Abstract

La présente invention concerne la préparation d'une composition bienfaisante. A cet effet, des citrons sont coupés en tranches et ces tranches sont placées dans un récipient doté d'un couvercle à température ambiante pendant une période de 12-16 jours. Environ 1 kg de miel est alors ajouté aux tranches de citrons, le mélange reposant ensuite à nouveau pendant une période de 12-16 jours. Pour finir, 90-110 g de pollen de fleur et 400-600 ml de sirop de caroube sont ajoutés. Le mélange obtenu repose alors pendant encore une période de 9-11 jours. Pendant tout le temps de préparation, le mélange est remué brièvement tous les deux jours. Pour obtenir le produit fini, le mélange est finalement pressé et filtrée à travers un filtre. Cette invention concerne également une composition préparée à partir dudit procédé.
