本发明的技术方案是:所述的盒体由金属箔和复合在其两侧的聚丙烯薄膜 构成; 所述的金属箔的厚度为 0.08〜0.25mm, 所述的聚丙烯薄膜的厚度为 0.03〜0.08mm。
所述的金属箔为铝箔, 其厚度为 0.08〜0.20mm。
所述的金属箔为马口铁, 其厚度为 0.15〜0.25mm。
试验证明, 在本发明盒体内注入水或其它食品, 放入普通家用微波炉中加 热 1〜20分钟, 盒中的物品被正常加热, 而盒体没有出现任何损伤, 也无异味 溢出。 众所周知, 一般盒装食品用微波炉加热一般每次都不会超过 20分钟, 所以本发明能够在微波炉中加热食品, 大大方便了消费者。 附图说明

参见图 1和图 2, 本发明包括由盒底和盒帮组成的盒体 1, 在该盒帮的边 缘设有卷边 2, 在该盒体的盒帮上设有加强凸凹棱 3。
参见图 2, 所述的盒体 1由金属箔 5和复合在其两侧的聚丙烯薄膜 4和 6 三层构成。这三层结构均采用食品级耐高温蒸煮的复合材料, 通过金属箔容器 成型工艺制造而成。
所述的金属箔 5可以采用厚度为 0.08〜0.20mm的铝箔。 金属箔 5也可以 采用厚度为 0.15〜0.25mm马口铁片。 所述的聚丙烯膜 4和 6的厚度为 0.03〜 0.08醒。
本发明经过大量的试验, 一是空盒试验, 在盒体内不放置任何物品, 放入 普通家用微波炉中持续加热 1〜20分钟。盒体在加热后只有微热, 没有异味产 生。
另一试验是在本发明盒体内注入水或其它食品,敞口或盖上非金属盖子放 入微波炉中持续加热 1〜20分钟, 盒中的物品被正常加热(与放置在微波炉专 用容器内的食品进行对比), 而盒体没有出现任何损伤, 也无异味溢出。
众所周知, 一般盒装食品用微波炉加热一般每次都不会超过 20分钟, 所 以本发明能够在微波炉中加热食品, 大大方便了消费者。
从上述的试验结果可以看出,这种结构没有由于微波涡流而破坏盒体结构 或造成盒体的局部高温而放出异味气体。 可以根据结构特征分析出可能的原 因, 即由于金属箔的厚度很薄, 其两侧又与聚丙烯薄膜紧密复合, 金属箔内的 大量自由电子被其表面的聚丙烯薄膜的表面电荷吸引束缚,减少自由电子的数 量和横向运动的距离, 这就大大减弱了涡流的能量。而微波能量从容器的开口 处进入盒体内, 实现对盒体内食品加热的目的。

1、 一种可用微波炉加热的食品容器, 包括盒体, 其特征在于: 所述的盒 体由金属箔和复合在其两侧的聚丙烯薄膜构成;所述的金属箔的厚度为 0.08〜 0.25mm, 所述的聚丙烯薄膜的厚度为 0.03〜0.08mm。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可用微波炉加热的食品容器, 其特征在于: 所 述的金属箔为铝箔, 其厚度为 0.08〜0.20mm。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的可用微波炉加热的食品容器, 其特征在于: 所 述的金属箔为马口铁, 其厚度为 0.15〜0.25mm。
