7. 由于本发明在制作方法上, 采用了与以往复合工艺不同的干式复 合法, 即选用加热型聚脂胶通过涂布淋膜复合机进行同步干式复合, 其复 合平整度、 均勾度、 牢固度均远胜于以往的湿式复合法, 是一项典型的纸 板复合技术进步。 附图概述 图 1是本发明所述一种新型包装箱盒用彩印复合纸板的一个实施例结 构示意图。

第三步, 将复合好的卷装单层复合纸板挂在八色凹版印刷进料口前方 的原料挂件上。 然后在车间常温条件下开动八色凹版印刷机, 按已经制好 的图形版样实施彩色印刷。 上机的油墨采用合成油墨, 但用量应控制在平 时彩色套印木浆类纸制品用量的一半以内。 同时应开启凹版印刷机上的烘 干设备。 第四步, 将彩印好的卷装单层彩印复合纸板挂在经纬同步切刀裁纸机 进料口后, 先核对裁纸机上的经纬刻度, 再按设定好的纸板应用规格开机 裁切。 裁切后的单层彩印复合纸板可以直接制做彩盒, 也可以经下一步骤 第五步, 将卷装单层彩印复合纸板按设定好的纸板应用规格在经纬同 步切刀裁纸机上裁切成片装, 然后再上箱面贴合机与片装的瓦楞纸板进行 贴合。瓦楞纸板的厚度应控制在 0.2-1.2厘米的范围内。贴合时应使用非加 热型胶。 至此, 就可以生产出多层箱用彩印复合箱板。

Claims

权利要求书
1 . 一种新型包装箱盒用彩印复合纸板, 其特征在于: 该复合纸板由 作为外表面层, 并且具有正面印刷层的非透明聚丙烯合成纸层和单层或多 层箱板纸, 通过粘胶层复合后构成。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的一种新型包装箱盒用彩印复合纸板, 其特征 在于: 非透明聚丙烯合成纸层与箱板纸之间为加热型聚脂胶层。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述一种新型包装箱盒用彩印复合纸板, 其特征在 于: 所述单层箱板纸层是茶板纸、 灰板纸或白板纸中的一种。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的一种新型包装箱盒用彩印复合纸板, 其特征 在于:所述多层箱板纸层是由第一层的茶板纸、灰板纸或白板纸中的一种、 第二层非加热型胶、 第三层瓦楞纸板形成的复合层构成。
5. —种新型包装箱盒用彩印复合纸板的生产方法, 其特征在于: 将 作为纸板面材的非透明聚丙烯合成纸在凹印机上进行成卷的连续彩色印 刷, 再与普通箱板纸连片复合、 或将上述作为纸板面材的非透明聚丙烯合 成纸与普通箱板纸连片复合后, 再在凹印机上进行成卷的连续彩色印刷, 制成卷装单层彩印复合纸。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的一种新型包装箱盒用彩印复合纸板的生产方 法, 其特征在于: 将卷装单层彩印复合纸按设定好的纸板应用规格裁切, 再多重复合后, 制成多层彩印复合纸。
7. 如权利要求 5所述的一种新型包装箱盒用彩印复合纸板的生产方 法, 其特征在于: 所述彩色印刷工序是在四至八色或八色以上凹版印刷机 上成卷彩印完成; 所述连片复合工序是在涂布淋膜复合机上完成的; 所述 裁切工序是在经纬同步切刀裁纸机上完成; 所述多重复合是利用箱面贴合 机完成再贴合。
8. 如权利要求 5所述的一种新型包装箱盒用彩印复合纸板的生产方 法, 其特征在于: 彩色印刷要求聚丙烯合成纸的厚度控制在 20-180 μ的范 围内, 上机的油墨采用合成油墨, 用量应控制在平时彩色套印木浆类纸制 品用量的一半至三分之一的范围内。
9. 如权利要求 5所述的一种新型包装箱盒用彩印复合纸板的生产方 法, 其特征在于: 在连片复合时, 卷装箱板纸的厚度应控制在 60-800 μ 的范围内, 在上层的聚丙烯彩印合成纸与下层的各种普通箱板纸中的一种 箱板纸之间为加热型聚脂胶。
10. 如权利要求 5所述的一种新型包装箱盒用彩印复合纸板的生产方 法, 其特征在于: 多重复合时, 选用瓦楞纸板, 其厚度应控制在 0.2-1.2 厘米的范围内; 贴合时应使用非加热型胶。
