Abstract

본 발명은 고속회전시의 출력향상을 위해 배기맥동을 이용하는 2사이클 엔진에 관한 것으로서, 저회전, 저스로틀 밸브의 개도시에 생기기 쉬운 배기중에 대한 탄화수소 배출량 증가를 커다란 출력 저하를 초래하지 않고 감소시킬 수 있는 배기장치를 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 2사이클 엔진(16)의 배기관(22)중에 확경된 밸브실(41)을 형성하고, 스로틀밸브(39)와 연동하여 스로틀 밸브의 개도가 낮을 때 배기통과 면적을 좁히는 교축밸브(24)를 밸브실(41) 내에 배설하고, 교축밸브(24)를 실린더면(21)으로 부터 상기 교축밸브까지의 배기관내 용적의 엔진 배기량에 대한 비율(Kv)이 1Kv 5가 되는 관계를 만족하는 위치에 배설하고, 또 밸브실(41)의 단면적을 상기 단면적의 배기관(22) 단면적에 대한 비율(Ka)이 1.1Ka

Claims (1)

  1. 배기관중에 확경된 밸브실을 형성하고, 스로틀 밸브와 연동하여 스로틀 밸브의 개도가 낮을 때에 배기통과면적을 좁히는 교축밸브를 상기 밸브실 내에 배설한 2사이클 엔진의 배기장치에 있어서, 상기 교축밸브를 실린더면으로 부터 상기 교축밸브까지의 배기관내 용적의 엔진 배기량에 대한 비율(Kv)이 1Kv 5가 되는 관계를 만족하는 위치에 배설하고, 또한 상기 밸브실의 단면적을 상기단면적의 배기관 단면적에 대한 비율(Ka)이 1.1Ka 1.35가 되는 관계를 만족하도록 선정한 것을 특징으로 하는 2사이클 엔진의 배기장치.
