Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil cribleur à ondes de tension qui comprend une garniture de criblage fixée sur des barres (3, 4) transversalement ou longitudinalement par rapport au sens de criblage. Des barres adjacentes effectuent des oscillations les unes par rapport aux autres, de manière que la garniture de criblage soit alternativement lâche et tendue. L'invention prévoit d'utiliser comme garniture de criblage un treillis en plastique, par exemple en polyamide (Nylon), du type de ceux que l'on utilise dans la technologie de la filtration des liquides. Dans un mode de réalisation, l'appareil cribleur à ondes de tension se compose de deux montures de tamisage (1, 2) et les barres (3, 4) sont logées de manière alternée dans ces deux montures de tamisage (1, 2). Afin d'augmenter la fréquence d'oscillation des barres (3, 4), l'invention prévoit de relier mutuellement les deux montures de tamisage (1, 2) par l'intermédiaire de ressorts (5) et de disposer entre les deux montures de tamisage (1, 2) un excitateur (7) électromagnétique créant les oscillations.
