Abstract

L'invention concerne un commutateur CA qui est allumé et éteint au moyen d'un signal de commande lui étant envoyé, mettant ainsi en oeuvre une commande MARCHE/ARRET des signaux CA entrés entre des premier et second terminaux (11, 12). Le commutateur CA comprend un transistor à effet de champ (TEC) normalement en marche (Q1) possédant des première et seconde électrodes principales (21, 22) respectivement reliées aux premier et second terminaux (11, 12), et possédant une porte (G) à laquelle un signal de porte est envoyé; et des diodes (D1, D2) destinées à envoyer le signal de porte de la partie de signal de porte (13) entre la porte (G) et un des premier et second terminaux (11, 12) qui présentent un potentiel inférieur.
