Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif mélangeur pour mélanger des substances pulvérulentes avec de l'eau. Ce dispositif comprend un instrument mélangeur, disposé dans une zone de mélange, et une amenée d'eau, ainsi qu'un moteur d'entraînement disposé au-dessus de la zone de mélange, ce moteur servant à entraîner l'instrument mélangeur. L'objectif de l'invention est d'améliorer ce dispositif de façon à accroître considérablement son rendement tout en maintenant une efficacité de mélange élevée. A cet effet, l'instrument mélangeur est formé d'au moins un élément mélangeur (10, 11) qui est monté rotatif, à distance de l'axe de rotation de l'arbre récepteur (1) du moteur d'entraînement (M), sur un logement d'appui (3) couplé solidaire en rotation à cet arbre récepteur (1). Cet élément mélangeur présente une roue d'entraînement (13, 14) qui forme un engrenage avec la paroi de la chambre de mélange ou avec un élément d'engrenage disposé solidaire en rotation par rapport à cette paroi et conçu de façon concentrique (chaîne à rouleaux doubles (18)). Ainsi, en cas de rotation du logement d'appui (3), l'élément mélangeur (10, 11) tourne avec celui-ci et effectue une rotation additionnelle autour de son axe propre (B, C).
