DESIGN FOR A COUCH-FRAME.

SPECIFICATION forming' part of Design No. 36,207, dated January 27, 1903.

Application filed December 26,1902. Serial No.136fl747. Term of patent 3+ years.

The accompanying drawing shows a front,

elevation of my new design.

As shown in the drawing, the leading or material features of my design consist of the sides 1, having a general scroll-like shape, the front surfaces of said sides being perfectly plain at the upper ends thereof, the lower part of this plain surface being intersected by horizontally-disposed parallel groove-like portions 2, while extending from the lowermost intersecting grooves are series of scroll-like figures 3, which terminate at the bottom of the portions 1 in straight lines, the plain unornamented seat-frame 4,from whose extremities extend knee-like portions 5, having flutelike ornamentations 6, which extend substantially parallel with the boundaries of said knees, and the feet 7, which terminate in toelike representations 8.

Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The ornamental design for a couch-frame, as herein shown and described.
