Abstract

Der Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, Verfahren für die Herstellung von Porengranulat unterschiedlichster Formen und Abmessungen auch unter Verwendung von Abfallmengen bei der eigenen Herstellung von Porengranulat und bei der Herstellung von Porensteinen zu schaffen und weiterhin Lösungen für Porengranulatgemische aufzuzeigen und neue Anwendungsfälle für den Einsatz von Porengranulat zur Lösung von Umweltproblemen zu ermöglichen. Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Porengranulaten in verschiedenen Korngrößen, Abmessungen und Formen, wird eine bekannte Mischung zur Herstellung von Gasbeton, bestehend aus Quarzsand, Kalk, Zement, Wasser und dem Treibmittel Aluminat in eine Form mit einer großen Flächenausdehnung und geringer Höhe eingebracht, nach dem Abbinden zerteilt und anschließend werden die zerkleinerten Stückchen ohne weitere Hilfsmittel oder in einem Autoklaven bei etwa 190 0C und einem Druck von ca. 12 bar unter Wasserdampf ausgehärtet. Es werden verschiedene Verwendungslösungen für Porengranulat, wie z. B. für die Wasserqualitätsverbesserung von Seen und Teichen vorgeschlagen. Das Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Herstellung von Porengranulat und von Porengranulatmischungen und verschiede Anwendungsfälle insbesondere bei der Lösung von Umweltproblemen.
