿滑套 1的轴向设有开口 槽 11, 扣体 12上设置有位于开口槽 11两侧的扣紧部 12a或 12c (其中, 扣紧部 12c参照图 27所示)。 卡套 2上具有卡槽 21, 当扣紧部 12a或 12c 插入卡槽 21后,可使开口槽 11的宽度减小, 以使卡套 2向内收缩。 由此, 通过滑套 1与卡套 2构成的锁紧机构, 支承杆 3与置物架架体牢固连接。 其中, 上述扣紧部可为四扣紧部 12a或凸扣紧部 12c。 卡槽 21可以是 U 型卡槽, 其在卡入四扣紧部 12a或凸扣紧部 12c后使开口槽 11的宽度减 小, 并向内收缩。
卡槽 21的槽宽 b略小于凹扣紧部 12a或凸扣紧部 12c的宽度 a。在凹 扣紧部 12a或凸扣紧部 12c上部设有导入段 12b (图 27中未显示)。 导入 段 12b为上小下大的弧形过渡段。 扣体 12为从滑套 1径向伸出的凸出部 分, 所述扣紧部设置在该凸出部分上。
滑套 1可以为闭合式或者开合式。
• 如图 3和图 7所示, 滑套 1为闭合式时, 环绕滑套 1的腔孔 10内壁 设有呈间断布置的条状或粒状的定位凸肋 14。 定位凸肋 14的内径略小于 支承杆 3的外径, 可与环绕支承杆 3外缘设置的定位 IHJ槽 31弹性卡扣。
如图 4和图 8所示, 滑套 1为开合式时, 在滑套 1的与开口槽 11相 面对的管壁上沿轴向设有轴销结构的合页 13。 其中, 滑套 1的腔孔 10内 壁环设有呈间断布置的条状或粒状的定位凸肋 14, 定位凸肋 14的内径略 小于支承杆 3的外径。 在支承杆 3外缘环设有与定位凸肋 14弹性卡扣的 定位凹槽 31。 在合页 13附近的滑套 1腔孔 10内壁上沿轴向还设有开合 定位凸肋 15。
如图 6所示,环绕滑套 1的腔孔 10内壁可以设有一层弹性软胶层 16。 另外, 滑套 1的整个腔孔 10内壁也可以是粗糙的壁面。 滑套 1的腔孔 10 与圓形或椭圓形或其他形状的支承杆 3的外尺寸相适配。
另外, 卡套 2可以是平板或弧形板或角形板, 也可以是其他的型材制 件。 卡槽 21可以沿卡套 2竖向或横向布置, 其槽口可以向上或向下或向 左或向右布置。 卡套 2也可以是一杆件, 卡槽 21 由该杆件弯曲而成。 在 卡套 2与物架架体之间还可以设有套座 22, 套座 22可以是板形或杆形。 实施例一:网状置物架
图 7、 图 8所示为在滑套 1为闭合式管套, 卡套 2为弧形板时, 支承杆 3 与水平网状置物架架体 40的连接实例。 该置物架的装配过程为: 将滑套 1 套入支承杆 3至确定位置。 然后, 把物架架体 40拐角处的卡套 2插入滑套 1 的凹扣紧部 12a中, 并通过开口槽 11向内收缩使支承杆 3与架体 40固定连 接。 实施例二:网状置物架
如图 9、 图 10所示, 滑套 1为开合式管套, 卡套 2为弧形板。 其装配过 程为: 将滑套 1沿径向套入支承杆 3的装配位置, 并将开放的滑套 1闭合。 然后,把物架架体 40拐角处的卡套 2由上至下插入滑套 1的凹扣紧部 12a中, 使支承杆 3与架体 40固定连接。 实施例三:板状置物架
如图 11、 图 12所示, 滑套 1为闭合或开合式, 卡套 2为具有卡槽 21的直 角槽形板。 卡套 2固定连接有套座 22, 以使其与横截面呈 "匸" 字型的连 接件 24结合, 该连接件 24的开口部 241可插入并支承板状架体 41。 滑套 1 与卡套 2的装配过程与实施例一相同。 实施例四:挂钩置物架
如图 13、 图 14所示, 滑套 1为闭合或开合式, 卡套 2为具有卡槽 21的弧 形板。 图中挂钩置物架 42分别固定在卡套 2两端。 滑套 1与卡套 2的装配过 程与实施例一相同。 实施例五:圆形置物架
如图 15、 图 16所示, 滑套 1为外部形状呈矩形的闭合式, 卡套 2为具有 卡槽 21的直角槽形板。在直角槽形板上设有与圆状架体 43连接的常规的角 码 (图中未示出), 滑套 1与卡套 2的装配与实施例一同。 实施例六:挂架
如图 17、 图 18所示, 滑套 1为闭合或开合式, 卡套 2为具有卡槽 21的弧 形板。 图中挂架架体 44与卡套 2—端的外缘固定连接。 滑套 1与卡套 2的装 配与实施例一相同。 实施例七:环状置物架
如图 19、 图 20所示, 滑套 1为闭合或开合式, 卡套 2为具有卡槽 21的弧 形板。 在卡套 2的一端设有与环状架体 45相连接的平板套座 22。 滑套 1与卡 套 2的装配与实施例一相同。 实施例八:网篮置物架
如图 21、 图 22所示, 滑套 1为外部形状呈矩形的闭合式。 卡套 2由一硬 质杆件弯曲而成, 并形成有卡槽 21。 通过滑套 1和卡套 2, 网篮置物架架体 46与支承杆 3固定连接, 其装配与实施例一相同。 实施例九:卡套安装在固定物上的置物架
如图 23、 图 24所示, 卡套 2包括弧形部分 20和两侧的套座 22。 弧形部 分 20具有卡槽 21。 套座 22上具有固定孔 25 , 可利用螺钉等将卡套 2固定安 装在如墙壁或其它固定物上。 卡槽 21的槽口向上布置。 置物架架体 44设置 在滑套 1上。 这样,通过先将滑套 1和卡套 2如前述实施例一样插接在一起, 或者先将卡套 2固定在想要的固定物上, 然后再将滑套 1和卡套 2插接在一 起, 可以将置物架安装在该固定物上。 实施例十:盘状置物架 如图 25、 图 26所示, 滑套 1为闭合或开合式, 卡套 2为具有卡槽 21的弧 形板, 并与盘状置物架 47固定连接 (例如, 铆接或焊接等)。 其装配与实 施例一相同。
实施例十一:
如图 27所示, 在该例中, 滑套 1上的扣紧部为凸扣紧部 12c。 卡套 2的 卡槽 21设有卡边 210。 用以在卡套 2卡入凸扣紧部 12c后限制卡套 2在滑套 1 径向上的位移。 其装配方式与实施例一相同。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种置物架连接器, 包括滑套( 1 ) 和卡套(2), 其特征在于, 所述滑套( 1 )上形成有扣体( 12), 所述扣体( 12) 沿所述滑套( 1 ) 的 轴向设有开口槽( 11 ), 所述扣体( 12)上设置有位于所述开口槽( 11 ) 两侧 的扣紧部 ( 12a/12c); 和
所述卡套(2)上具有卡槽 (21), 当所述扣紧部 (12a/12c)插入所述卡 槽 (21 )后, 可使所述开口槽 ( 11 ) 的宽度减小。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的置物架连接器, 其特征在于, 所述卡槽 (21 ) 的槽宽 b 略小于所述扣紧部的宽度 a, 在所述扣紧部上部设有弧形导入段
( 12b )。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的置物架连接器, 其特征在于, 所述扣体 ( 12) 为从所述滑套( 1 )径向伸出的凸出部分。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的置物架连接器, 其特征在于, 所述滑套( 1 ) 为闭合式, 支承杆 (3) 穿过其中, 环绕所述滑套 ( 1 ) 的腔孔 ( 10) 内壁设 有间断布置的定位凸肋(14), 所述定位凸肋(14)的内径略小于所述支承杆
(3) 的外径, 所述支承杆 (3) 的外壁上设有与所述凸肋 (14) 弹性卡扣的 定位凹槽 (31 )。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的置物架连接器, 其特征在于, 所述滑套( 1 )为开 合式, 支承杆 (3) 可穿过所述滑套(1 )在处于闭合状态时形成的腔体, 所述 滑套( 1 )的与所述开口槽( 11 )相对的内壁上沿轴向设有轴销结构的合页( 13), 其中:
所述滑套( 1 )的内壁环设有间断布置的定位凸肋( 14), 所述定位凸肋( 14) 的内径略小于所述支 杆 (3)的外径, 环绕所述支承杆(3)的外壁设有与所述 定位凸肋( 14 ) 弹性卡扣的定位凹槽( 31 );
在所述合页 (13) 附近的所述滑套(1 )腔孔(10) 内壁上沿轴向设有开合 定位凸肋( 15)。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的置物架连接器, 其特征在于, 环绕所述滑套( 1 ) 的腔孔(10)内壁设有一层弹性软胶层( 16),或者所述滑套( 1 )的整个腔孔( 10) 内壁为粗糙的壁面。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的置物架连接器, 其特征在于, 所述扣紧部为凸 出的扣紧部 (12c), 所述卡槽 (21 )设有卡边(210), 在卡套(2)卡入所述 凸出的扣紧部 (12c)后限制卡套(2)在滑套( 1 ) 径向上的位移。
8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的置物架连接器, 其特征在于, 所述卡套(2) 为平板、 弧形板或角形板, 所述卡槽(21 )沿所述卡套(2)竖向或横向布置, 其槽口向上或向下或向左或向右布置。
9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的置物架连接器, 其特征在于, 所述卡套(2) 为一杆件, 所述卡槽 (21 ) 由所述杆件弯曲形成。
10. 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的置物架连接器, 其特征在于, 所述卡套 (2) 与物架架体之间设有套座(22), 所述套座 (22) 为板形或杆形。
