Abstract

La présente invention concerne une bicyclette comportant: un cadre (1); une fourche arrière oscillante (6) à ressort portant une roue arrière (7), ladite fourche arrière pouvant effectuer par rapport au cadre (1) un mouvement au cours duquel la roue arrière (7) se déplace sur une trajectoire courbe; et un élément de transmission (2) intégré dans un mécanisme d'entraînement, comprenant une entrée d'élément de transmission (25) se trouvant dans un carter (10) et une sortie d'élément de transmission (13). L'invention se caractérise en ce que l'élément de transmission (2) est intégré à l'intérieur du cadre (1) de sorte que l'axe de rotation (A) de la sortie d'élément de transmission (13) se trouve au maximum à 30 mm du centre de la trajectoire courbe de la roue arrière (7).
