本实用新型涉及一种鲜果包装箱,该包括箱壁的外层是用经过凹轮机画面印刷的双向拉伸聚丙烯膜,该双向拉伸聚丙烯膜经过复膜机复压在白板纸上,该白纸板内有数层相间粘接的瓦楞纸和箱板纸。本实用新型表面清晰、有光泽,能防潮、防水,特别是水果包装箱进出冷库时具有防水不变形,能保持原有箱体的刚度,使水果在装运时受挤压而不损坏。

一种鲜果包装箱
本实用新型涉及一种鲜果包装箱。
目前市场上使用的鲜果包装箱，都是采用纸箱成型后用丝网印刷，其工艺图案简单、粗糙。另一种是用中高档白板纸，经过胶印机印刷图案，然后粘上瓦楞纸和箱板纸后再成型。此工艺的成本较高，而且胶印机印刷的画面也无光泽、不防潮。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种画面清晰，防潮耐用、便于搬运，并能起到保鲜作用的鲜果包装箱。
本实用新型的为实现上述目的采取以下设计方案：该包装箱壁的外层是用经过凹轮机画面印刷的双向拉伸聚丙烯膜，该双向拉伸聚丙烯膜内有一层白纸板，所述的双向拉伸聚丙烯膜是经过复膜机复压在白板纸上，该白纸板内有数层相间粘接的瓦楞纸和箱板纸，经过压痕装订而成鲜果包装箱。
由于该包装箱是凹轮机印刷的图案，比胶印机、丝网印刷要清晰、有光泽，能防潮、特别是水果包装箱进出冷库时具有防水不变形，能保持原有箱体的刚度，使水果在装运时受挤压而不损坏。

实施例：
本实用新型包装箱外层是用经过凹轮机画面印刷的双向拉伸聚丙烯膜1，该双向拉伸聚丙烯膜1经过复膜机复压在白板纸2上，该白纸板2内粘有一层瓦楞纸3，瓦楞纸3内粘有一层箱板纸4，在经过压痕装订而成鲜果包装箱。
