明 細 省 糸条の巻取方法およびその卷取装 n 技術分野
本発明は、 合成識維等の糸条を高速で巻取る糸条卷取装匿におけ る メ ンテナ ンスシステムの改良に関する もので、 詳し く は糸条巻取 中での高速回転するス ピ ン ドルの危険を伴う突然の停止や、 このと きの糸切れ等によ って発生する糸条収率悪化による生産コ ス ト上昇 を防止する と共に、 卷取装 Bのメ ンテナンス燹用が低滅でき る卷取 方法およびその卷取装置に関する ものである。 背景技術
従来よ り、 高速回転中の糸条卷取装置におけるベア リ ン グの澜滑 不良、 即ち、 例えば、 オイルミ ス ト喷霧洒滑の埸合にオイルミ ス ト 供絵機構が停止したり、 グリ ス涠滑の場合にグリ スが劣化したり、 ベア リ ングが磨耗して寿命が近付いたりする こ と によ ってベア リ ン グの温度が上昇して瀾滑不良、 ベア リ ング隙間の変化、 ベア リ ング 磨耗の進行等に基づく 不良等によるべァ リ ング故障の事前キヤ ツチ や、 バラ ンス不良に起因する停台防止、 あるいは可動部への給油、 ベア リ ング交換等の適正なメ ンテナンス周期の把握のために卷取装 匿可動部の振動情報、 温度情報を検知し、 これを適当ま メ ンテナ ン ス情報に して利用する卷取装置のメ ンテナ ンス システムが知 られて いる。
例えば、 実開平 4 一 1 1 8 4 6 2 号公報には、 糸条巻取装置に該 巻取装置から発生する卷取中の振動情報、 温度情報を取り込むピ ッ ク ア ッ プセンサを、 例えば夕 ツ チローラの昇降フ レームに装普し、 該ピッ クァ ッ プセ ンサからの振動情報を遠方の制御室に設け られた 解析装置に取り込み、 各卷取装置毎の振動値、 周波数分析等の予め 定められた様式に解析して表示するよ う に した巻取装置が開示され ている。
また、 取り込まれた振動情報や温度情報値がある値に設定された 警報値よ り も高い場合には異常警報を発するよ う にもされている。 しかし、 上記従来の卷取装匿は、 巻取装置のス ピ ン ドル回転数や その振動振幅があま り変化しない場合には有効な方法であるが、 糸 条を卷取るためのボビンは常に新しいものと交換されるが、 ボビン をス ピン ドルに緊締した場合のアンパラ ンス量はいつも変化し、 こ のア ンバラ ン ス量が大きいと振動が大き く な り、 ア ンバラ ンス量が 小さいと振動が小さ く なると言う様に、 ボビンの緊締毎でその変化 幅が異なってく る。
また、 1 本のス ピ ン ドルに一定速度で送り出されて く る糸条を卷 取るのであるから、 糸条の卷取の進行につれて回転 K量が徐々 に渐 增 し、 回転数が高速域から低速域に変化し、 これに伴なつてその振 動振幅も時々刻々 と変化する。
したがって、 振動情報を取り込むタイ ミ ングによ っては卷取装置 の状態に変化がない場合でも、 振動信号値が大き く 異なる こ とがあ り、 果た してそれが卷取装置の正常な状況であるか、 あるいは異常 になりつつある状況であるかを判断するこ とが難し く 、 この振動情 報をどのよう に処理したら状況把握が可能であるかという振動情報 処理の問題がある。
振動情報に代えて温度情報を取り込む埸合は、 連統して糸条を卷 取る巻取装置は、 今まで待機していたス ピ ン ドルが回転を開始して 糸条を卷始めるに従って岫受部の温度が上昇して所定の温度に落ち 着く までには所定の時間が必要であり、 温度情報を取り込むタ イ ミ ン グが問題となる。
また、 糸等が卷付いてス ピン ドルが目では確! δできない程度の振 れを生じてダイナ ミ ッ クア ンバラ ンスが生じた埸合あるいは卷取中 にパッ ケージの一部に崩れが生じて振動が大き く なり始める埸合等 のよ う にス ピン ドルが稼働中に短時間の間に悪く なった場合にはこ れ等を容易に見出すこができないという問題がある。
又、 このような場合、 卷取装匿を取出 して修理する場合に事前に どこがどのよ う になっているか分かる こ とが望ま しいこ とがある。 本発明は、 かかる問題に みてなされたもので、 ス ピン ドルの卷 取状態が安定した時点で卷取装匿の振励情報または温度情報を検知 し、 これを最適の形に編集する こ とによ り、 運転中の巻取装置の現 状把握が可能なメ ンテナ ンス システムが得られる糸条の卷取方法お よびその装置を提供する こ とを第 1 の猓題とする ものである。
また、 ス ピ ン ドルの稼働中に短時間に発生した異常を容易に検出 する こ とができ る糸条の卷取方法を提供する こ とを第 2 の锞題とす る ものである。
さ らに、 短時間に異常が発生した場合の異常窗所判断データが容 易に得られる糸条の卷取方法を提供する こ とを第 3 の猓題とする も のである。 発明の開示
上記第 1 の課題を達成するために本発明の糸条の卷取方法は If求 項 1 のよう に 糸条をス ビン ドルに装着されたボビンに卷取る卷取 装置の可動部または非可動部に、 前記巻取装 Bから発生する振動情 報または温度情報を取り込むピッ クア ッ プセ ンサを装 «し、 前記ス ビン ドルに装着されたボビンに卷取中の糸条が所定の巻取量に達し たと きに糸条の糸切り替え作業が実施され、 次いで前記ス ピ ン ドル の回転伏態が安定した一定時間後に、 前記ピッ クア ッ プセンサから の振動情報または温度情報を予め定められた形式で記慷装置に格納 するよう に してある。
本発明の糸条の卷取方法は請求項 2 のよ う に前記卷取装置が、 糸 条の卷取中に連統して糸切り替えを行な う糸切り替え機構を有して いる ものが好ま し く 、 請求項 3 のよ う に前記記憶装置に格钠される 振動情報値または温度情報値が予め入力された設定値よ り も高い埸 合に警報を発するよ う にするのが好ま しい。
上述の卷取方法を確実に実施でき るよ う にするため本発明の卷取 装 IIは請求項 6 のよ う に糸条をス ビン ドルに装着されたボ ビンに卷 取る卷取装置の可動部または非可勳部に、 前記卷取装置から発生す る振動情報または温度情報を取り込むピッ クア ッ プセ ンサが装着さ れている と共に、 卷取中の糸条が所定の卷取量に連した時に、 前記 巻取装 Itに対して糸切り替えの開始信号を出力する糸切り替え開始 信号出力部と、 前記糸切り替え後の一定時間後に前記ビッ クア ッ プ セ ンサか らの振勖情報または温度情報を取り込むため前記時間を力 ゥ ン トするタ イマーと、 該取り込まれた振動情報または温度情報を 予め定められた形式で格钠する記憶装置とを備えた構成に してある。 本発明の卷取装置は請求項 7 のよ う に巻取装置が、 糸条の卷取中 に連統して糸切り替えを行なう糸切り替え機構を有している構成、 睛求項 8 のよ う に記憶装置に格納される振動情報値または温度情報 値が予め入力された設定値よ り高い場合に警報を発する警報器を備 えた構成、 請求項 9 のよ う に卷取装匿が、 複数台の卷取装鱖が集合 される こ とよ り、 少な く と も 1 グループの卷取装置群によ って構成 - 5 - するのが好ま しい。
また、 第 2 の課題を達成するために本発明の糸条の卷取方法は請 求項 4 のよ う に糸条をス ピ ン ドルに装着されたボ ビンに巻取る卷取 装置の可動部または非可動部に、 前記卷取装置から発生する振動情 報または温度情報を取り込むピッ ク ア ッ プセンサを装着し、 前 Kス ピン ドルに装着されたボビンに巻取中の糸条が所定の卷取量に達し たと きに糸条の糸切り替え作業が実施され、 次いで前記ス ピン ドル の回転状態が安定した一定時間後に、 前記ビッ クア ッ プセンサから の振勳情報または温度情報を予め定められた形式で記慷装面に格納 する操作を所定の期間内に所定の回数、 例えば 3 〜 5 日に少な く と も 1 回行なう よ う にする と共に、 前 K操作以外の時間に前記ピッ ク ア ッ プセ ンサによ ってス ピ ン ドルの稼働中に発生する振勖情報また は温度情報を検出 し、 この振動情報値または温度情報値が予め入力 された設定値より ffiい場合に警報を発するよ う に してある。
さ らに、 第 3 の課題を達成するために本発明の糸条の卷取方法は 請求項 5 のよ う に警報が発せられた場合に、 ボビンに糸条が卷取ら れたパッ ケー ジを取外し空ボビンと入替えた状態で、 ス ピ ン ドルを 起動させて設定最高速度まで加速して回転させ、 ビッ クア ッ プセ ン サによってその回転領域における振動振幅を採取せしめるよ う に し てある。
なお、 上記 「卷取装置の可動部または非可動部」 とは、 卷取装置 でのピッ クア ッ プの装着位置を示しており、 Γ卷取装置の可動部」 と は、 卷取装置のス ピン ドル軸受部、 ター レ ッ ト «や、 タ ツチロー ラの籼受部、 こ の夕 ツ チ ローラの昇降フ レーム等の回転ま たは直線 ¾勳部をいい、 「非可動部」 とは、 フ レーム等の上記可動部でない 部位をいう ものとする。
この場合の警報を発する 「設定値」 とは、 定常運転時には何等問 fiのない振動値であるが、 当初の正常な状態と比絞する と きには明 らかに振動振幅が大き く なっていて、 そのまま放置すれば近い将来 異常を来す過渡的状態の振動値をいう ものであり、 温度情報の場合 も同様にそのまま放置すれば近い将来異常を来す過渡的状態の温度 値をいう ものである。
なお、 上記卷取装■と しては、 ボ ビンを装着するス ピ ン ドルが一 本の もので も よ い し、 二本のス ピ ン ドルがタ ー レ ツ ト盤に装着され たタ ー レ ツ ト式の レボルビン グ卷取装鼸であ って もよい。
本発明によれば、 巻取装 IIのス ピ ン ドルに糸条が卷取られ始めて から、 ある定められた一定時間後にピッ クア ッ プセ ンサーからの振 動データあるいは温度データが、 例えばローカルステーシ ョ ンに取 り込まれた振動振幅值、 温度値は、 L A Nを経て、 センターステー シ ョ ンに送り込まれる。
又、 振動振幅値を周波数分析して L A Nを経て、 セ ン タ ーステー シ ョ ンに送り込まれる。
そ して、 セ ン タ ーステー シ ョ ンでは、 この振動情報あ る いは温度 情報を記憶装置に格納し、 このデータを編集して必要に応じてプリ ンタ、 表示装置等に出力する。
この場合、 卷取装置における振動ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサーからの振 動情報ある いは温度ビッ クア ッ プセ ンサーからの温度情報の取り込 みは、 卷取装置の糸条の切り替えが完了した一定時間後の、 巻取り ス ピ ン ドルの卷取り状態が安定した時点での振動情報信号あるいは 温度情報信号を取り込む。
そ して、 このよ う な振動情報あるいは温度情報の値が予め入力さ れた設定値よ り も高い場合に警報が発せられる。 図面の ffi単な説明 図 1 は、 本発明に係る糸条巻取装置の概略全体構成図である。 図 2 は、 振動ビッ クァ ッ ブセ ンサの取付け位匿の 1 実施例を示 した図である。

以下、 本発明の一実例を図面を参照しながら説明する。 図 1 は本発明の糸条の卷取装置の概略全体構成図である。
図 1 において、 1 一 1 は、 巻取ス ピ ン ドルを 2 本有するター レ ツ ト型の糸条卷取装置であり、 1 本のボビンが满管になる と別に設け られた図示されていない糸切替指令装置からの指令によ り、 待機す る空ボビンを装着したス ピン ドルが起動し、 所定の速度になったと ころで糸を切り替え、 巻取り継铳する公知のものである。
本発明の卷取装鱖と しては、 上記ター レ ツ ト型糸条卷取装 Bを用 いてもよい し、 ス ピン ドル 1 本の人の手による糸切り替え方式の卷 取装鼸であつてもよい。
図 1 に示すよう に、 卷取装置は、 複数台の卷取装 B 1 ― 1、 1 一 2、 · · · 、 1 一 nがグルーピングされて 1 つの卷取装 Bグループ 1 が構成されており、 以下同様に Nグループまでの卷取装置群が構 成されている。
このようなグルーブ投定と しては、 通常、 卷取対象の糸種別、 卷 取速度別などによ り複数のグループに構成される ものである。
そ して、 それぞれの卷取装置 1 一 1、 1 一 2、 · · · 、 1 一 nに は、 ス ピン ドル駆動モータ、 ター レ ッ ト «の回動モータ等に回転指 令を与える指令線 2 aが設けられていると共に、 各卷取装置の振動 情報を検出する振動ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサー (加速度セ ンサー) 2 — 1、 2 — 2、 · · · 、 2 — nがフ レームに装着され、 信号線 2 b を 経て各卷取装置グループ毎に設けられたローカルステー シ ョ ン 3 — 1 に接統されている。
ター レ ツ ト型卷取装置の場合には、 ス ピン ドルの回転振動情報が 正確に検出でき るよ う に 2 本のス ピ ン ドルを回転自在に支持したタ 一レ ツ ト « (図示せず) に装着されたス ピン ドル支持用のフ レーム に振勳ビッ クア ッ プセ ンサーを装着する こ と もある。
その場合には振動情報は信号線 2 b を経ず、 無線で回転するター レ ツ ト继から固定部のフ レーム部まで送られるか、 または、 卷取装 置後部のス リ ッ プリ ングを介して外部に取り 出され、 信号線 2 b を 経てロ ーカルステー シ ョ ン 3 へ送られる。
各ローカルステー ジ ョ ン 3 からは、 ェ埸内に張り巡ら された L A N 4 を経て情報を後述するセ ン タ ーステーシ ョ ン 5 に伝える。
このセ ンターステー シ ョ ン 5 は、 L A N 4 を経て送信されてきた 各卷取装置グループの予め定められた形式での振動情報を、 予め投 定されている警報値と比較し、 必要な埸合には警報を発し、 その情 報を記憶装置 6 に格納処理する機能を有する ものである。
この振動情報をこ の周波数分析するのはセ ン タ ーステー シ ョ ン 5 で行なってもよい。
上記セ ン タ ーステー シ ョ ン 5 には振勖情報を記 «する記憶装置 6、 プリ ンター 7 、 ホス ト コ ン ピュータ 8 、 表示装置 1 0 なども接統さ れている。
上記ホス ト コ ン ピュータ 8 は、 多 く の場合、 工場全体を制御する 使命を有し、 本発明に関しては卷取装置の糸卷取量を管理 · 制御す る機能を有する ものであり、 その容量によ っ てロ ーカルステー シ ョ ン 3 やセ ン タ ーステー シ ョ ン 5 を適宜兼用ま たは省略してもよい。 上記振動ビッ クア ッ プセ ンサ 2 を非可動部に取付ける場合、 図 2 に示されるよ うなフ レーム 1 a に回動自在に設置されたター レ ツ ト Si 1 b に 2 本のボビン装着用ス ピン ドル 1 c、 1 c ' が回転自在に 装着されている と共に、 上記フ レーム 1 a に ト ラバース機構 1 r と ローラベール 1 s が昇降自在に設けられた構成のター レ ツ ト型巻取 装 IIにおいては、 振動ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサ 2 はス ピン ドル 1 c の軸 受部あるいはター レ ツ ト fi bの釉受部の近傍位置である フ レーム 1 の側部に装着されている。 また、 振動ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサ 2 を可動部に取付ける埸合、 図 3 に示されるよ う にフ レーム 1 a に回動自在に設置されたター レ ツ ト 盤 1 bに 2本のボ ビン装着用ス ピ ン ドル 1 c、 1 c ' が回転自在に 装奢され、 このス ピ ン ドル l c、 l c ' が軸受支持部材 l d、 I d ' にベア リ ング 1 f 、 1 f ' によって回転自在に取付けられている と共に電動機 1 g、 1 g ' の出力軸に連結された軸体 1 e、 1 e ' と 、 緊締用 リ ン グ 1 j 、 1 j ' 、 スぺーサ l k:、 l k ' 、 押圧部材 l m、 1 m ' 等が装普され軸体 1 e、 1 e ' の端部に取付け られた ス ピ ン ドル本体 l h、 1 h ' と によ り櫞成するタ ー レ ッ ト型卷取装 置においては、 振動ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサ 2、 2 ' は軸受支持部材 1 d、 I d ' 1 のター レ ッ ト继側ベア リ ング I f 、 I f ' の取付け位 置の外周部に装着されている。
然し、 この位置に限定される ものではない。
そ して、 この振動ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサ 2、 2 ' は信号線 l n、 1 n ' と、 回転翊子と固定端子とからなるブラ シ機構 1 と、 信号線 l Q、 1 q ' とを経てローカルステー シ ョ ン (図示せず) に接統さ れている。
この振動ピッ クア ッ プセンサ 2、 2 ' は各ス ピン ドル l c、 l c ' の軸体 l e、 l e ' のベア リ ング l f 、 I f ' と電動機 l g、 1 g ' のベア リ ングの装着位置全てに設ける こ と もでき る。
上記実施例における振動情報に代えて温度情報を温度ピ ッ ク ア ツ ブセ ンサー (熱電対、 サー ミ スタ等) によって取り込むこ と も可能 であり、 この場合は温度ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサーは振動ピッ クア ッ プ セ ンサーの取り付け位置と同一位置でもよいが、 温度変化を確実に 検出するため、 ベア リ ン グ等の岫受部によ り近い位置に設置する こ とが好ま しい。
上記振勖ビッ クア ッ プセ ンサー と温度ビッ クア ッ プセ ンサーの両 方を設置して振動情報と温度情報とを取り込むよ う にする こ と もで きる。
次に、 本発明による卷取装置からの振動情報の取り込み方法を上 記図 1 を用いて説明する。
まず、 図 1 の卷取装置グループに属する卷取装置の糸条巻取量が 所定量に達する と、 工場全体を制御統合しているホス ト コ ン ピュー 夕 8 からグループ 1 へ糸切り替え信号が発せられる。
その信号がライ ン 9 を経てセ ンターステーシ ョ ン 5へ伝えられる と同時に、 図示されていない卷取装 IIの糸切り替えコ ン ト ローラに も伝え られ、 卷取装置 1 一 1 から順番に順次糸切り替えが実施され る
当該卷取装置 1 で糸が新しいス ピ ン ドルで巻取られ始めてある一 定時間後の、 ス ピ ン ドルの回転が安定し振動状況が安定する頃を見 計らって、 ローカルステー シ ョ ン 3 — 1 に信号線 2 b により、 卷取 装置 1 一 1 に取り付けられた振動ビッ クア ッ プ 2 — 1 (図示せず) から卷取装置 1 一 1 の振動信号が取り込まれる。
この取り込まれた振動情報はそのま ま生波形のピーク値を格納し たり、 或いは該波形を周波数分析して振動源要素、 例えばス ピ ン ド ル、 ローラベール、 ト ラバース機構等の要素の周波数に対応する振 動量に分析し、 該周波数毎の振動値と して格納したり、 その両方を 格納したりする。
こ φ振動情報の格納方法を何れにするかは管理する振動発生体の 状況によって決定するのが好ま しい。
また、 温度情報を取り込む場合には、 検出 した温度値をそのま ま 格納する。
この取り込まれた温度情報或いは振動情報は予め定められた形式 でセ ンタ ーステー シ ョ ン 5 に L A N 4 を経て伝え られる と 、 セ ン タ 一ステー シ ョ ン 5 ではこの信号値を設定値と比較し、 も し設定値よ り も大きな埸合には警報を発し、 小さな場合にはそのま ま記馊装 B に格納する。
この卷取装置 1 一 1 の切り替え後ある一定時間をおいて卷取装置 1 一 2 の振動情報が取り込まれ処理される。
このよ う に して引き続き 1 一 n までの卷取装置までそれぞれの卷 取装置の振動情報が取り込まれ、 警報値との比較がされ、 そ して記 «装置に格納される。
なお、 こ の糸切り替え指示は、 多 く の場合、 糸条巻取装置グルー ブ 1 を構成するそれぞれの卷取装置が順次切り替えでき るよ う にプ ログラ ミ ングされているが、 も し他と同時に糸切り替えを実施する 埸合でも、 それぞれの卷取装匱からの振動情報の処理は短く て済む ので、 信号取り込みに必要な時間だけずらせば、 実質的に問題な く 上記方法が採用可能である。
また、 新しいス ピ ン ドル 1 c ' に糸を切り替えてから一定時間後 に卷取装置の振動情報をビッ クア ッ プする理由は、 糸条を卷取るた めのボビンは常に新しいものと交換されるが、 ボビンをス ピン ドル に緊締 した場合のア ンバラ ンス量はいつ も変化し、 このア ンバラ ン ス量が大きいと振動が大き く なり、 ア ンバラ ンス量が小さいと振動 が小さ く なり ボビン緊締毎でその変化幅が異なるからである。
又、 糸条切り替え直後においては糸切り替え時の例えばター レ ツ 卜继 1 bの回動による副次振動、 ス ピン ドル 1 c ' がローラベール 1 s と直接接触して発生する不安定な振励が存在する危険性があり、 それらが通常の振動情報と一緒になつてローカルステー シ ョ ン 3 — 1 に取り込まれたり、 昇温途中の温度情報が取り込まれたりするの を軽滅、 防止するためであり、 このよ う な一定時間の好ま しい値と しては、 卷取速度、 糸の太さ等の巻取条件によ っても異なるが、 例 えば 1 0 〜 1 8 0秒、 よ り好ま し く は 1 2 0秒〜 1 8 0 秒程度であ る。
一方、 温度情報の埸合には、 少な く と も 3 0分以上経過した後が 好ま しい。
上記振勳情報がセ ンタ ーステー ジ ョ ン 5 に予め設定しておいた警 報値よ り も高い レベルにな っ た と き には、 セ ン タ ーステーシ ョ ン 5 から、 ブリ ンター 7 、 表示装置 1 0 等に警報と して発せられ、 これ によ り どの卷取装置の運転状況が異常になりつつある こ とがわかる。 以上のよ う に して卷取装 IIの振動情報、 温度情報を各グループ毎 にかつ、 各グループ中の卷取装 S別に記憶装置 6 に格納し、 後述す る適宜の出力様式に編集して表示装 B 1 0 に表示するのである。
この出力様式と しては、 例えば以下に述べる各種のものが例示さ れる。
図 4 は、 橫軸に卷取装匱の運転日時を、 縦岫に振動振幅を目盛つ たある卷取装置の振動値の経時的変化を表示した図である。
この図 4 によれば、 グループ 1 中の # 1 0 P O S (図示せず) で 稼働中の卷取り装 B # 3 5 の振動値の経時的変化を知る こ とができ る o
この図 4 中の振動出力値の推移により、 警報が発せられた時まで の振励値の ト レ ン ドが判る。 又、 警報値に達していない場合には ま もな く 警報が発せられるか、 まだ全く 問 Sないか等を予知する こ とができ る。
図 5 は、 グループ 2 中の # 1 6 p o s で先に警報のでた卷取装置 # 3 2 と、 それと入れ換え られた巻取装 B # l 5 2 の振動値の経時 的変化を同時に表示した もので、 前者の巻取装置で徐々 に振動値が 渐增 し、 ついには警報値に連し、 後者の卷取装置に交換されて運転 されていて、 その運転状況が正常である こ とがわかる。 図 6 は、 ある 日時におけるグループ 1 5 中の # 3 p o s (図示せず) の卷取 装 B # 5 8 の検出 した生の振動波形 (左側の図) と、 それが周波数 分析された波形 (右側の図) を同時に表示した図である。
この図 6 によれば、 例えばベア リ ン グの磨耗 · 傷つき、 ア ンバラ ンスの狂い等振励の主成分の値により、 この卷取装置のどの简所で 異常が発生しているかなどが分かる。
また、 卷取装置の異常が生じた度毎にその交換日時、 機番等を口 一力ルステー ッ シ ョ ン 3 、 セ ンタ ーステー シ ョ ン 5等に入力 してお く と、 必要におい じて例えば図 7 に示されるよ う なグループ 1 に於 ける p o s 0 l 〜 p 0 s 3 2 で稼働している卷取装置の交換日を口 一力 ルステー シ ョ ン 3 、 セ ン タ ーステー シ ョ ン 5等から出力する こ とが出来る。
この図 7 による と、 各グループに設置されている巻取装置がどの 番号のもので構成され、 何日に新し く 組み込まれたか等のメ ンテナ ンス履歴が一目で分かる。
又、 図 8 に示される様に、 巻取装置 # 3 2が、 いつどのマシ ンに 据え付けられ、 いつメ ンテナ ンスのために引き出されたか等の卷取 装置のメ ンテナ ンス履歴を出力する こ と もでき る。
このよ う に記慷装匿 6 に取り込まれた各卷取装置の経時的振動情 報は、 図 4 乃至図 8 に示 したよ う に、 予めホス ト コ ン ピュ ータ 8 に 入力されている各種フ ォ ーマ ツ 卜に編集され、 プ リ ンタ 7 から打ち 出され、 いろいろな用途に有効に利用できる。
かかる本発明の糸条の巻取方法および装置によれば、 ェ埸におい て多 く の巻取装置が同時に運転され、 しかも糸切り替えが複数グル ーブで同時に重梭して行われても、 各卷取装置 1 の振動情報が振動 ピ ッ ク ア ッ プセ ンサー 2 、 ローカルステー シ ョ ン 3 、 L A N 4 等を 経て、 全てセ ン タ ー ステー シ ョ ン 5 の記憶装置 6 に取り込まれ、 こ の振動情報をセ ンタ ーステー シ ョ ン 5 で上記適宜の様式に編集して、 プリ ンター 7 、 表示装置 1 0等に出力するので、 複数の卷取装 Bの 運転状況を リ アルタ イムで知る こ とができ る。
特に各卷取装置における振動ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサーからの振動情 報の取り込み時期を、 糸条の切り替えが完了 した一定時間後の、 卷 取り ス ピ ン ドルの卷取り状態が安定した時点で行なうので、 卷取装 置の糸切り替え時等における異常振動の影響を排除する こ と ができ、 各巻取装置の正確な運転状況の把握が容易になる。
このよ う に本発明の糸条卷取方法およびその装置は、 各卷取装置 からの振動情報の取り込み方を工夫する こ とによ り、 従来技術だけ では不可能な上述した問題を解決したのである。
なお、 警報の出 し方に しても、 設定値を越えた場合に直ちに出す か、 あるいは 1 回だけでは直ちに出さず、 引き梡き異常がある回数 内に発生した埸合に出す方法を採用 してもよい。
さ らに設定値を越えた埸合にその以前のある回数の傾向から判断 して出す等の方法を用いてもよい。
上記 1 一 n迄の巻取装置において振動ビッ クア ッ プセ ンサー 2 — nによる振勳情報の取り込み、 予め定められた形式での記慷装鼸 6 に格納する操作は、 一般的に、 卷取装置は通常の状態では短時間の 間に悪く な らず、 徐々 に悪く なつてい く ものである と考えられる こ とから、 必ずし も糸切り替え動作毎に行なう必要はな く 、 例えば 3 〜 5 Bに少な く と も 1 回の間隔でも充分である。
また、 上記データを採取するために必要な時間は、 巻取装匿の 1 ポジシ ョ ン当たり 2 秒程度で十分であるが、 データ処理時間を考慮 しても 5秒もあれば充分である。 も し、 データ採取箇所が 5 0 0 ポ ジ シ ョ ンある工場においては、 データ採取時間が 5 0 0 X 5 = 2 5 0 0 秒 ( 4 2 分) であり、 3 日に 1 回データを採取する場合には、 振動ピ ッ ク ア ッ プセ ンサ 2 、 ロ ー 力 ノレステー シ ョ ン 3 、 セ ン タ ー ス テー シ ヨ ン 4 、 記憶装置 6等は 3 日間のう ちで 4 2 分間の稼働でよ い こ と にな る。
そ こで、 上記データの採取時間以外の空いている時間を利用 して ェ埸で稼働中の卷取装置の振動情報を順次サ ン プ リ ン グ して、 糸等 が卷付いてス ピン ドルが目では確認できない程度のダイナ ミ ッ クァ ンバラ ンスを生じている場合、 あるいは卷取中のパッ ケージの一部 に崩れが生じて振動が大き く なり始める埸合等の異常振動情報を採 取する。
この異常振動情報は、 稼働中の卷取装置を順次ス キ ャ ン し、 定常 振動振幅傭の数倍に設定されてい る警報値と比較し、 警報値よ り低 い «合は何も処置する こ とな く 次のポジシ ョ ンの振動値を見に行く 。 本発明においては、 係る設定された警報値の値は稼働中の正常卷 取装置の振勳振幅データを採取し、 それを参考にどれく らいの値に 設定したらェ埸運営管理に適するかという観点から決定する必要が あり、 平均振動振幅デー タ の 2 〜 3 倍位が好ま しい。 又上紀 ト レ ン ド惰報のための振動情報を取り込む埸合の警報値と同一値にするの が一般的であるが異なった値にする こ と も出来る。
この時、 振動ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサからの振勳信号値をそのまま生 の振動振幅値のままで警報値と比較するか、 あるいは採取した振勳 信号を周波数解析して例えば回転周波数などの特定周波数値に変換 してその値と設定されている »報値とを比較する。
上記異常振動情報によって警報が発せられた場合には、 異常では あるがすぐには破損する程ではないので、 システムモー ドを切り替 えてボビ ン に糸条が巻取られたパッ ケージをス ピ ン ドルから取り外 し、 空ス ピ ン ドルと入替え、 当該ス ピ ン ドルを起動して、 ある設定 最高速度に連するまで回転させ、 軸体 1 e の支持用のフ レーム 1 d と電動機 1 gの軸受部の 2箇所に設 IIされた振動ピッ ク ア ッ プセ ン サ一によ つて各回転数 ( r p m) における振動情報を検出 し、 この 振動情報を周波数分析してス ピ ン ドル回転数情報のみを抽出 して低 速度から高速度までの振動速度 (mmZ s e c ) と して出力する と 図 9 に示すよ う な ものであった。
—般に、 巻取装置におけるス ピ ン ドルの糸条卷取時の回転領域は. ス ピ ン ドルを回転させた時に最初に振動が発生する軸体の 1 次危険 速度およびス ピ ン ドル支持用べァ リ ン グを保持するフ レームの共振 点周波数等を越えているのが一般的であり、 ベア リ ング不良、 ベア リ ング嵌合不良等によ ってス ピン ドルのバラ ンスが崩れて く ると、 図 9 に示されるよ う に 1 次危険速度 (略 2 0 0 0 r p m) と共振点 (略 4 0 0 0 r p m) のと こ ろでの振勳速度が、 以前に採取した正 常な埸合 (図 1 0 ) のものと比較すると、 図 1 0 においては小さか つた简所で振動が大き く 発生しており、 振動速度が大き く なってい る こ とが判る。
上記異常振動速度、 異常振動周波数発生時の回転速度等から経験 に基づいて分析して異常箇所を判別する。
上記のよ う に通常稼働中の卷取装臞の振動情報をタイ ミ ングよ く また状況に応じて採取し、 その大き さを経験から決めた警報値と比 絞して処 Bする こ と により高速度で回転しているス ピ ン ドルの危険 な状態を事前に回避する こ とが可能になる。
また、 本技術はス ピン ドルだけではな く タ ツ チローラ についても 適用する こ とができ る と共に、 糸条を引取送り出 しているゴデ一口 ール等にも同様に適用でき る こ とはいう までもない。
本発明糸条の卷取方法 (請求項 1 〜 3 ) およびその装置 (請 求項 6〜 9 ) は、 以下に述べるすぐれた効果を奏する こ とができ る ,
1 . 複数台の巻取装置の高速 ¾転中における振勳情報を、 個々 に 或いは一括して適宜の様式に加工、 編集したデータに して把握でき るので、 巻取装置の突然の停止、 破損等が予知でき、 これらによる ト ラブルを未然に防止できる。
2 . 巻取装置の計画保全が実施でき る。
3 . 巻取装置に対する無駄なメ ンテナ ンスがな く なるので、 保全 に閧する «用が最小限に抑えられる。
4 . 卷取装置の突然の破損によるオペ レータへの危害を未然に防 止できる。
本発明の卷取方法 (請求項 4 ) は、 ス ピ ン ドルの稼働中に短時間 に発生した異常を容易に検出するこ とができ る。
本発明の卷取方法 (請求項 5 ) は、 短時間に異常が発生した場合 の異常 If 所判断データを容易に得る こ とができる。

Claims

睛求の範囲
1 . 糸条をス ピ ン ドルに装着されたボビンに卷取る卷取装置の 可動部または非可動部に、 前記卷取装 11から発生する振勳情報また は温度情報を取り込むビッ クア ッ プセ ンサを装着し、 前記ス ピン ド ルに装着されたボビ ンに巻取中の糸条が所定の卷取量に達したと き に糸条の糸切り替え作業が実施され、 次いで前記ス ピン ドルの回転 状態が安定した一定時間後に、 前記ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサからの振動 情報または温度情報を予め定められた形式で記慷装置に格納する こ とを特徵とする糸条の卷取方法。
2 . 前記卷取装置は、 糸条の卷取中に連統して糸切り替えを行 なう糸切り替え機構を有しているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1 項に記載の糸条の卷取方法。
3 . 前記記憶装置に格納される振動情報値または温度惰報値が 予め入力された設定値よ り も高い場合に警報を発する こ とを特徴と する諝求の範囲第 1 項または第 2項に記載の糸条の卷取方法。
4 . 糸条をス ピ ン ドルに装 «f されたボビンに卷取る巻取装置の 可動部または非可動部に、 前記巻取装 Bか ら発生する振動情報また は温度情報を取り込むビッ クア ッ プセ ンサを装着し、 前記ス ピン ド ルに装奢されたボビンに卷取中の糸条が所定の卷取量に達したと き に糸.条の糸切り替え作業が実施され、 次いで前記ス ピ ン ドルの回転 状態が安定した一定時間後に、 前記ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサからの振動 情報または温度情報を予め定められた形式で記憶装置に格納する操 作を所定の期間内に所定の回数行なう よう にする と共に、 前記操作 以外の時間に前記ピッ クア ッ プセンサによ ってス ピン ドルの稼働中 に発生する振勖情報または温度情報を検出 し、 この振動情報値また は温度情報値が予め入力された設定値よ り高い場合に警報を発する よ う に した こ とを特徴とする糸条の卷取方法。
5 . 警報が発せられた場合に、 ボビ ンに糸条が巻取られたパ ッ ケージを取外し空ボビンと入替た状態で、 ス ピ ン ドルを起動させて 設定最高速度まで加速して回転させ、 ピッ クア ッ プセ ンサによ って その回転領域における振動振幅を採取せしめるよ う に したこ とを特 微とする請求の範囲第 4 項に記載の糸条の卷取方法。
6 . 糸条をス ピ ン ドルに装普されたボ ビンに卷取る卷取装匮の 可動部または非可勳部に、 前記卷取装置から発生する振勐情報また は温度情報を取り込むピッ クア ッ プセンサが装着されている と共に、 卷取中の糸条が所定の卷取量に達した時に、 前記卷取装 Bに対して 糸切り替えの開始信号を出力する糸切り替え開始信号出力郎と、 前 記糸切り替え後の一定時間後に前記ビッ クア ッ プセンサからの振動 情報または温度情報を取り込むため前記時間をカウ ン トするタイマ 一と、 該取り込まれた振動情報または温度情報を予め定められた形 式で格納する記憶装置とを備えてなるこ とを特徴とする糸条の卷取 装置。
7 . 前記卷取装置は、 糸条の卷取中に連統して糸切り替えを行 なう糸切り替え機構を有している こ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第 6 項に記載の糸条の卷取装置。
8 . 前記記憶装置に格納される振動情報値または温度情報値が 予め入力された設定值よ り高い埸合に警報を発する警報器を備えて いる こ とを特微とする請求の範囲第 6項または第 7項に記載の糸条 の卷取装置。
9 . 前記卷取装置は、 複合台の卷取装鼸が集合される こ と によ り、 少な く と も 1 グループの卷取装置群が構成されているこ とを特 徴とする »求の範囲第 6項ない し第 8項のいずれかに記載の糸条の 卷取装置。
