Abstract

Una válvula de EGR muy adecuada para uso en un motor diesel para emplear una válvula del tipo de mariposa operada mediante un motor de par de torsion. El sellado del aspa de mariposa a la pared del pasaje a través del cuerpo de la válvula utiliza un anillo de sellado que está montado en una válvula utiliza un anillo de sellado que está montado en una ranura de la pared de pasaje. EL aspa y el anillo de sellado son autoalineados en el ensamble, y la ranura es definida cooperativamente mediante dos segmentos de cuerpo que están ajustados axialmente juntos para capturar el anillo de sellado.
