Abstract

Le couvercle à enclenchement proposé comporte un corps de fermeture (1) qui entoure l'ouverture (4) du récipient avec sa partie cylindrique (1a). Le corps de fermeture (1) se compose d'un bouchon (2), qui recouvre l'ouverture (4) du récipient et qui avec son rebord (6) enveloppe le bord (4a) de l'ouverture (4) du récipient. Le rebord (6) du bouchon (2) porte une bande de garantie (8) qui lui est fixée directement au moyen de nervures (7) disposées sur une partie de sa périphérie, de sorte que la bande de garantie (8) constitue elle-même la partie cylindrique (1a) du corps de fermeture. Une extrémité (15) de la bande de garantie (8) est pourvue d'une languette de traction (22) qui se trouve dans le même plan que la bande (8) mais dépasse son extrémité. La languette de traction (22) fait saillie verticalement vers le haut laissant un espace (27) entre son arête supérieure (22a) et le rebord (6) du bouchon (2). L'espace (27) permet de saisir la languette avec deux doigts d'une main et de la séparer du corps de fermeture (1) en tirant dans le sens radial. Lorsque l'on tire la languette (22), la bande de garantie (8) se sépare du bouchon (2) dans la zone des nervures, et l'on peut ensuite enlever du récipient (5) le couvercle à enclenchement, c'est-à-dire le bouchon (2) avec la bande de garantie (8). L'avantage principal de ce couvercle à enclenchement est qu'il a une symétrie de rotation par rapport à son axe longitudinal pratiquement parfaite, ce qui garantit qu'il est dans une position correcte par rapport à l'ouverture (41) du récipient (5) avant l'emmanchement par pression dans la machine de remplissage.
