Definitions
- the sleeper shoe 4 has a side wall 7 which widens towards the top, namely to form an essentially triangular cross-sectional shape.
- the side wall here only partially engages the sleepers 2 , ie within the lower region of the threshold.
- the side wall 7 runs out on its inside in the form of a flexible lip 9 , which rests on the threshold 2 in a sealing manner. In order to increase the elasticity, this lip has an outside notch 10 .
- the side wall 7 has on its outside, specifically within the upper region, a nose 11 that is essentially rectangular in cross section. This nose indicates the level of the concrete level of the slab track.
- the side wall 7 also has on its inside a rib-groove system 8 with preferably at least five grooves, which ensures the horizontal rigidity.
- the sleeper shoe 4 has an inside notch 12 in the corner area between the sleeper shoe bottom 13 and the side wall 7 , which gives the sleeper shoe increased flexibility.
- the sleeper shoe base 13 is provided in its center with an expansion fold 14 , which will be explained in more detail in connection with FIG. 2.
- the elastic insert 5 which, like the sleeper shoe 4, is made of elastomeric material, is provided with channels 6 , 6 ' and 6 " which run in the form of a strand and lie essentially in one plane, two geometries A and B of channels occurring.
- the channels have an essentially semicircular, semi-oval or semi-elliptical cross-sectional shape on (in the unloaded state), the flattened or arcuate sides of the channels alternately pointing up or down.
- FIG. 2 shows, in the context of an enlarged representation, a swellable shoe bottom 13 with an expansion fold 14 , which is preferably formed from two to five folds. This measure ensures easier deformation of the sleeper shoe 4 in the vertical direction.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schienenanordnung, bestehend aus
- einem Schienenstrang mit Befestigungsmitteln;
- Schwellen aus Holz, Beton oder dgl.;
- a rail track with fasteners;
- Sleepers made of wood, concrete or the like;
- a substructure (ballast bed, solid carriageway) on which the sleepers are stored; as well as from
- a sleeper shoe made of elastomeric material (i.e. made of rubber or rubber-like plastic), the side wall, which widens towards the top, completely or partially encompasses the sleeper, the inner side of the sidewall ending in the form of a flexible lip that lies sealingly against the sleeper , and preferably on the outside, namely within the upper region, has a substantially rectangular nose when viewed in cross section; an elastic insert is also present between the sleeper shoe and the underside of the sleeper.
Based on the state of the art outlined at the outset, which in German Laid-open specification 43 35 516 A1, the task is to to provide a rail arrangement with sleeper shoe, in which both horizontal rigidity as well as vertical deflection in an optimal way is guaranteed, especially with regard to the increasingly important Construction of the slab track.
- the inside of the side wall of the sleeper shoe has a rib-groove system; and
- the elastic insert is provided with channels running in the form of strands which lie essentially in one plane, two geometries of channels occurring which are arranged alternately to one another.

According to FIG. 1, the
ausgeschlossen.The
The
The
Einfederung.The
