Claims (12)
- Mélangeur colloïdal, plus particulièrement pour la préparation de matériaux de construction, avec :- une cuve de mélange (10), dans laquelle un dispositif de pré-mélange (20) et un dispositif de dispersion (30) sont disposés, et- des moyens d'entraînement (40, 50) pour l'actionnement du dispositif de pré-mélange (20) et du dispositif de dispersion (30),- dans lequel le dispositif de pré-mélange (20) comprend un outil de mélange (23) et le dispositif de dispersion (30) comprend un outil de dispersion (33),- dans lequel l'outil de mélange (23) et l'outil de dispersion (33) sont entraînés autour d'un axe de rotation commun (80),- dans lequel, dans la cuve de mélange (10), le dispositif de pré-mélange (20) est disposé dans une zone de pré-mélange (11) et le dispositif de dispersion (30) est disposé dans une zone de dispersion (12), qui est formée au-dessous de la zone de pré-mélange (11),- dans lequel la zone de pré-mélange (11) et la zone de dispersion (12) de la cuve de mélange (10) sont constituées en étant de forme approximativement cylindrique aussi bien intérieurement qu'extérieurement, la zone de pré-mélange (11) ayant un plus grand diamètre que la zone de dispersion (12) située au-dessous d'elle, et- dans lequel, dans la zone de dispersion (12), la cuve de mélange (10) comprend, du côté de sa paroi latérale, un orifice de sortie (16) pour l'évacuation du produit mélangé,- dans lequel le dispositif de pré-mélange (20) et le dispositif de dispersion (30) sont découplés en rotation,- dans lequel, pour un entraînement indépendant du dispositif de pré-mélange (20) et du dispositif de dispersion (30), deux entraînements distincts (40, 50) ont été disposés, dans lesquels sont prévus un entraînement (40) pour le dispositif de pré-mélange (20), en vue de l'entraînement en rotation de l'outil de mélange (23), et un deuxième entraînement (50) pour le dispositif de dispersion (30), en vue de l'entraînement en rotation de l'outil de dispersion (33),caractérisé :- en ce que l'entraînement (40) destiné au dispositif de pré-mélange (20) comprend un arbre creux, à travers lequel un arbre de transmission de l'entraînement (50) destiné au dispositif de dispersion (30) est réalisé.
- Mélangeur colloïdal selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé :en ce que l'entraînement (50) destiné au dispositif de dispersion (30) est disposé au moins en partie au-dessous du dispositif de dispersion (30), eten ce que l'entraînement (40) destiné au dispositif de pré-mélange (20) est disposé au moins en partie au-dessus du dispositif de pré-mélange (20). - Mélangeur colloïdal selon une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé :en ce que l'entraînement (40) destiné au dispositif de pré-mélange (20) est mis en place en vue d'un fonctionnement continu ou en vue d'un fonctionnement intermittent du dispositif de pré-mélange (20), de préférence dans les deux directions de rotation. - Mélangeur colloïdal selon une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé :en ce que le dispositif de pré-mélange (20) comprend un rotor de mélange (21), sur lequel au moins un outil de mélange (23) hélicoïdal et de préférence deux outils de mélange hélicoïdaux sont disposés. - Mélangeur colloïdal selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé :en ce que le au moins un outil de mélange (23) hélicoïdal balaie un angle de révolution compris entre 90° et 180°. - Mélangeur colloïdal selon la revendication 4 ou 5,
caractérisé :en ce que l'outil de mélange (23) hélicoïdal suit le contour intérieur de la cuve de mélange (10) à une faible distance. - Mélangeur colloïdal selon une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé :en ce que le dispositif de pré-mélange (20) comprend un agitateur (60) monté en étant mobile en rotation sur un bras d'agitateur (26). - Mélangeur colloïdal selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé :en ce que le bras d'agitateur (26) est relié au rotor de mélange (21) du dispositif de pré-mélange (20) en étant solidaire avec lui en rotation. - Mélangeur colloïdal selon la revendication 7 ou 8,
caractérisé :en ce que des moyens pour permettre la rotation active de l'agitateur (60) autour de lui-même sont prévus. - Mélangeur colloïdal selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé :en ce que les moyens pour permettre la rotation active de l'agitateur (60) comprennent un entraînement à mécanisme de traction, plus particulièrement une transmission à chaîne, dans lequel le mécanisme de traction (67) s'enroule d'un côté au niveau de l'agitateur (60) et de l'autre côté au niveau d'une roue de renvoi (68) disposée sur la cuve de mélange (10) en lui étant fixée de manière solidaire. - Mélangeur colloïdal selon une des revendications 7 à 10,
caractérisé :en ce que l'agitateur (60) comprend au moins un outil d'agitation interchangeable (61). - Procédé pour la préparation colloïdale d'un mélange, plus particulièrement pour la préparation de matériaux de construction, avec un mélangeur colloïdal selon une des revendications 1 à 11,
selon lequel :l'outil de mélange (23) est entraîné indépendamment de l'outil de dispersion (33) autour de l'axe de rotation commun (80), etle produit mélangé est évacué à travers l'orifice de sortie (16), qui se trouve du côté de la paroi latérale dans la cuve de mélange (10), dans la zone de dispersion (12).
