Abstract

Eine Saugrohranlage (10) für eine Mehrzylinder-Brennkraftmaschine weist einen rohrförmigen Ansaugverteiler (12) auf, von dem zumindest lange Saugrohre (13) ausgehen und zu den einzelnen Zylindern führen. Kurze Saugrohre (14) gehen ebenfalls von dem Ansaugverteiler (12) aus und münden in das dazugehörige lange Saugrohr (13). Der Ansaugverteiler (12) und die langen und kurzen Saugrohre (13, 14) sind von einem einstückigen Gehäuse (11) gebildet, das eine, die kurzen Saugrohre (14) schneidende Öffnung (21) besitzt. In diese Öffnung (21) ist ein Schaltelement (15) eingebracht, welches Klappen (16), Klappenrahmen (17), eine Achse (19) und einen Schaltelementrahmen (18) aufweist. Durch Drehen der Achse (19), kann das kurze Saugrohr (14) geöffnet bzw. geschlossen werden. Das Schaltelement (15) besitzt im Gegensatz zu bekannten Lösungen keine Dichtelemente, die bei der Montage verhaken können, ausserdem ist durch die Anordnung der Klappen (16) auf der durchgängigen Achse (19) eine platzsparende Lösung gegeben.
