Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a portable device that is intended to provide the user with a head support system to prevent uncontrolled lateral displacements thereof, which can be used in any seat and removed at will.
  • This system is mainly aimed at users of collective transport (airplanes, ships, trains), waiting rooms and people with difficulties for the voluntary control of head movements due to insufficient cervical muscles.
  • Some seats have an ergonomic design and have a certain concavity to house the head and reduce its uncontrolled movement during sleep. Some of them even have adjustable "ailerons" of adjustable position in a certain range of the arc at the user's discretion.
