Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de rail, comprenant un rail, notamment un rail à gorge (2); un logement de rail élastique, composé d'une plaque nervurée en métal, d'une base (17) ainsi que de deux couches intermédiaires (14, 16) en élastomère, disposées entre le patin du rail et la plaque nervurée et entre la plaque nervurée et la base; deux compartiments, situés de chaque côté entre le rail et le revêtement de chaussée (3). Un profilé de remplissage (4, 4') en élastomère, présentant notamment des gorges (6) longitudinales et/ou des canaux (5) ainsi que des lèvres de maintien (7) se trouve dans chaque compartiment. En outre, ce système de rail comprend, des deux côtés, des fixations de rail (12) espacées, munies notamment de chapes (13). Chacun des profilés de remplissage (4, 4') se rétrécit dans la zone des fixations de rail (12) vers le patin de rail, en formant une gorge de logement (8) longitudinale destinée aux fixations de rail et aux chapes (13), un profilé de patin de rail (10) en élastomère étant placé dans la gorge de logement entre les fixations de rail et les chapes. Une autre variante est également présentée.
