Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for repairing and reinforcing concrete structures, and more particularly, to repairing and reinforcing tunnels, walls, columns, lower floor boards, and the like. How to do it.
- the method of spraying concrete or mortar mixed with short fibers may cause cracks in concrete or mortar after construction. Since the tensile stress is transmitted by the short fibers even after birth, this is an effective method. In this case, the tensile stress transmitted by the short fiber depends on the number of fibers crossing the cracked surface. Therefore, when the mixing ratio of short fibers is low, the tensile stress that can be transmitted by the fibers is lower than the tensile strength of concrete, mortar, etc., which is the base material, and the cracks are directly generated. Later, a phenomenon that the tensile stress decreases is observed.
- the present invention has been made on the basis of the technical background as described above, and achieves the following objects.
- the purpose of the present invention is to provide a repair layer having a uniform quality without a decrease in tensile stress immediately after the occurrence of cracks, and to provide excellent workability and economy.
- the purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for repairing and reinforcing concrete structures.
- the non-woven fabric mat having a predetermined thickness and having a porous space inside is arranged between the concrete surface and the mold so as to sandwich the non-woven fabric mat.
- a cement-based solidifying material is injected into a closed space formed between the contact surface and the formwork, and impregnated into the nonwoven fabric mat and cured. Repair and reinforcement methods for concrete structures are provided.
- the present invention does not use the cement-based solidifying material in which the fiber is mixed in advance and sprays it on the surface of the repair / reinforcement concrete, but instead uses the repair / reinforcement concrete.
- This is a method in which a non-woven fabric mat is placed between the rim surface and the formwork, a cement-based solidifying material is injected into the non-woven fabric mat, impregnated and cured. Therefore, the injection-hardened layer formed by the present invention is not subject to the restriction on the amount of mixed fibers as in the case of the conventional spraying method, and the required amount of mixed fibers can be reduced. Quantity can be secured. As a result, the tensile stress immediately after the occurrence of cracks does not decrease, and a high-toughness reinforcing layer having uniform quality can be obtained.
- a normal mold which is released after the cement-based solidifying material is hardened can be used, but a configuration in which an embedded mold is used is also preferable.
- a form made of fiber reinforced board may be used as the formwork. This fiber-reinforced board can be obtained by impregnating a mat similar to the nonwoven fabric mat with a cement-based solidifying material in advance, pressing and molding.
- the nonwoven fabric mat fixed on the inner surface of the fiber reinforced board is anchored by an anchor.
- the structure to fix to the concrete surface is also suitable. is there .
- a number of projections are provided on the inner surface of the fiber reinforced board, and these projections are pierced into the nonwoven fabric mat, whereby the nonwoven fabric mat is attached to the fiber reinforced board. It can be fixed to

- a packing for preventing leakage of the solidified material is arranged at the butting end of the fiber reinforcing boards arranged adjacent to each other.
- the reinforcement is exposed at the surface concrete portion, and the exposed reinforcement is the nonwoven fabric mat.
- a configuration in which a cut is made in the nonwoven fabric mat so as to be wrapped in a cut is also suitable.
- the reinforcing bar is exposed at the surface concrete portion, and the space between the exposed reinforcing bars is increased. It is also possible to pack a lump of non-woven cloth mat into the cloth.
