Claims (13)

  1. Système de rails (1 ) composé
    d'un tronçon de rail muni de moyens de fixation ;
    de traverses (2) en bois, béton ou analogue ;
    d'une infrastructure (3), sur laquelle sont montées les traverses (2) ; ainsi que formé de
    d'un patin de traverse (4) en matériau élastomère, dont la paroi latérale (7), qui s'élargit en allant en direction du haut, entoure la traverse (2) en totalité ou en partie, la paroi latérale évoluant sur sa face intérieure, sous la forme d'une lèvre (9) flexible, appuyant de façon étanche sur la traverse (2), ainsi que, de préférence, sur sa face extérieure et, précisément, à l'intérieur de la zone supérieure, présente, en vue en coupe, un ergot (11) à forme sensiblement rectangulaire ; en outre un insert (5) élastique étant prévu entre le fond de patin de traverse (13) et la face inférieure de la traverse (2),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la paroi latérale (7) du patin de traverse (4) présente, sur sa face intérieure, un système à nervures et cannelures (8) ; et
    l'insert élastique (5) est muni de canaux (6, 6', 6") s'étendant en forme de tronçons placés sensiblement dans un plan, deux géométries (A, B) de canaux étant prévues, disposées en alternance les unes par rapport aux autres.
  2. Système de rails selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système à nervures-cannelures (8) est formé d'au moins cinq cannelures.
  3. Système de rails selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la lèvre (9) présente une entaille (10) en face extérieure ou en face intérieure, dans le but d'augmenter l'élasticité.
  4. Système de rails selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le patin de traverse (4) présente, dans la zone d'angle entre le fond de patin de traverse (13) et la paroi latérale (7), une entaille (12) placée en face intérieure.
  5. Système de rails selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le fond de patin de traverse (3) présente un soufflet de dilatation (14) en son centre.
  6. Système de rails selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le soufflet de dilatation (14) est formé de deux à cinq plis.
  7. Système de rails selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les canaux (6, 6', 6") présentent une forme de section transversale sensiblement en demi-cercle, en demi-ovale ou en demi-ellipse, les faces, aplaties ou arquées, des canaux étant tournées en alternance vers le haut, c'est-à-dire vers la traverse (2), respectivement vers le bas, c'est-à-dire vers le fond de patin de traverse (13).
  8. Système de rails selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le nombre n de canaux (6) est impair et, précisément de préférence, d'un nombre n=13.
  9. Système de rails selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les faces aplaties du canal (6') disposé au centre ainsi qu'également celles des deux canaux (6"), dans la zone de bordure de l'insert élastique (5), sont tournées vers le bas, c'est-à-dire vers le fond de patin de traverse (13).
  10. Système de rails selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le patin de traverse (4) est formé d'un coupage SBR/BR.
  11. Système de raits selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'insert élastique (5) est formé en EPDM.
  12. Système de rails selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le patin de traverse (4) présente une dureté Shore A de 63 ± 5.
  13. Système de rails selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'insert élastique (6) présente une dureté Shore A de 38 ± 5.
