車両用座席の表皮一体発泡成形品 技術分野
本発明は、 自動車用等の座席を構成するに適した表皮一体発泡成形品に関する ものである。 背景技術
従来、 座者の座部に相当する座面部のヮディング材として、 他の部分より低通 気性のヮディング材を表面材の裏面側に積層したシート表皮を備え、 そのシー卜 表皮とパッド部を発泡樹脂から一体に発泡成形した表皮一体発泡成形シートによ り、 発泡樹脂の含浸が低通気性のヮディング材で進まないことから、 座面部を柔 らかくソフトな感じに形成することが提案されている (日本実用新案公告番号: 実公平 3— 3 5 2 0 0号)。
その表皮一体発泡成形用のヮデイング材としては、 通気量が 5 c c / c m 2 / s e c未満のものであると、 通気性がなくなってシートにムレが生じ易くなり、 通気量が 4 0 c c / c m 2 / s e cを越えるものであると、 発泡樹脂の含浸が進 んで表面の感触性に問題が生ずるところから、 通気量が 5〜4 0 c c / c m V s e cのものを用いることが提案されている (日本実用新案公告番号:実公平 5 一 3 3 0 5号)。
本発明者らは、 発泡樹脂がヮデイング材に含浸しても、 より柔らかくソフトな 感じで表面の感触乃至は着座フィーリングを良好なものに保ち、 且つ、 自動車用 シ一卜としてもムレの発生を抑えることを主眼として鋭意研究した。
その結果、 従来、 ムレが懸念された通気量のヮディング材を用いても、 表面を より柔らかくソフ卜な感じで良好な感触乃至は着座フィーリングを有するものに 形成できるばかりでなく、 自動車用シートとしてもムレを抑えられることを見出 した。 発明の開示
本発明の解決しょうとする課題は、 ヮディング材の通気量を考慮し、 表面をよ り柔らかくソフトな感じで感触乃至は着座フィーリングの良好なものに形成する と共に、 自動車用シー卜としてもムレを抑えられる表皮一体発泡成形品を得ると ころにある。
本発明に係る車両用座席の表皮一体発泡成形品は、 通気性を有するフアブリッ ク等の表面材の裏面側に、 0ぐ通気量≤ 1 c c / c m V s e cの極低通気性を 有する発泡スラブをヮディング材として積層した二層構造の表皮部材を備え、 発 泡樹脂の含浸層をスラブの裏側に設けて発泡層を表皮部材と一体に発泡成形した ことを特徴とする。
本発明に係る車両用座席の表皮一体発泡成形品では、 0 <通気量≤ 1 c c / c m V s e cの極低通気性を有する発泡スラブにより、 発泡樹脂が該発泡スラブ に含浸するのを少なく抑えられて表面のより柔らかくソフ卜な感じで感触乃至は 着座フィーリングの良好な成形品として形成できると共に、 自動車用シートとし ても、 長時間の着座に伴うムレが抑えられる。 また、 発泡樹脂の含浸層を発泡ス ラブの裏側に形成することから、 表皮部材と発泡層の一体性も高いことから、 特 に、 自動車用シートとして好ましいものに構成できる。 図面の簡単な説明
図 1は、 本発明に係る表皮一体発泡成形品の表皮部材を示す断面図である。 図 2は、 図 1の表皮部材による表皮一体発泡成形品を示す断面図である。 図 3は、 本発明品、 フィルムインサートの従来品による時間の経過に伴う快適 度並びにムレ感の変化を示すグラフである。 発明を実施するための最良の形態
図 1は、 主要な特徴である表面材 1 aとヮディング材 1 bとを積層した表皮部 材 1の構造を示す説明図である。
表面材 l aとしては、 ファブリック, 通気孔を設けた合成皮革等の通気性を有 するものが用いられている。 ヮディング材 l b (以下、 「発泡スラブ」 という。) としては、 0 <通気量≤ 1 c c / c m 2 / s e cの極低通気性を有する厚み: 3 〜 4 mm程度の発泡スラブが用いられている。 その表面材 1 aと発泡スラブ 1 b とは、 ラミネー卜で二層構造に積層することから表皮部材 1として備えられる。 その発泡スラブ 1 bとしては、 セル数: 4 5〜 5 5個程度 2 5 mmを有する エーテル系スラブを用いるとよい。 この発泡スラブ 1 bのセル数は、 セルが 2 5 mmの直線範囲で何個存在するかにより顕微鏡検査で精査できる。 その発泡スラ ブ 1 bを積層した表皮部材 1では、 発泡樹脂の含浸率を発泡スラブ 1 bの 2 0〜 3 0 %厚み程度に抑えられる。
その表皮部材から自動車用シー卜を成形品として製造する場合、 表皮部材を成 形型の型内にセットし、 ウレタン等の発泡樹脂を表皮部材の内側に充填, 発泡さ せることからパッド部となる発泡層を表皮部材と一体に発泡成形すればよい。 こ の発泡成形に際し、 表皮部材はブロア一で吸引することから成形型の型内に確実 にセットできる。 発泡榭脂は、 フリー発泡密度の 1 2 5〜 1 3 0 %程度となるパ ック率を呈する注入量で、 触媒の添加量から 2分程度の高速キュアーを呈するも のを用いるとよい。
このように発泡成形を行うと、 図 2で示すように発泡樹脂からパッド部 2を発 泡層として表皮部材 1と一体に形成できると共に、 発泡樹脂が発泡スラブ 1 の 裏面側に含浸することによる含浸層 3が形成される。 そのパッド部 2は、 0ぐ通 気量 1 c c/cm2/ s e cの極低通気性を有する発泡スラブ 1 bの 3〜4m m程度厚みに対して 0. 6〜 1. 2 mm程度の含浸層 3が形成される。
その表皮一体発泡成形シートでは、 0<通気量≤ 1 c cZcm2Zs e cの極 低通気性を有する発泡スラブ 1 bに対する発泡樹脂の含浸層 3が薄いため、 座面 部がゴァ, ゴァ感や板状感を呈しないことは勿論、 発泡スラブ 1 bの材質から、 より柔らかくソフ卜な感じで手触り乃至は着座フィ一リングの良好なものとして 形成できると共に、 発泡スラブ 1 bが僅かでも通気性を有するところから、 長時 間の着座に伴う着座部のムレが抑えられる。 また、 発泡樹脂の含浸層 3が存在す るため、 層全体の一体性も高いものとなる。
通気量: 0. 3 c c/cm2/ s e cの極低通気性スラブによる座面部を形成 した本発明品と、 非通気性のフィルムをインサートしたヮディング材による従来 品とを作製し、 温度センサ一, 湿度センサーを座面部に組み付けることから、 座 面部の快適度並びにムレ感を測定した。 その結果、 図 3で示すようにフィルムィ ンサ一卜品 (丸印線参照) は時間の経過と共に著しいムレ感を呈し、 快適度も損 なわれている。 これに対し、 本発明品 (三角印線参照) は長時間の着座に伴って もムレを抑えられることから良好な快適度を保てることが確認できた。
本明細書中で用いた用語及び表現は、 本発明に係る車両用座席の表皮一体発泡 成形品を説明するために便宜的に用いたに過ぎないものであって、 何らかの限定 をするために用いたものではない。 そのような用語及び表現を用いたからと言つ て、 そのことに、 上述した発明の特徴と均等なもの又はその一部を排除する意図 はない。 このため、 権利が要求されている本発明の範囲内で種々の変更を加える ことができることは明らかである。

1. 発泡榭脂による発泡層を表皮部材と一体に発泡成形する車両用座席の表皮 一体発泡成形品において、 通気性を有するフアブリック等の表面材の裏面側に、 0ぐ通気量 1 c c/cmVs e cの極低通気性を有する発泡スラブをヮディ ング材として積層した二層構造の表皮部材を備え、 発泡樹脂の含浸層を発泡スラ ブの裏側に設けて発泡層を表皮部材と一体に発泡成形してなることを特徴とする 車両用座席の表皮一体発泡成形品。
