Abstract

The invention relates to a rail system (1) comprising a line of rails with fixations, cross ties (wood, concrete, etc.), an infrastructure (2) on which the cross ties are laid, as well as an elastomeric cross tie shoe, whose sidewall (7), which tapers upward, entirely or partially surrounds the cross tie, the inner sidewall being in the form of a flexible lip (9) sealingly laid against said cross tie (2); besides, between the bottom of the cross tie shoe (13) and the cross tie underside (2) is inserted an elastic intermediate layer (5). The rail system according to the invention (1) is characterized in that the sidewall (7) of the cross tie shoe (4) presents on its inner face (8) a pattern of ribs and grooves and that the elastic intermediate layer (5) is provided with extruded-like channels (6, 6', 6'') located virtually in the same plane as that in which two geometries of alternating channels appear.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schienenanordnung, bestehend aus

  • einem Schienenstrang mit Befestigungsmitteln;
  • Schwellen aus Holz, Beton oder dgl.;
The invention relates to a rail arrangement consisting of
  • a rail track with fasteners;
  • Sleepers made of wood, concrete or the like;
  • a substructure (ballast bed, solid carriageway) on which the sleepers are stored; as well as from
  • a sleeper shoe made of elastomeric material (i.e. made of rubber or rubber-like plastic), the side wall, which widens towards the top, completely or partially encompasses the sleeper, the inner side of the sidewall ending in the form of a flexible lip that lies sealingly against the sleeper , and preferably on the outside, namely within the upper region, has a substantially rectangular nose when viewed in cross section; an elastic insert is also present between the sleeper shoe and the underside of the sleeper.

Based on the state of the art outlined at the outset, which in German Laid-open specification 43 35 516 A1, the task is to to provide a rail arrangement with sleeper shoe, in which both horizontal rigidity as well as vertical deflection in an optimal way is guaranteed, especially with regard to the increasingly important Construction of the slab track.

This problem is now solved according to the characterizing part of claim 1 in that
  • the inside of the side wall of the sleeper shoe has a rib-groove system; and
  • the elastic insert is provided with channels running in the form of strands which lie essentially in one plane, two geometries of channels occurring which are arranged alternately to one another.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in claims 2 to 13 called.

According to FIG. 1, the sleeper shoe 4 has a side wall 7 which widens towards the top, namely to form an essentially triangular cross-sectional shape. The side wall here only partially engages the sleepers 2 , ie within the lower region of the threshold.

The side wall 7 runs out on its inside in the form of a flexible lip 9 , which rests on the threshold 2 in a sealing manner. In order to increase the elasticity, this lip has an outside notch 10 . These constructive measures with regard to the lip 9 largely preclude the penetration of concrete between the sleeper shoe 4 and the sleeper 2 during concreting.

Diese Nase gibt die Höhe des Betonniveaus der festen Fahrbahn an.Furthermore, the side wall 7 has on its outside, specifically within the upper region, a nose 11 that is essentially rectangular in cross section. This nose indicates the level of the concrete level of the slab track.

The side wall 7 also has on its inside a rib-groove system 8 with preferably at least five grooves, which ensures the horizontal rigidity.

The sleeper shoe 4 has an inside notch 12 in the corner area between the sleeper shoe bottom 13 and the side wall 7 , which gives the sleeper shoe increased flexibility. In addition, the sleeper shoe base 13 is provided in its center with an expansion fold 14 , which will be explained in more detail in connection with FIG. 2.

The elastic insert 5 , which, like the sleeper shoe 4, is made of elastomeric material, is provided with channels 6 , 6 ' and 6 " which run in the form of a strand and lie essentially in one plane, two geometries A and B of channels occurring. The channels have an essentially semicircular, semi-oval or semi-elliptical cross-sectional shape on (in the unloaded state), the flattened or arcuate sides of the channels alternately pointing up or down.The number n of the channels is odd (n = 13) show the flattened sides of the channel 6 ' arranged in the middle as well as that of the two channels 6 " in the edge region of the elastic insert 5 downwards. The elastic insert 5 with these design measures now ensures the vertical deflection.

Für den Schwellenschuh 4 und die elastische Einlage 5 gelten folgende zweckmäßige Werkstoffparameter: Schwellenschuh SBR/BR-Verschnitt Shore Härte A : 63 ± 5 elastische Einlage EPDM Shore Härte A : 38 ± 5 The following useful material parameters apply to the sleeper shoe 4 and the elastic insert 5 : A sock SBR / BR blend Shore hardness A: 63 ± 5 elastic insert EPDM Shore hardness A: 38 ± 5

Durch diese Maßnahme ist eine leichtere Verformung des Schwellenschuhes 4 in vertikaler Richtung gewährleistet.FIG. 2 shows, in the context of an enlarged representation, a swellable shoe bottom 13 with an expansion fold 14 , which is preferably formed from two to five folds. This measure ensures easier deformation of the sleeper shoe 4 in the vertical direction.

In addition, the special design features of the side wall 7 are shown enlarged again.
