本发明的目的在于提供一种鲜活虫草酒 (本发明中也可称为鲜活虫草 养生酒) , 虫草子实体培育后直接用酒基浸渍, 无需人为整形, 使营养成 份更加丰富全面, 可配合容器造型, 使之成为一种集保健和观赏为一体的 优质改良保健酒。
本发明的目的还在于提供上述虫草酒的生产方法, 该方法简单易行, 借助小口径的培养(浸酒)容器来保证其内部培养出的子实体真实完整, 得到的酒液色泽金黄诱人, 气味芬芳醇厚, 为色、 香、 味俱全的保健酒。
本发明提供了一种鲜活虫草酒, 是虫草子实体直接生长在培养基上, 并浸渍于酒基中而成的, 该虫草酒容纳于一个底部设置有培养基槽的小口 径容器中, 而供虫草子实体生长的培养基被置于培养基槽中。
本发明还提供了一种鲜活虫草酒的生产方法, 其特征在于, 将培养基 置于培养基槽中, 灭菌处理后接种虫草菌种, 培育出虫草子实体后加入酒 基浸溃, 其中所述培养基槽作为容器的底部。
本发明提供的鲜活虫草酒藉由将培养的鲜活虫草子实体连同培养基和 培养基槽浸渍于不同浓度的酒基中而成, 制得的虫草酒保留其独特的营养 成分, 而且借助不同规格的小口径的浸酒容器和容器底部的培养基槽, 以 保证培养基和培养的子实体完整、 真实, 并使之固定于容器底, 杜绝了由 于虫草子实体及其培养基在不同浓度的酒基中悬浮、 漂浮或翻滚倒置等现 象导致的酒液浑浊的不良感观, 以及活动的虫草子实体及其培养基可以随 便取出藉此以造成以假充真的现象的发生, 另外, 浸泡后的酒液色泽金黄 诱人, 气味芬芳醇厚, 达到色、 香、 味俱全, 令人耳目一新。
上述的鲜活虫草酒中容器为小口径的容器, 其口径不超过容器本身直 径的 1/2, 优选 1/5 2/5; 其中培养基槽与容器可以一体制成, 成为容器的 内底; 或者培养基槽作为与容器分离的容器底, 该培养基槽的环围处(可 为内或外环围, 优选外环围)设有螺扣, 其底部大于槽的顶部, 无底容器 底端设有丝口 (可为内或外丝口, 优选与槽外环围螺扣对应的内丝口), 该螺扣可与丝口螺接; 无底容器底端的丝口处还可设有固定密封用垫。
根据本发明的优选实施例, 其中该培养基槽底部大于槽的顶部 1-2 厘 米, 在底部设有丁字形固定柱以固定其盛装的培养基, 槽高度为 1-3厘米; 其中酒基为可食用的不同浓度的蒸馏酒、 酿造酒或浸制酒。
上述的虫草菌种选自北虫草、 中华虫草、 古尼虫草、 凉山虫草、 甘肃 虫草、 新疆虫草和阔孢虫草的菌种中至少一种, 优选本发明人于 2000年 3 月 3 日在中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心保藏了编号为 CGMCC NO. 0439的冬虫夏草菌种。
本发明的鲜活虫草酒, 其中的虫草子实体在容器的培养基上呈自然生 长状态, 在橘黄或者金黄的酒液中浓茂整齐、 本末有序、 健壮直立, 可随 环境的变动而往返摆动, 形成 "酒中麦浪" 的仙境景象。
本发明的鲜活虫草酒是通过下述方案实现的: 将培养基置于培养基槽 中, 灭菌处理后接种虫草菌种, 培育出虫草子实体后加入酒基浸渍, 其中, 可使用培养基槽与容器为一体制成的容器, 虫草子实体在容器中被培育生 长, 或使用培养基槽与容器为分体结构的容器, 所述培养基槽的槽环围处 设可与无底容器底部的丝口螺接的螺扣, 培育出虫草子实体后, 将培养基 槽固定于无底容器的底端, 再加入不同浓度的酒基浸渍。
采用上述任一容器培育虫草子实体, 其培养基槽始终作为容器的底部。 上述分体结构的优点是: 可以减少灭菌物的体积, 而且使容器中的酒 基更加清澈澄明。
本发明的鲜活虫草酒可放置在摆床上, 经摆床的摆动, 酒基中的虫草 子实体随之往返摆动, 可谓 "酒中麦浪, 人间仙景", 具有极强的观赏性。
上述培养基槽可用不锈钢金属或耐高温聚丙烯或其它同性材料制成, 优选不透明材料, 其底部大于槽顶部 1-2厘米, 槽高度为 1-3厘米, 在槽 底部设有固定柱, 优选丁字形固定柱, 数量优选 1-4 个, 该固定柱尺寸优 选直径 0.1-0.2厘米, 高 0.5-2厘米, 用来固定槽中的培养基, 槽的环围处 设有与容器的丝口相螺接的螺扣。
上述无底容器的丝口处还可设有固定密封用垫(即本文所述的 "丝口加 垫"), 可使螺接处更加密闭牢固, 以保证所盛酒液无论如何放置也不会渗漏。
上述酒基可以是蒸馏酒、 酿造酒或浸制酒; 所述虫草菌种选自北虫草、 中华虫草、 古尼虫草、 凉山虫草、 甘肃虫草、 新疆虫草和阔孢虫草的菌种 中至少一种。
本发明的培育菌种的方法可以用任何公开的方法, 优选采用本发明人 在 PCT/CNOO/00050或中国专利 00103434中公开的装置和方法进行培育, 本 案将其全文引入作为参考。
本发明的鲜活虫草酒 (其商品名也为鲜活虫草养生酒)其容器可具有 要求的外形, 配合酒基的选择, 所述鲜活虫草酒的种类包括: 鲜活虫草国 宴酒、 鲜活虫草嘉宾酒、 鲜活虫草佳节酒、 鲜活虫草礼仪酒、 鲜活虫草婚 宴酒、 鲜活虫草寿辰酒、 鲜活虫草健身酒以及鲜活虫草大众酒等。
本发明提供的鲜活虫草养生酒, 通过不同规格、 型号的小口径容器内 栽培的各种虫草子实体加酒料浸渍而成, 该酒营养成分丰富, 品种齐全独 特, 色泽橘黄诱人, 气味芬芳醇厚, 特别是虫草子实体摇摆于容器中央栩 栩如生, 令人惊奇赞叹, 确实达到了开发出一种刺激性低、 营养成份丰富 全面、 陈设观赏独具特色的优质改良酒类的目的, 并具有滋补免疫、 增强 体力、 益肺补腎、 止血化痰平喘的功效, 能补虚损、 益元气, 适用于病后 体弱、 阳痿遗精、 自汗盗汗、 腰酸失眠、 神疲乏力等症, 且作为日常保健 用酒, 其饮用范围广, 为提高人类生存和生活质量发挥积极作用。 附图说明

以下结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述, 但并非用以限定本发明。 实施例 1 : 本发明的鲜活虫草酒的小口径容器(一)
请参见图 1所示, 图 1 为本发明的鲜活虫草酒的容器的示意图, 该容 器为培养基槽与浸渍容器本身呈一体设计的小口径容器, 容器颈口 1 为容 器体 3直径的 1/5 , 培养基槽 4与容器底部连为一体, 固定柱 5设置在培 养基槽 4的底部, 用以固定培养基 6, 培养基槽 4的底部半径较槽顶部半 径大 lcm, 在该培养基槽 4 中放置培养基 6。 生长时先在培养基中接种虫 草菌种, 培育出虫草子实体后, 以酒基浸渍, 在容器颈口 1 封盖包装, 常 温下放置, 即可。
实施例 2: 本发明的鲜活虫草酒的小口径容器 (二)
请参见图 2 ~ 5 所示, 图 2 为本发明的鲜活虫草酒的另一容器的示意 图, 该容器为培养基槽与浸渍容器本身呈分体设计的小口径容器, 容器颈 口 1 不超过容器本身直径的 1/2, 培养基槽 4作为浸渍容器的底部与该容 器体 3可分离, 为独立分开的活口 8的结构, 该培养基槽 4的内环围设有 螺扣 10, 其分别可与图 3中培养容器 a的内丝口 7和图 2的内丝口 7以螺 接的方式接合, 更借助密封垫 9的设计, 使得上述接合更加密闭牢固。
在上述独立的培养基槽 4 中放置培养基, 接种虫草菌种, 与培养容器 a接合后, 在该培养容器中培育出虫草子实体, 之后将盛有培养基和虫草 子实体的培养基槽借助其螺扣 10与培养容器丝口 7分离开来, 与图 2容 器的丝口 7螺接, 加之丝口加密封垫 9的设计, 使成密闭的容器, 在该容 器中加酒基浸渍, 在容器颈口 1封盖包装, 常温下放置, 即可。
实施例 3: 鲜活虫草国宴酒
在外观图形特征(类似国徽或徽章) 寓意象征为某个国家的容器 (该 容器底部设有培养基槽) 的培养基槽中放置培养基, 接种虫草菌种, 培育 出虫草子实体后, 以 4-48度的酒基浸渍, 封盖包装, 常温下放置, 即可。 实施例 4: 鲜活虫草嘉宾酒
在外观图形特征(类似握手或拥抱) 寓意象征为友好景象的容器 (该 容器底部设有培养基槽) 的培养基槽中放置培养基, 接种虫草菌种, 培育 出虫草子实体后, 以 5-55度的酒基浸渍, 封盖包装, 常温下放置, 即可。
或者可以选择外观图形特征(类似握手或拥抱) 寓意象征为友好景象 的容器 (该容器无底, 接近底端设有丝口和垫) , 以及可与之对接并可作 为容器底的培养基槽, 该槽的环围设有螺扣, 在该培养基槽中放置培养基, 接种虫草菌种, 培育出虫草子实体后, 将盛有培养基和虫草子实体的培养 基槽借助其螺扣与容器的丝口螺接, 加之丝口加垫的设计, 使成密闭的容 器, 在该容器中以 5-55度的酒基浸渍, 封盖包装, 常温下放置, 即可。 实施例 5: 鲜活虫草佳节酒
在外观图形特征象征为普天同庆的容器 (该容器底部设有培养基槽) 的培养基槽中放置培养基, 接种虫草菌种, 培育出虫草子实体后, 以 6-50 度的酒基浸渍, 封盖包装, 常温下放置, 即可。
实施例 6: 鲜活虫草礼仪酒
在外观图形特征象征为祝贺景象的容器 (该容器底部设有培养基槽) 的培养基槽中放置培养基, 接种虫草菌种, 培育出虫草子实体后, 以 8-48 度的酒基浸渍, 封盖包装, 常温下放置, 即可。 实施例 7: 鲜活虫草婚宴酒
在外观图形特征寓意为相亲相爱的容器 (该容器底部设有培养基槽) 的培养基槽中放置培养基, 接种虫草菌种, 培育出虫草子实体后, 以 7-52 度的酒基浸渍, 封盖包装, 常温下放置, 即可。
实施例 8: 鲜活虫草寿辰酒
在外观图形特征(类似寿星) 寓意象征为富贵长寿的容器 (该容器底 部设有培养基槽) 的培养基槽中放置培养基, 接种虫草菌种, 培育出虫草 子实体后, 以 5-53度的酒基浸渍, 封盖包装, 常温下放置, 即可。
实施例 9: 鲜活虫草健身酒
在象征为健康向上的外观图形的容器 (该容器底部设有培养基槽) 的 培养基槽中放置培养基, 接种虫草菌种, 培育出虫草子实体后, 以 6-54度 的酒基浸渍, 封盖包装, 常温下放置, 即可。
实施例 10: 鲜活虫草大众酒
在任何预定形状的容器 (该容器底部设有培养基槽) 的培养基槽中放 置培养基, 接种虫草菌种, 培育出虫草子实体后, 以 6-60度的酒基浸渍, 封盖包装, 常温下放置, 即可。
也可选择另一容器 (该容器无底, 接近底端设有丝口和垫) , 以及可 与丝口螺接的、 并可作为容器底的培养基槽, 该槽的环围设有螺扣, 在该 培养基槽中放置培养基, 接种虫草菌种, 培育出虫草子实体后, 将盛有培 养基和虫草子实体的培养基槽借助其螺扣与容器的丝口螺接, 加之丝口加 垫的设计, 使成密闭的容器, 在该容器中以 6-60度的酒基浸渍, 封盖包装, 常温下放置, 即可。
上述酒基可以是任何酿造酒、 蒸馏酒或浸制酒。
以上鲜活虫草酒均盛装在小口径容器中, 其均可放置于摆床上, 摆床 摆动后可获得更佳的视觉效果。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种鲜活虫草酒, 是虫草子实体直接生长在培养基上, 并浸渍于酒 基中而成, 该虫草酒容纳于一个底部设置有培养基槽的小口径容器中, 而 供虫草子实体生长的培养基被置于培养基槽中。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的鲜活虫草酒, 其中所述小口径容器的颈口直径 为容器体内径的 1/5 ~ 2/5。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的鲜活虫草酒, 其中培养基槽与容器一体制成, 成为容器的内底。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的鲜活虫草酒, 其中培养基槽作为可与容器分离 的容器底部, 该培养基槽的环围处设有螺扣, 无底容器的底端设有丝口, 该螺扣可与丝口螺接。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的鲜活虫草酒 , 其中无底容器底端的丝口处设有 固定密封用垫。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的鲜活虫草酒 , 其中培养基槽底部大于顶部。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的鲜活虫草酒 , 其中培养基槽由不锈钢金属或耐 高温聚丙烯或其它同性材料制成。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的鲜活虫草酒 , 其中培养基槽底部设有丁字形固 定柱。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的鲜活虫草酒 , 其中所述酒基为蒸馏酒、 酿造酒 或浸制酒。
10、 如权利要求 1 所述的鲜活虫草酒, 其中容器可具有要求的外形 配合酒基的选择, 所述鲜活虫草酒的种类包括:
( 1 )鲜活虫草国宴酒, 在培养基槽中培育出虫草子实体后, 以 4-48 度的酒基浸渍于外观图形特征寓意象征为某个国家的容器中而得到;
( 2 )鲜活虫草嘉宾酒, 在培养基槽中培育出虫草子实体后, 以 5-55 度的酒基浸溃于外观图形特征寓意象征为友好景象的容器中而得到; ( 3 )鲜活虫草佳节酒, 在培养基槽中培育出虫草子实体后, 以 6-50 度的酒基浸渍于外观图形特征象征为普天同庆的容器中而得到;
( 4 )鲜活虫草礼仪酒, 在培养基槽中培育出虫草子实体后, 以 8-48 度的酒基浸渍于外观图形特征象征为祝贺景象的容器中而得到;
( 5 )鲜活虫草婚宴酒, 在培养基槽中培育出虫草子实体后, 以 7-52 度的酒基浸渍于外观图形特征寓意为相亲相爱的容器中而得到;
( 6 )鲜活虫草寿辰酒, 在培养基槽中培育出虫草子实体后, 以 5-53 度的酒基浸渍于外观图形特征寓意象征为富贵长寿的容器中而得到;
( 7 )鲜活虫草健身酒, 在培养基槽中培育出虫草子实体后, 以 6-54 度的酒基浸渍于外观图形特征寓意象征为健康向上的容器中而得到;
( 8 )鲜活虫草大众酒, 在培养基槽中培育出虫草子实体后, 以 6-60 度的酒基浸渍于任何预定形状的容器中而得到。
11、 如权利要求 1 所述的鲜活虫草酒, 其中容纳该酒的容器置放在摆 床上, 根据摆床的摆动原理, 该容器中的虫草子实体可随之摆动往返。
12、 一种鲜活虫草酒的生产方法, 其特征在于, 将培养基置于培养基 槽中, 灭菌处理后接种虫草菌种, 培育出虫草子实体后加入酒基浸渍, 其 中所述培养基槽作为容器的底部。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的生产方法, 其中, 使用培养基槽与容器为一 体制成的容器, 虫草子实体在容器中被培育生长。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的生产方法, 其中, 使用培养基槽与容器为分 体结构的容器, 所述培养基槽的槽环围处设可与无底容器底部的丝口螺接 的螺扣, 培育出虫草子实体后, 将培养基槽固定于无底容器的底端, 再加 入酒基浸渍。
