Description

明 細 書 発明の名称 布片掴み装置 発明の詳細な説明 技術分野
本発明は、 例えばランドリー工場などのように布を取扱うあらゆる産業におい て、 複数枚の布片が積み重ねられた中から布片の一枚のみを掴み上げるための布 片掴み装置に関する。 背景技術
従来、 一般にランドリー工場で大量の布片を同時に洗浄加工することにおいて 、 布片を洗濯し、 脱水し、 乾 *¾し、 アイロン掛けをし、 仕上加工する各工程中ま たは各工程間において積み重なった布片から一枚の布片のみを切り離して掴み上 げることは困難で、 このための装置はなかった。
従来の装置では積み重ねられた布片から布片を掴む時に確かり掴もうとすると 掴み具合が深くなり同時に 2 ~ 3枚， 時にはそれ以上と掴むことがしばしばある 為に掴み直さなければならなかったり、 また、 該布片の一枚のみを掴むための掴 み装置の微調整に手間がかかるなどの問題点があった。
本発明は上記の問題点を解消する為に、 積み重ねられた布片から該布片の一枚 を確実に掴む装置を提供することを目的とするものである。 発明の開示
上記目的を達成するために、 本発明の構成について説明する。
レバーの先端部が開閉して布片を深く掴む掴み部材と該掴み部材の内部を上下 にスライ ドし、 先端部が開閉して布片を浅く掴む小レバーまたは布片を吸着する 吸引管とを設けた構成となっている。
上記のように構成された掴み装置において、 掴み部材のレバーの先端を開いた 伏態から、 小レバーを掴み部材内をスライ ドさせて下方に移動し、 小レバーの先 端を布片の表面に軽く当てて、 小レバーの先端部を閉じて該布片を浅く掴むか、 又は吸引管を掴み部材内をスライ ドさせて下方に移動し、 吸引管の先端を布片の 表面に軽く当て吸引して布片を吸着し、 小レバーまたは吸引管を上方に移動させ て布片の重なりから上部の一枚の布片を離して吊り下げ、 小レバーまたは吸引管 の上部への移動を止めて、 掴み部材のレバーの先端を閉じることによつて布片を 深く掴んで吊すようにしたものである。 図面の簡単な説明

第 10図は掴み部材によつて掴んだ時点での概略説明図である。 発明を実施するための最良の形態
本発明を実施するための最良の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
第 1図および第 2図に示される実施例では、 掴み部材 2の内部にシリンダ一、 リンク、 カム等からなる昇降装置 3によって上下動する毛抜き状、 ビンセッ ト状 等からなる小レバー 4を設け、 小レバー 4の先端の爪 5がエアー、 カム、 ソレノ ィ ドなどからなる小チヤック装置 6によって開閉して布片 1の表面の一部を掴む P T/JP96/01122 構成とし、 爪 5の開口巾は該布片 1の厚さの 2倍強 （通常は 0. 6〜0. 7議） として、 爪 5によって掴まれた布片 1を爪 5と共に包み込む様に掴む掴み部材 2 を設け、 掴み部材 2のレバーの先端がエアー、 カム、 ソレノイド等からなる大チ ャック装置 7によつて開閉するようにした。
第 3図に示すように、 掴み部材 2を積み重ねた布片 1の上方に移動させて、 該 布片 1の上方の所定の位置で停止し、 次いで掴み部材のレバーの先端を開いて、 掴み部材の内部に設けた小レバー 4を降ろしてきて、 小レバー 4の先端の爪 5を 積み重ねられた布片 1の最上部の該布片の表面に接する位置で停止する。
第 4図に示すように、 小レバー 4の先端の該爪 5の開口を閉じると、 該爪 5は 布片 1の表層部分を掴む、 この状態から小レバー 4を上方に移動させると該爪 5 が掴み部材 2の先端の開口を通って上方に移動する。
第 5図に示すように、 大チヤック装置 7を作動させて掴み部材 2のレバーの先 端の開口を閉じて、 該爪 5によつて掴んで吊り下がった該布片 1の頂部より下方 を掴み部材 2で掴んで該布片 1を吊し、 小レバー 4の先端の該爪 5の口を開いて 、 爪 5から布片 1を外す。
即ち、 掴み部材 2は、 該爪 5の先端によって該布片 1の表層部分を掴むだけで は、 該布片 1の掴みが不安定な為に、 何時、 掴み装置から布片 1が離れるか分か らないので、 該布片 1を深く掴むためである。
第 6図および第 7図に示す実施例では、 大チャック装置 7によってレバーの端 部が開閉する掴み部材 2の内部に、 昇降装慝 3によって上下にスライドする吸引 管 8を設け、 吸引管 8はバキュームチャンバ一 10に接統され、 バキュームチャン バー 10は吸引装置に接絞されている。 吸引管 8とバキュームチヤンバー 10との間 に電磁弁 9を設け、 電磁弁 9の開閉によって吸引管 8の先端からの吸引の始動、 停止を行う構成となっている。
第 8図に示すように、 掴み部材 2を積み重ねられた布片 1の上方適当位置に停 止して、 掴み部材 2のレバーの先端を開いて、 掴み部材の内部の吸引管 8を下方 にスライドさせて布片 1の表面に当てて該布片 1を吸引管 8によって吸引して、 積み重ねられた布片 1の最上部の布片 1のみを吸引管 8が吸着する。
第 9図に示すように、 吸引管 8を上方に移動させると、 最上部の布片 1は下方 の布片 1と切り離れて上方に移動し吊り下がる。
第 10図に示すように、 掴み部材 2のレバーの先端を閉じて吸引管 8の下方の吊 り下がった布片 1を深く掴んで吊すものである。 その後、 電磁弁 9を閉じて吸引 管 8からの吸引を停止して吸引管 8から布片 1を外す。 発明の効果
本発明は上記説明したような構成となっているので、 以下に記載されるような 効果を奏する。
積み重ねられた布片の最上部の布片の表層部分を掴み吊上げた後、 該布片を深 く掴むことにより、 積み重ねられた布片の最上部の一枚の布片のみを掴んで下部 に積重なった布片と切り離すことができるので、 確実に積み重ねられた布片の一 枚づっを掴んで吊すことができる。

請 求 の 範 囲
1. レバーの先端部が開閉して布片 （1) を掴む掴み部材 （2) と該掴み部材 （ 2) の内部をスライ ドし先端部が開閉して該布片 （1) を掴む小レバー （4) と を設けたことを特後とする布片掴み装置。
2. 小レバー （4) の先端部の開口巾を布片 （1) の厚さの 2倍強としたことを 特微とする請求項 1記載の布片掴み装慝。
3. レバーの先端部が開閉して布片 （1) を掴む掴み部材 （2) と該掴み部材 （ 2) の内部をスライ ドし、 布片 （1) を吸着して吊り上げる吸引管 （8) とを設 けたことを特徼とする布片掴み装置。
