Claims (13)

  1. Voie ferrée, se composant
    d'une file de rails (1) avec des moyens de fixation (2) ;
    de traverses (3) en bois, en béton ou similaires ;
    d'un lit de ballast (4) sur lequel sont posées les traverses ; ainsi que
    une semelle élastique (5, 5') qui est disposée sur la face inférieure (8) des traverses et qui se compose essentiellement de deux couches (6, 7, 7'), la couche (6) située du côté de la face inférieure (8) des traverses étant un matériau élastomère ;
       caractérisée en ce que
    la couche (7, 7') contiguë au lit de ballast (4) est un non-tissé et la couche (6) en matériau élastomère est munie du côté inférieur, c'est-à-dire du côté du non-tissé, d'une garniture intérieure de renforcement (10), dans laquelle la couche (6) en matériau élastomère et la couche (7, 7' ) en non-tissé sont réalisées chacune avec des surfaces planes et en une seule pièce .
  2. Voie ferrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la couche (6) en matériau élastomère comporte des canaux (9, 11, 12) qui sont disposés en une ou en plusieurs rangées.
  3. Voie ferrée selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les canaux (9, 11, 12) s'étendent en forme de cordon dans la direction longitudinale des traverses (3).
  4. Voie ferrée selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les canaux (9, 11, 12) sont fermés aux extrémités de la couche (6).
  5. Voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la couche (6)en matériau élastomère présente une dureté Shore A de 50 à 60°.
  6. Voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la couche (6) en matériau élastomère a une épaisseur minimale de 8 mm.
  7. Voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la couche (7, 7') en non-tissé a une épaisseur minimale de 2 mm.
  8. Voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la couche en matériau élastomère a sensiblement la même largeur que les traverses (3)
  9. Voie ferrée selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la couche (7) ennon-tisse a sensiblement la même largeur que la couche (6),
  10. Voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la largeur b de la couche (7') en non-tissé est supérieure à la largeur a de la couche (6) en matériau élastomère.
  11. Voie ferrée selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que la longueur de la couche (7') est supérieure à la longueur de la couche (6).
  12. Voie ferrée selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que la couche (7') en non-tissé est pliée de manière à former des bandes latérales (13, 14, 15, 16) (formation d'un sabot de traverse 17).
