Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture (20) comportant une paire d'éléments mâle et femelle (21) et (22) saisis l'un par l'autre et disposée le long du bord périphérique de la partie d'ouverture d'un sac d'emballage, l'un des éléments mâle (21) ou femelle (22), au moins, comportant des parties de maintien de forme (213, 223) orientées dans la direction d'extension du dispositif de fermeture (20), ce dispositif étant constitué d'une composition dont les composants principaux sont une résine thermoplastique dont les cycles principaux sont des cycles benzéniques. Le dispositif maintient son état ouvert lorsqu'il est installé sur le sac d'emballage et lorsque ce sac n'est pas scellé, l'état ouvert du dispositif étant maintenu par les parties de maintien de forme (213, 223). Lorsque le sac est scellé, l'élément mâle (21) et l'élément femelle (22) sont saisis l'un avec l'autre ce qui permet d'assurer l'étanchéité.
