Abstract

"APARELHO PARA PERFURAR, ESTAMPAR E/OU CONFORMAR ELEMENTOS PLANOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para perfurar, estampar e/ou conformar elementos planos (29), compreendendo um corpo de base (1) com uma mesa (18) e suporte (26) para o elemento plano (29), e compreendendo uma chapa de base (17), que suporta um perfurador (24) e que, a fim de realizar o processo de funcionamento, pode ser avançado com a ajuda de um acionador (4,5) em direção ao suporte (26) e para a estação de funcionamento (11) por meio do qual coloca o perfurador (24) em contato com o suporte (26) e pode ser movido para longe dele. O objetivo da invenção é criar um dispositivo do tipo antes mencionado com o qual um grande número de golpes de perfuração muito curtos e altamente precisos pode ser executado em sucessão a fim de fazer orifícios perfurados ou estampagens e, em particular, curtos períodos de interrupção e, por conseguinte, tempos de cronómetro curtos, de fato, os golpes de funcionamento o mais curto possível, podem ser obtidos no evento de elementos planos movendo-se rapidamente. Para esse fim, a invenção fornece tais dispositivos de transferência que (9,7; 35; 43;46) são acoplados entre o acionador (4,5) e a chapa de base (17). Esses dispositivos de transferência movem a chapa de base (17) essencialmente sem formação de qualquer pressão de uma posição de apoio (I), em que o perfurador (24) não está em contato com o suporte (26), até imediatamente em frente à posição de funcionamento (II), então eles movem a chapa de base para a posição de funcionamento (II) ao longo de uma curta distância embora produzindo uma alta pressão entre a chapa de base (17) e o elemento plano (29). Durante operação adicional do acionador (4,5) por áreas, a chapa de base (17) é retornada para a posição de apoio (I, III) na direção oposta de movimento essencialmente sem formação de qualquer pressão.
