Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Stanzen, Prägen und/oder Verformen flacher Elemente (29) mit einem Grundkörper (1) mit Tisch (18 ) und Stütze (26) für das flache Element (29) und mit einer einen Werkzeugstempel (24) tragenden Basisplatte (17), die mit Hilfe eines Antriebes (4, 5) zur Durchführung des Bearbeitungsvorganges auf die Stütze (26) hin in eine Bearbeitungsstation (II) für den Eingriff des Werkzeugstempels (24) mit der Stütze (26) und von der Stütze (26) fort bewegbar ist. Um eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, mit der eine grosse Zahl sehr kurzer, hochpräziser Stanzhübe hintereinander zum Einbringen von Stanzlöchern oder Prägungen möglich sind, und insbesondere bei schnell bewegten flachen Elementen dabei kurze Stillstandszeiten und damit kurze Taktzeiten, möglichst sogar geringe Bearbeitungshübe, erreicht werden können, wird erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, dass zwischen dem Antrieb (4, 5) und der Basisplatte (17 ) Übertragungsmittel (9, 7; 35; 43; 46) angekoppelt sind, welche die Basisplatte (17) von einer Ruhestellung (I), in welcher sich der Werkzeugstempel (24) von der Stütze (26) ausser Eingriff befindet, im wesentlichen ohne Druckaufbau bis kurz vor die Bearbeitungsposition (II), dann auf kurzer Strecke unter Erzeugung eines hohen Druckes zwischen Basisplatte (17) und flachem Element (29) in die Bearbeitungspositionen (II) bewegen und bei weiterer Tätigkeit des Antriebs (4, 5) über Bereiche im wesentlichen ohne Druckaufbau die Basisplatte (17) wieder in die Ruhestellung (I, III) in umgekehrter Bewegungsrichtung zurückbewegen.
